The home appliance 100 according to the present utility model will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9 with reference to the specific embodiment.
In the related art, in order to reduce the boxing amount to save the shipping cost, a portion of the home appliances 100 are hung at the middle of the power cord 20 by sticking a hook at the side of the case 10 before shipping, so that the power cord 20 can be fixedly received in the side wall of the case 10 in a unfolded state, thereby facilitating the transportation or boxing of the home appliances 100. However, since the hooks are separate parts, the hooks need to be positioned and mounted on the case 10 of the corresponding home appliance 100 one by one, so that not only is the mounting efficiency low, but also the thickness of the hooks can affect the packing amount of the refrigerator.
Based on this, the present utility model proposes a household appliance 100 to solve at least the problem of low hook installation efficiency. The household appliance 100 may be a refrigerator in the background art, or may be other products that need to store the power cord 20, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present utility model proposes to include a case 10, a louver 13, and a hooking portion 14.
Wherein the louver 13 is provided on a side surface of the case 10. The hooking portion 14 is provided on a side surface of the case 10, and is integrally provided with the case 10. The case is connected with a power cord 20, and the power cord 20 can be accommodated at the side of the case 10 by means of the accommodating groove and the hooking portion 14.
Specifically, the case 10 is a functional structure, in which a functional cavity and a functional electric device for supplying power to the functional cavity are provided. The power cord 20 is an electric power transmission structure, a first end of which is connected to the functional electric device, and the other end of which extends out of the case 10 and is connected to an external power source through a power connector, thereby transmitting electric power from the external power source to the functional electric device. Taking a refrigerator as an example, the functional cavity of the refrigerator is a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber, and the functional electric device is a refrigerating device, and the refrigerating device receives electric energy conveyed by the power line 20 and refrigerates to provide cold energy for the refrigerating chamber or the freezing chamber.
The side of the case 10 corresponding to the functional electric device is provided with a vent for heat dissipation, and a vent window 13 is installed at the vent. The second end of the power cord 20 having the power plug therein extends out of the case 10 through the ventilation window 13. The ventilation window 13 may also be used to define a power connection so as to avoid the conductive feet of the power connection from scratching the case 10 during transport. Specifically, the ventilation window 13 may be used to define the power connector in various manners, such as plugging, fastening, holding, and limiting, or a combination of the above.
The side of the case 10 is further provided with a hook 14, and the hook 14 and the ventilation window 13 are preferably provided on the same side of the case 10, however, in other embodiments, the hook 14 may be provided separately from the ventilation window 13 on a different side of the case 10.
The hooking portion 14 may be used to hook the power cord 20 extending from the louver 13, so as to accommodate the power cord 20 to the side of the case 10 in cooperation with the louver 13. The relative position of the hooking portion 14 and the ventilation window 13 is defined by the length of the power cord 20, specifically, the second end of the power cord 20 is hooked on the hooking portion 14, the fixing connector is still defined in the ventilation window 13, and once the power cord 20 is hooked on the hooking portion 14 and the power connector is defined in the ventilation window 13, the power cord 20 cannot be separated from the hooking portion 14. Therefore, once the position of the hooking portion 14 is determined, the length of the power cord 20 is not changed as much as possible.
The hooking portion 14 is integrally provided with the case 10, and the specific hooking portion 14 and a part of the case 10 connected thereto are integrally provided. There are various ways of integral arrangement, for example, the hooking portion 14 and the part of the case 10 connected with the hooking portion are formed integrally, or the hooking portion 14 is formed by cutting and bending materials at the corresponding position of the case 10.
According to the household appliance 100 provided by the utility model, the ventilation window 13 and the hook part 14 are arranged on the side surface of the box body 10, and the power line 20 is fixed on the side surface of the refrigerator in an unfolded state by utilizing the cooperation of the hook part 14 and the ventilation window 13, so that the storage space of the power line 20 is reduced, and the boxing amount of the household appliance 100 is improved; meanwhile, the hooking part 14 and the box body 10 at the corresponding position are of an integrated structure, so that the hooking part 14 can be designed, positioned and molded during structural design, and the hooking part 14 is not required to be positioned and installed one by one during subsequent assembly, so that the assembly process is simplified, and the assembly efficiency of the structure is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in one embodiment, the case 10 includes a case 11 and a mouth frame 12 provided at an upper port of the case 11; the hooking portion 14 is connected to a side surface of the mouth frame 12, and is integrally provided with the mouth frame 12.
Taking a refrigerator as an example, the box body 10 comprises a box shell 11, an inner container and a mouth frame 12; the case 11 is formed by enclosing a metal material or a plastic material, the case 11 is internally provided with an inner container, and the upper edge of the case 11 and the upper edge of the inner container are assembled and connected through a mouth frame 12. The structural body amount of the mouth frame 12 is relatively small compared with the case 11, so that the provision of the hooking portion 14 and the mouth frame 12 as an integrated structure can be advantageous for design and processing.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hooking portion 14 may be integrally formed with the case 11, for example, when the case 11 is made of metal, the hooking portion 14 may be cut and bent at a position corresponding to the material of the case 10.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the bezel 12 includes a side frame plate 122 located on the side of the case 11; the hooking portion 14 is connected to the lower edge of the side frame 122, is disposed below the side frame 122, and is disposed vertically offset from the side frame 122.
In this embodiment, the mouth frame 12 includes a top frame plate 121 and a side frame plate 122, wherein the top frame plate 121 is connected to the top surfaces of the case 11 and the liner, and the side frame plate 122 is connected to the outer side surface of the case 11. The top frame plate 121 and the side frame plate 122 surrounding the same upper edge of the case 11 are of an integral structure, and the top frame plates 121 surrounding different upper edges of the case 11 may be of an integral structure or a splicing structure. The hooking portion 14 is provided integrally with the side frame plate 122 of the corresponding side surface so as to be provided on the side surface of the case 10. Further, in order to improve the molding efficiency, the hooking portion 14 and the side frame plate 122 of the corresponding side face are integrally molded.
Meanwhile, since the side frame plate 122 protrudes from the side surface of the case 11, the present embodiment connects the hook portion 14 to the lower edge of the side frame plate 122 and makes it abut against the case 11, so that the hook portion 14 and the side frame plate 122 form a vertically offset structure. At this time, the positions of both sides of the hooking portion 14 for the power cord 20 to enter and exit are laterally provided by the casing 11 instead of the side frame plates 122, so that the thickness of the hooking portion 14 can be reduced to a certain extent, thereby reducing the boxing amount.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hooking portion 14 may be directly formed on the side frame 122, and a slot is formed on the side frame 122.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the hooking portion 14 includes a connection plate 141, a cantilever 142, and a limiting plate 143, the connection plate 141 is connected to the side frame plate 122, and the connection plate 141, the cantilever 142, and the limiting plate 143 are sequentially connected to define a slot for hooking the power cord 20.
In this embodiment, the connection plate 141 is a flat plate, and is connected to the lower edge of the side frame plate 122, specifically, the connection plate 141 is formed by extending downward from the lower edge of the side frame plate 122, and in order to ensure the connection strength between the hook portion 14 and the side frame plate 122, the connection plate 141 is in an inverted trapezoid shape. The cantilever 142 and the limiting plate 143 are also in a flat plate structure, wherein two ends of the cantilever 142 are respectively connected to the lower edges of the connecting plate 141 and the limiting plate 143, and preferably, the cantilever 142 is vertically connected to the connecting plate 141 and the limiting plate 143, so that the limiting plate 143 is parallel or approximately parallel to the side frame plate 122.
The connection of the connection plate 141, the cantilever 142 and the stopper 143 makes the hook 14 have a U-shaped structure with an upward opening. The opening of the U-shaped structure forms a clamping groove capable of hooking the power wire 20, and the power wire 20 which extends upwards from the bottom and is wound in the clamping groove can be hooked on the cantilever 142 and cannot be separated under the limit of the limiting plate 143.
The height of the clamping groove is set according to the diameter of the power cord 20, and the widths of the connecting plate 141 and the limiting plate 143 are limited according to the height of the clamping groove, so that the upper edge of the clamping groove is aligned with the lower edge of the side frame plate 122, and the hooking part 14 and the side frame plate 122 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner.
Preferably, the length of the limiting plate 143 is greater than the width of the cantilever 142, on the one hand, for further limiting the power cord 20 to avoid coming out, and on the other hand, for providing a certain margin for the power cord 20 in a state of not coming out, so as to avoid excessive tightening of the power cord 20.
The hooking part 14 in the embodiment of the utility model has a simple and practical structure and is convenient to integrally form and manufacture with the mouth frame 12 body.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hook 14 may have other structures, for example, the cantilever 142 of the hook 14 is columnar and the limiting plate 143 is arc-shaped, the middle portion of the limiting plate 143 is connected to the cantilever 142, and the two ends of the limiting plate are tilted.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the side frame plate 122 is provided with a recess recessed toward one side of the case 11, and the recess communicates with the card slot.
Specifically, a partial region of the side frame plate 122 is recessed toward the case 11 side to form a vertically penetrating groove extending in the width direction. The connection plate 141 of the hooking portion 14 is connected to the groove position so that the upper opening of the catching groove communicates with the groove. On the one hand, the grooves are formed on the side frame plates 122 to reduce the interference between the side frame plates 122 and the power line 20 in the clamping groove, so that the power line 20 can be smoothly wound in the clamping groove; on the other hand, the recessed area in the side frame plate 122 is a thinned area, and therefore the connecting plate 141 formed by extending downward from the lower edge of the recessed groove is correspondingly thinned, thereby further reducing the thickness of the hooking portion 14 and reducing the boxing amount.
As shown in fig. 2-5, in a specific embodiment, the side frame plate 122 is further provided with a protecting portion 15 adjacent to the hooking portion 14, and the height of the protecting portion 15 is not less than the height of the hooking portion 14.
The protruding height is not less than the guard portion 15 of the hook portion 14, and the guard portion 15 is disposed on both sides of the hook portion 14.
Because the side frame plate 122 is recessed and thinned at the position of the hooking portion 14, and the plate-like structure of the hooking portion 14 is connected, the structural strength at the position is reduced, and the side frame plate is easily damaged by impact during transportation or moving. The protection portion 15 with a protruding height greater than or equal to the hook portion 14 is disposed on the side frame plate 122 at the side of the hook portion 14, so that the protection portion 15 can protect the hook portion 14 and reduce the damage probability of the hook portion 14.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-5, two guard portions 15 are provided, and the two guard portions 15 are disposed on two sides of the hook portion 14.
Specifically, the two protection portions 15 are respectively disposed at two ends of the hook portion 14, and can cooperate to form a three-dimensional space capable of accommodating the hook portion 14, so as to prevent the collision planes in multiple directions, such as from above, below, and away from the side surface of the case 10, and further provide more comprehensive protection for the hook portion 14.
As shown in fig. 2-5, in one embodiment, the protecting portion 15 includes a protruding block 151 and a surrounding plate 152, a first end of the protruding block 151 is connected to the side frame plate 122, and a second end of the protruding block 151 extends away from the side frame plate 122; the first end of the surrounding plate 152 is connected to the second end of the bump 151, the second end of the surrounding plate 152 extends toward the portion to define a limit groove 153, and a gap between the second end of the surrounding plate 152 and the limit plate 143 forms a notch 154 of the limit groove 153.
In the above structure, the protruding blocks 151 are connected with the side frame plates 122, and the longitudinal height and the protruding height of the protruding blocks 151 are not smaller than the corresponding height of the hooking portions 14, specifically, the first ends of the two protruding blocks 151 are respectively connected to the side frame plates 122 on two sides of the groove, and the upper edges are flush with the upper edges of the side frame plates 122, and the lower edges extend downwards to be flush with the lower edges of the cantilever 142; the second end extends away from the side frame plate 122, and the upper edge of the second end is flush with the upper edge of the limiting plate 143, and the lower edge is flush with the lower edge of the limiting plate 143, i.e. the upper surface of the protruding block 151 is an inclined surface. By the above arrangement, the two protrusions 151 can cooperate to form a three-dimensional space capable of accommodating the hook 14 to provide protection for the hook 14.
The width of the surrounding plate 152 is the same as that of the limiting plate 143, the first end of the limiting plate 143 is connected to the protruding block 151, and then a C-shaped limiting groove 153 is defined together with the side frame plate 122 and the hooking portion 14, and a gap between the second end of the surrounding plate 152 and the limiting plate 143 forms a notch 154 of the limiting groove 153. The minimum width of the notch 154 is at least greater than the diameter of the power cord 20 so that the power cord 20 can smoothly pass through the notch 154 and into the limit groove 153. By providing the limiting groove 153, on one hand, the power line 20 can be further limited to prevent the power line 20 from falling out, on the other hand, the protection part 15 can provide protection for the power line 20, so that the probability of deformation of the power line 20 due to extrusion is reduced.
By providing the protection part 15 comprising the protruding block 151 and the surrounding plate 152, the embodiment of the utility model can provide protection for the hook part 14, prevent the hook part 14 from being damaged by impact during transportation or moving, and also provide protection for the power cord 20, thereby reducing the probability of deformation of the power cord 20 due to extrusion.
Preferably, in order to reduce damage to the power cord 20, the second ends of the surrounding plates 152 and the ends of the limiting plates 143 are rounded.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the side of the bump 151 facing away from the surrounding plate 152 is inclined, and the thickness of the bump 151 decreases from the first end of the bump 151 to the second end of the bump 151.
The thickness of the first end of the protruding block 151 determines the structural strength thereof, and the thickness setting mode of the protruding block 151 ensures the strength of the protruding block 151, reduces the use of materials, and further reduces the cost.
In one embodiment, the guard portion 15 is integrally formed with the side frame plate 122, and preferably, the guard portion 15 is integrally formed with the side frame plate 122.
Of course, in other embodiments, the protecting portion 15 may have other structures, for example, the protecting portion 15 may have an arc structure with one end connected to the body of the mouth frame 12 and the other end extending to the side of the limiting plate 143.
In one embodiment, the ventilation window 13 includes a box body 131 and a box cover 132, wherein the box body 131 is installed at a ventilation opening of the box body 10, and a containing groove with a notch 154 facing outwards and communicated with an inner cavity of the box body 10 is formed in the box body 131; the power connector can be accommodated in the accommodating groove; the cover 132 covers a portion of the notch 154 provided in the receiving groove, and the cover 132 and the notch 154 define a gap through which the power cord 20 passes.
Specifically, the box 131 is connected to the vent of the box 10 by a threaded fastener, and the middle area of the box 131 extends from the vent to the inside of the box 10 to form an outward accommodating groove with a notch 154, and meanwhile, a via hole is further formed at the bottom of the accommodating groove to be communicated with the inside of the box 10. The second end of the power cord 20 extends out of the box 10 through the via hole, and the power connector of the second end can be accommodated in the accommodating groove.
