First embodiment
Fig. 1 is a schematic axial view of a latch according to a first embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 2 is a schematic axial view of a case body and a case cover of a packing case according to a first embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a case body and a case cover of a packing case according to a first embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 4 is an enlarged structural view of a portion F of fig. 3, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a latch portion of a first embodiment of the present utility model inserted into a packing case, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a latch portion of a first embodiment of the present utility model fully inserted into a packing case, fig. 7 is a schematic sectional structural view of fig. 6 along an AA plane, fig. 8 is an enlarged structural view of a portion H of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a first limiter removing process of a latch according to a first embodiment of the present utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a latch 100 for locking a box 210 and a box cover 220 of a packaging box 200, wherein a clamping member 211 is disposed in the box 210, a penetrating structure 221 is disposed on the box cover 220, the latch 100 includes a first inserting member 10, a second inserting member 20, a first limiting member 30 and a second limiting member 40, and the second inserting member 20 and the first inserting member 10 are disposed opposite to each other along a first direction X. The first inserting piece 10 and the second inserting piece 20 are detachably connected through the first limiting piece 30, the first inserting piece 10, the second inserting piece 20 and the first limiting piece 30 jointly form a limiting groove 50, and the first inserting piece 10 and the second inserting piece 20 are used for being inserted into the inserting structure 221 so that a part of the box cover 220 is located in the limiting groove 50. The second limiting piece 40 is disposed on at least one of the first insert 10 and the second insert 20, and the second limiting piece 40 is used for being clamped with the clamping piece 211.
Illustratively, the penetration structure 221 on the case cover 220 is used to allow the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 to be inserted into the case 210, so that a portion of the case cover 220 is located in the limit groove 50, and a portion of the case cover 220 located in the limit groove 50 may be understood as a portion between the penetration structures 221 of the case cover 220. Meanwhile, the second limiting piece 40 enters the interior of the box 210 along with the first inserting piece 10 and/or the second inserting piece 20, and is clamped with the clamping piece 211, so that the lock catch 100 is fixed relative to the package box 200. The penetration structure 221 may be a through hole provided on the case cover 220, and the through hole penetrates the case cover 220 in a thickness direction of the case cover 220; or a gap between the cover 220 and the case 210.
The first direction X may be understood as the thickness direction of the shackle 100, for example.
The first limiter 30 is detachable with respect to the first insert 10 and the second insert 20. When the first limiting piece 30 is connected between the first inserting piece 10 and the second inserting piece 20, the first inserting piece 10, the second inserting piece 20 and the first limiting piece 30 can jointly form a limiting groove 50; when the first restriction member 30 is detached from the first and second insertion members 10 and 20, the first and second insertion members 10 and 20 are separated from each other.
As an example, the first limiting member 30 may be a tear-and-pull type detachable structure, that is, the first limiting member 30 is detached from the first inserting member 10 and the second inserting member 20 by a tear-and-pull manner, on one hand, the tear-and-pull type detachable structure is in an irreversible detachment manner, and is not assembled back after detachment, so that anti-counterfeiting is facilitated; on the other hand, the structure is simple, and the cost can be effectively reduced.
Alternatively, the second limiting member 40 may be disposed on the first insert 10, the second insert 20, or both the first insert 10 and the second insert 20.
Alternatively, the first and second interposers 10 and 20 may be, but are not limited to, made of metal or nonmetal, and the metal may be copper, stainless steel, aluminum, or the like, as an example; the nonmetal can be polyethylene, polypropylene or plant fiber, etc. The first and second restrictions 30, 40 may be, but are not limited to, made of metal or nonmetal, and as an example, the metal may be copper, stainless steel, aluminum, or the like; the nonmetal can be polyethylene, polypropylene or plant fiber, etc. The first insert 10, the second insert 20, the first restriction member 30 and the second restriction member 40 may be made of the same material, such as plant fiber, which can greatly reduce the overall cost of the lock catch 100 and is beneficial to environmental protection.
Alternatively, the first insert 10, the second insert 20, the first restriction member 30, and the second restriction member 40 may be connected to each other by, but not limited to, bonding, clamping, or the like.
Illustratively, when the latch 100 is mounted on the packaging box 200, the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 are inserted into the insertion structure 221, so that a portion of the case cover 220 is located in the limiting groove 50 and abuts against the first limiting member 30, so that the first limiting member 30 can limit the displacement of the case cover 220 in a direction away from the case body 210. The second limiting piece 40 is located inside the box 210 and is clamped with the clamping piece 211, so that the lock catch 100 is fixed relative to the packaging box 200, and further the box cover 220 and the box 210 are locked relatively, and the packaging box 200 cannot be opened. After the user removes the first restriction member 30 from the first insert 10 and the second insert 20, the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 are separated from each other, so that the box cover 220 can move relative to the box 210, and the packing box 200 can be opened normally.
By the design of the lock catch 100, on one hand, the packaging box 200 is convenient to open, and user experience can be effectively improved; on the other hand, in the process of locking or opening the packaging box 200, damage to the packaging box 200 can be avoided to a certain extent, so that the integrity of the packaging box 200 is protected, the recycling of the packaging box 200 is facilitated, and the packaging cost is reduced.
Fig. 10 is a schematic axial view of another latch 100 according to the first embodiment of the present utility model, and fig. 11 is a schematic front view of another latch 100 according to the first embodiment of the present utility model.
With continued reference to fig. 10 to 11, further, the first insert 10 and/or the second insert 20 include a main body section 11 and a guide section 12, the guide section 12 is far from the first limiting member 30 along the second direction Y relative to the main body section 11, the guide section 12 gradually decreases in size along the third direction Z along the direction far from the first limiting member 30, and the first direction X and the second direction Y are perpendicular to the third direction Z.
Illustratively, the second direction Y may be understood as the length direction of the shackle 100 and the third direction Z may be understood as the width direction of the shackle 100.
Illustratively, the first insert 10 may include a main body section 11 and a guide section 12, the second insert 20 may include a main body section 11 and a guide section 12, and the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 may each include a main body section 11 and a guide section 12.
The guide section 12 can serve as a guide during insertion of the first insert 10 and/or the second insert 20 into the insertion structure 221 on the cover 220. It will be appreciated that during insertion of the latch 100 into the penetration structure 221 on the lid 220, the latch 100 moves in the second direction Y relative to the lid 220, and the guide section 12 contacts the penetration structure 221 prior to the main section 11.
In this way, in the above technical solution, along the direction away from the first limiting member 30, the dimension of the guide section 12 along the third direction Z gradually decreases, so that the guide section 12 has a wedge-shaped structure, which can improve the smoothness of the first insert 10 and/or the second insert 20 in the process of inserting into the insertion structure 221 on the box cover 220, and further improve the user experience.
Further, when the second limiting member 40 is disposed on the first inserting member 10, the second limiting member 40 protrudes from a side of the first inserting member 10 away from the limiting groove 50; and/or, when the second limiting member 40 is disposed on the second insert 20, the second limiting member 40 protrudes from a side of the second insert 20 facing away from the limiting groove 50.
As described above, the second restriction member 40 may be provided on the first insert 10, the second insert 20, or both the first insert 10 and the second insert 20.
It will be appreciated that during insertion of the latch 100 into the intervening structures 221 on the lid 220, portions of the lid 220 between the intervening structures 221 will move relative to the latch 100 within the spacing groove 50 between the first insert 10 and the second insert 20. In this way, in the process of inserting the lock catch 100 into the insertion structure 221 on the box cover 220, the second limiting piece 40 in the above technical solution does not interfere with the portion between the insertion structures 221 of the box cover 220, so that the influence of the second limiting piece 40 on the process of inserting the lock catch 100 into the insertion structure 221 can be reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, the first restriction member 30 is located at one side end of the lock catch 100 in the second direction Y, and the second restriction member 40 is located at the other side end of the lock catch 100 in the second direction Y, which is perpendicular to the first direction X.
As above, the first direction X may be understood as a thickness direction of the latch 100, and the second direction Y may be understood as a length direction of the latch 100.
Illustratively, during insertion of the latch 100 into the penetration structure 221 on the lid 220, the latch 100 moves in the second direction Y relative to the lid 220. In this way, the first restriction member 30 and the second restriction member 40 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the lock catch 100 along the second direction Y, and when the lock catch 100 is mounted on the packaging box 200, the first restriction member 30 abuts against the box cover 220, and the second restriction member 40 is engaged with the engaging member 211. On the one hand, the dimension of the lock catch 100 along the second direction Y can be fully utilized, which is beneficial to further reducing the cost; on the other hand, the first restriction member 30 can be relatively flush with the box cover 220, which is beneficial to improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the package box 200.
Further, the first limiting member 30 includes a connecting section 31 and a suspending section 32 connected in the extending direction thereof, the first inserting member 10 and the second inserting member 20 are detachably connected by the connecting section 31, and the suspending section 32 is separated from the first inserting member 10 and the second inserting member 20.
Illustratively, the connecting segment 31 may be understood as the body of the first limiter 30, with the depending segment 32 being used to facilitate removal of the first limiter 30 by a user. Because the hanging section 32 is separated from the first insert 10 and the second insert 20, the hanging section 32 is easy to hold by a user, and the user holds the hanging section 32 and applies a force to detach the connecting section 31 from the first insert 10 and the second insert 20. In this way, the above technical scheme can facilitate the user to detach the first limiting piece 30, effectively improving the user experience
Alternatively, the hanging section 32 may protrude from the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 along the extending direction of the first limiting member 30, so as to further facilitate the detachment of the first limiting member 30 by the user.
Further, the portion of the first insert 10 and/or the second insert 20 near the suspending section 32 is provided with a relief portion 60, and the relief portion 60 extends in a direction away from the suspending section 32.
The avoidance portion 60 can increase the space around the suspended section 32, so that the user can be prevented from rubbing the first insert 10 and the second insert 20 of the lock catch 100 in the process of holding the first limiting piece 30 to a certain extent, the risk of hand injury of the user is reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
Fig. 12 is a schematic axial structure of a latch 100 according to still another embodiment of the present utility model.
With continued reference to fig. 12, further, a side edge of the first insert 10 and/or the second insert 20 remote from the first limiter 30 is provided with a rounded structure 70.

Can be selected according to the actual application environment, and greatly improves the applicability of the lock catch 100.
Further, the first insert 10, the second insert 20, the first restriction member 30 and the second restriction member 40 are integrally formed.
As an example, the shackle 100 may be made of corrugated cardboard. The corrugated board is cut into a preset shape, and then bent to form the first inserting piece 10, the second inserting piece 20, the first limiting piece 30, the second limiting piece 40 and other structures. The second limiting member 40 and the first inserting member 10 and/or the second inserting member 20 may be bonded by an adhesive, so as to further improve the structural strength of the second limiting member 40.
On the one hand, the first interposer 10, the second interposer 20, the first restriction member 30, and the second restriction member 40 do not need to be connected through an additional connection process, and the manufacturing process flow is simplified. Meanwhile, compared with the first inserting piece 10, the second inserting piece 20, the first limiting piece 30 and the second limiting piece 40 which are connected through an additional connecting process, the first inserting piece 10, the second inserting piece 20, the first limiting piece 30 and the second limiting piece 40 which are in an integrated structure have higher connection firmness, and the structural strength of the lock catch 100 can be effectively improved.
