Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的镇流器。
现有日光灯镇流器必须与启动器配合使用才能启动,而启动器起动慢,易出故障,特别对于电压波动不大的地区,镇流器启动非常难。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足,提出一种容感镇流器,该镇流器不需配备外接启动器,能直接启动日光灯管,且可省电10%左右。
本实用新型由电感、电容、辅助电感组成。
电容与电感串联,一端接电源相线,另一端接灯管,灯管另一端接电源零线,辅助电感与日光灯管并联。
现结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详述:
附图是本实用新型原理图。
如图所示,A端为输入端引线,接电源相线,B端为输入引线接电源零端,C端为输出引线接灯管1,电容C1、电感L1串联并同时由引线抽出A端和C端,电感L2并接于灯管1两端,通电瞬间,电容C1和电感L1、灯管1串联,通过灯管的电流约600mA,起加热灯丝的作用,由于电容C1的移相作用,通电瞬间,电容C1和电感L1在灯管1两端产生300~350V的高压使灯管启动,此时,电容C1和电感L1起镇流作用,使电压保持在80~100V,灯管转入正常工作状态,启动后辅助起动线圈L2由于阻抗较大,流经其电流比较小,压降较小,对线路没有影响,电容C1和电感L1、L2采用密封装置,并用四根引线将其引出端头引出,用环氧树脂灌注,即为本实用新型。
电感L1线径可采用0.25~0.31mm,线圈匝数为750~1400匝;电容C1电容量为2.5~3.5μF/450V;电感L2感抗为5~8H,线径为0.15~0.21mm,匝数为2000~3000匝。

  1. 一种容感镇流器,其特征在于其由电感L1、电感L2和电容C1组成,电容C1和电感L1串联,一端接电源相线,另一端抽出引线接日光灯管,电感L2并联于日光灯管。
