10. The crotch changing pant of claim 1 wherein the insert pad comprises a layer of pure cotton and a layer of nonwoven;

the pure cotton layer is connected to one surface of the non-woven fabric layer along the thickness direction;

the pure cotton layer part is exposed out of the communication port.
