The lens frame of claim 4, wherein the lens frame further comprises a first magnetic component, the lens frame further comprises a third frame side and a fourth frame side which are opposite to each other, the third frame side and the fourth frame side are both positioned between the first frame side and the second frame side, the third plate body further comprises a first iron bar, the first iron bar is arranged on the fifth side and the first magnetic component is arranged on the third frame side, or the first iron bar is arranged on the third frame side and the first magnetic component is arranged on the fifth side, when the lens frame is in the first state, the first magnetic component is adsorbed on the first iron bar, and when the lens frame is in the second state, the first magnetic component is disconnected from the first iron bar.

The lens frame of claim 5, wherein the lens frame further comprises a second magnetic piece, the third plate further comprises a second iron bar, the second iron bar is arranged on the fourth frame side and the second magnetic piece is arranged on the third side, or the second iron bar is arranged on the third side and the second magnetic piece is arranged on the fourth frame side, when the lens frame is in the first state, the second magnetic piece is adsorbed on the second iron bar, and when the lens frame is in the second state, the second magnetic piece is disconnected from the second iron bar.
7. The light shield of claim 1 further comprising a first flexible portion connecting the first plate and the frame and a second flexible portion connecting the second plate and the frame;
the first flexible portion comprises a cloth strip or a spring;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the second flexible portion comprises a cloth strip or a spring.
