Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 1 is a front view of an adjusting assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the utility model, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the adjusting assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an enlarged schematic diagram of a portion a of the adjusting assembly 100 shown in fig. 2. The adjusting assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the utility model comprises a bolt 10, the bolt 10 comprises a base 12 and a threaded rod 11, the base 12 comprises an end surface 121, a groove 1211 is formed in the end surface 121, the base 12 comprises a groove wall forming the groove 1211, a positioning part 122 connected with the groove wall is arranged in the groove 1211, the positioning part 122 is flush with the end surface 121 and provided with a positioning hole 1221, and the threaded rod 11 is connected with the end surface 121 and is vertically arranged in a direction far away from gravity. The adjusting assembly 100 further includes a nut 20, the nut 20 is sleeved on the threaded rod 11, a positioning column 21 protruding toward the base 12 is disposed in the nut 20, and the positioning column 21 is clamped in the positioning hole 1221 to achieve positioning. When the conventional laundry treating apparatus 200 leaves the factory, there is a problem that the whole machine is uneven, so that the lock nut 20 is usually disposed at the foot 302 of the laundry treating apparatus 200, and the lock is fixed by the lock nut 20. Since the lock nut 20 is not self-locked after being screwed down, the lock nut 20 is slowly loosened along with continuous vibration of the laundry treating apparatus 200 during operation, so that the height position of the foot 302 is changed, and the whole machine is uneven. The positioning column 21 protruding towards the base 12 is arranged in the nut 20 to prevent the nut 20 from rotating downwards, so that the surface, away from the barrel 201, of the base 12 of the adjusting assembly 100 is guaranteed to be in the same plane with other fixing feet 302, and the leveling of the whole machine after leaving a factory is guaranteed. When the nut 20 is rotated to the threaded rod 11 until the positioning post 21 is locked in the positioning hole 1221, the bolt 10 cannot be rotated in the same direction, and the adjustment assembly 100 is formed. The adjustment assembly 100 is further mounted to the laundry treating apparatus 200 such that the laundry treating apparatus 200 is just in the equilibrium position. After installation, when the adjusting assembly 100 has a requirement of continuing to adjust downwards, the positioning column 21 can be broken off to adjust the height of the nut 20, and the whole installation and adjustment process is convenient and labor-saving.
For example, please refer to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 2. The groove 1211 includes a notch facing the nut 20, the notch has a "U" structure on the end surface 121, and the shape of the positioning portion 122 is adapted to the shape of the notch. The positioning portion 122 with the shape matching with the notch is provided, so that the area of the positioning portion 122 can be increased, and the positioning column 21 is prevented from falling into the groove 1211 directly when being clamped, and cannot be aligned with the positioning hole 1221.
As an example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the base 12 includes a plurality of first side walls 123 connected to each other, the plurality of first side walls 123 are disposed along an axial direction of the base 12, the recess 1211 is disposed on a side of the end surface 121 near the first side walls 123 and extends toward the threaded rod 11, the positioning hole 1221 is disposed at an end of the positioning portion 122 away from the first side walls 123, the shape of the positioning hole 1221 may be a circle matching with an edge shape of the positioning portion 122, and an opening communicating with the recess 1211 may be disposed on the first side walls 123 as required.
Illustratively, the nut 20 includes a plurality of second side walls 23 connected to each other, the plurality of second side walls 23 being disposed along an axial direction of the nut 20, each of the second side walls 23 being a curved surface recessed toward the threaded rod 11. Specifically, the outer peripheral contour of the nut 20 in plan view is polygonal. When the user rotates the nut 20, the concave cambered surface structure is more fit with the hand characteristics of the user, so that the friction force during rotation can be increased, and the user can conveniently detach and install the nut. Between two adjacent second side walls 23, an arc transition may be provided, increasing the grip feel and operational safety of the user by a smooth and soft edge.
For example, please refer to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 3, fig. 4 is an exploded view of the adjustment assembly 100. The nut 20 includes an annular wall 22 formed with a through hole, through which the threaded rod 11 passes, and is engaged with the internal thread of the nut 20 by external threads on the threaded rod 11. A connecting wall 24 is arranged between the annular wall 22 and each second side wall 23, a plurality of connecting walls 24 are uniformly distributed between the annular wall 22 and the second side walls 23, and the positioning column 21 is arranged on one side of the connecting wall 24 close to the annular wall 22. Since the positioning hole 1221 is disposed at an end of the positioning portion 122 away from the first sidewall 123, the positioning post 21 is close to the annular wall 22, and can be more easily locked into the positioning hole 1221.
Illustratively, the positioning portion 122 is at least partially an elastic structure, which has an elastic force in the axial direction of the threaded rod 11, and the elastic structure can provide a certain elastic movement distance, so as to prevent the positioning post 21 from being broken when not being snapped into the positioning hole 1221, and increase the safety when being snapped.
Illustratively, when the adjustment assembly 100 is in the position, there is a gap between the nut 20 and the base 12, and the length of the positioning post 21 protruding from the nut 20 is greater than the width of the gap. Specifically, the nut 20 is disposed at a height from the end surface 121, and the positioning column 21 is caused to fall on the positioning hole 1221 by rotating the nut 20. At this time, the length of the positioning post 21 protruding from the nut 20 is greater than the distance from the bottom of the second side wall 23 of the nut 20 to the end surface 121, and the positioning post 21 may be located on the bottom wall of the recess 1211, or may only protrude by a portion of the length of the positioning hole 1221.
Illustratively, the positioning post 21 and the nut 20 are integrally formed. The integrally formed connection mode can enhance the stability of the structure, simplify the installation procedure and improve the production efficiency. Specifically, the positioning post 21 is integrally connected to the nut 20, protrudes from the interior of the nut 20 toward the base 12 vertically, and as the threaded rod 11 is screwed in, the threaded rod 11 stops rotating when the positioning post 21 is locked in the positioning hole 1221. It will be appreciated that the skilled artisan may attach the positioning post 21 to the nut 20 by bonding, welding, etc., and the utility model is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present utility model. In the case that the aforementioned adjustment assembly 100 is screwed into the threaded hole, a user can quickly find the equilibrium position of the laundry treating apparatus 200, and fasten the nut 20 between the bottom supporter 30 and the base 12, so that the connection between the bottom supporter 30 and the base 12 is more firm. When the nut 20 is tightened, the positioning posts 21 may limit the movement of the nut 20 to improve the stability of the laundry treating apparatus 200 when it is operated. The base 12 further includes a side edge facing the positioning column 21, and when the bolt 10 is turned away from the tub 201, the positioning column 21 is broken by the side edge to adjust the height of the bottom support 30 from the ground. When the adjustment is required for the whole laundry treating apparatus 200, the nut 20 is screwed with a slightly large force and the bolt 10 is rotated in a direction away from the tub 201, and when the force applied by the user is greater than a threshold value, the positioning column 21 is broken so that the bolt 10 can be continuously rotated downward.
