However, the exemplary embodiments may be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present utility model provides a fence for enclosing the perimeter of a venue, which may be a racefield or a venue for some recreational activities. The rail includes: the display board 10, the support 20, the base 30 and the front support plate 40 are horizontally placed on the ground, and the display board 10 and the support 20 are rotatably connected to the base 30. The display board 10 has a display surface 110 and a supporting surface 120 disposed opposite to each other, and the display surface 110 is used for providing a display screen, and the display screen is mainly a Light-Emitting Diode (LED).
One end of the supporting member 20 is connected with the supporting surface 120, and the supporting member 20 is used for supporting the display board 10; meanwhile, a supporting angle is formed between the supporting piece 20 and the base 30, and the supporting piece 20 is also used for adjusting the supporting angle.
The base 30 is arranged on the lower side of the display board 10, and one end of the support piece 20 away from the display board 10 is connected with the base 30; the display board 10, the supporting member 20 and the base 30 form a triangle structure, by which stability of the rail is improved.
The front support plate 40 is detachably connected to the base 30, the base 30 has a sliding channel 310, and the front support plate 40 can slide back and forth in the sliding channel 310. The front support plate 40 has a receiving position received in the slide passage 310 and a supporting position connected to the base 30 and extending toward the display surface 110, and the front support plate 40 slides in the slide passage 310 to switch between the receiving position and the supporting position. For example, when the front support plate 40 is required to be adjusted to the accommodated position, the front support plate 40 is pushed, and the front support plate 40 is pushed into the slide passage 310. When the front support plate 40 is required to be adjusted to the support position, the front support plate 40 is pulled to pull the front support plate 40 out of the sliding channel 310, so that the front support plate 40 protrudes out of the display surface 110 of the display plate 10, and the whole fence structure is prevented from toppling forward by the support of the front support plate 40, so that the whole fence structure is more stable on the field.
In the utility model, the display board 10 and the supporting piece 20 are both arranged on the base 30, the display board 10 and the supporting piece 20 are fixed by the base 30, and the base 30, the display board 10 and the supporting piece 20 form a triangle, so that the structure is firmer. When the base 30 of the fence is installed, the front support plate 40 slides in the sliding channel 310 of the base 30 to slide the front support plate 40 to the supporting position, and the front support plate 40 extends on the display surface 110 of the display board 10, so that the whole fence structure is prevented from toppling forward, and the stability is improved. After the pen is used, the front support plate 40 is slid to the stowed position. Therefore, the installation can be completed by simple sliding, the process is simple, the operation steps are fewer, and the convenience of the installation is improved. In addition, through the detachable connection of the front support plate 40 and the base 30, the front support plate 40 can be separated from the base 30, and the front support plate 40 is limited on the base 30 without redundant structures, so that the whole structure is simpler.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in order to make the front support plate 40 more firm in the accommodated position and the support position, the base 30 includes: the body 320, the cover plate 60 and the positioning member 50. The upper side of the body 320 is an unsealed opening; the cover plate 60 is arranged on the body 320, the sliding channel 310 is formed between the cover plate 60 and the body 320, the cover plate 60 is provided with a first through hole 610 and a second through hole 620, and a limit groove 630 connected with the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620, the first through hole 610 is close to the display board 10, and the second through hole 620 is far away from the display board 10; the positioning member 50 is protruded on the cover plate 60, and when the front support plate 40 is switched between the receiving position and the supporting position, the positioning member 50 moves between the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620 along the limiting groove 630 and is fixed at the positions of the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620.
Specifically, the first through hole 610 is close to the display board 10, the second through hole 620 is far away from the display board 10, the size of the opening of the first through hole 610 is matched with the size of the diameter of the positioning member 50, and meanwhile, the size of the opening of the second through hole 620 is matched with the size of the diameter of the positioning member 50, that is, the positioning holes 410 of the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620 can accommodate the lower positioning member 50.
When the front support plate 40 moves in the sliding channel 310, the positioning piece 50 corresponds to the first through hole 610, and the front support plate 40 is located at the supporting position, at this time, the positioning piece 50 is inserted into the first through hole 610, and the position between the front support plate 40 and the base 30 can be fixed by pressing the positioning piece 50 against the front support plate 40. Thereby, the front support plate 40 can be more stable at the support position, preventing the front support plate 40 from sliding arbitrarily in the sliding passage 310.
Similarly, when the front support plate 40 is moved in the slide passage 310, the positioning member 50 corresponds to the second through hole 620, and the front support plate 40 is positioned at the storage position, and at this time, the positioning member 50 is inserted into the second through hole 620, and the positions of the front support plate 40 and the base 30 can be fixed to each other. This stabilizes the front support plate 40 in the storage position, and further prevents the front support plate 40 from sliding freely in the slide passage 310.
In order to facilitate the sliding of the positioning member 50, the cover plate 60 is further provided with a limiting groove 630, the limiting groove 630 communicates with the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620, and the front support plate 40 is cut between the accommodating position and the support position
In another embodiment, the positioning member 50 is disposed in the limiting slot 630 and moves along the limiting slot 630 between the first through hole 610 and the second through hole 620. When the front support plate 40 moves along the sliding channel 310, the positioning member 50 slides along the limiting groove 630, so that the sliding direction of the positioning member 50 is ensured to be accurate. Meanwhile, the positioning piece 50 is positioned in the limiting groove 630, so that the positioning piece 50 is prevented from being separated from the front supporting plate 40. When the front support plate 40 slides, the positioning member 50 is retained on the front support plate 40, preventing the positioning member 50 from being arbitrarily detached.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, it should be noted that the cover 60 is fixed to the base 30. When the front support plate 40 is fixed in the accommodating position and the supporting position, the positioning member 50 moves downwards, the positioning member 50 is pressed on the cover plate 60, and the position of the front support plate 40 is fixed by increasing the friction force between the positioning member 50 and the cover plate 60. The positions of the front support plate 40 and the cover plate 60 are relatively fixed, that is, correspond to the positions of the front support plate 40 and the base 30.
Referring to fig. 9, in addition, a positioning hole 410 is disposed at one end of the front support plate 40 near the base 30, the positioning hole 410 is a through hole penetrating the front support plate 40, the positioning hole 410 corresponds to the first through hole 610, the front support plate 40 is located at the supporting position, the positioning member 50 is disposed through the first through hole 610 and the positioning hole 410, and the positioning member 50 abuts against the bottom surface of the base 30; the positioning hole 410 corresponds to the second through hole 620, the front support plate 40 is located at the accommodating position, the positioning piece 50 is disposed through the second through hole 620 and the positioning hole 410, and the positioning piece 50 abuts against the bottom surface of the base 30. The positioning element 50 is located in the first through hole 610 or the second through hole 620, the positioning element 50 is disposed through the positioning hole 410, and the positioning element 50 abuts against the bottom surface of the base 30.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the cover 60 includes two parts, one part is located at the front end of the body 320, the other part is located near the distal end 301 of the body 320, and the opening of the limiting groove 630 is relatively large, for example, the limiting groove 630 is disposed open.
When fixing the position of the front support plate 40, the positioning member 50 passes through the positioning hole 410, and the lower end of the positioning member 50 directly contacts the bottom surface of the body 320. In this way, the friction between the positioning member 50 and the base 30 increases, fixing the relative positions of the front support plate 40 and the base 30.
Referring to fig. 4 again, further, the positioning element 50 includes a fixing column 510 and a rotating portion 520, the rotating portion 520 is disposed at one axial end of the fixing column 510, the fixing column 510 is inserted into the limiting groove 630, the diameter of the rotating portion 520 is larger than the width of the notch of the limiting groove 630, and the positioning element 50 is detachably connected with the positioning hole 410 。
For example, the sidewall surface of the positioning hole 410 forms an internal thread, and the outer side surface of the fixing post 510 is provided with an external thread that is adapted to the internal thread of the positioning hole 410. When the front support plate 40 is fixed, the rotating part 520 is rotated, and the fixing column 510 rotates together with the rotating part 520. The fixing post 510 is screwed with the positioning hole 410, and the fixing post 510 moves down and goes deep into the positioning hole 410. Since the diameter of the rotating part 520 is larger than the width of the notch of the limiting groove 630, the rotating part 520 moves down to be pressed against the notch of the limiting groove 630 of the cover plate 60, and the friction between the rotating part 520 and the cover plate 60 is increased, thereby completing the fixation of the front support plate 40 and the cover plate 60 and preventing the front support plate 40 from sliding randomly.
Wherein, the surface of the rotating part 520 facing away from the fixed column 510 is provided with a straight slot or a cross slot, and when the screwdriver is used for twisting the positioning element 50, the screwdriver can be inserted into the straight slot or the cross slot, so as to facilitate twisting the positioning element 50.
The outer side surface of the rotating part 520 may be further provided with anti-slip patterns, so that when the rotating part 520 is manually rotated, friction force can be increased, which is convenient for torsion stress of the rotating part 520 and prevents slipping.
In order to further improve the convenience of sliding between the front support plate 40 and the base 30, the outer side wall of the front support plate 40 and the inner side wall of the sliding channel 310 are spaced, so that contact between the front support plate 40 and the inner side wall of the sliding channel 310 can be reduced, friction is reduced, and sliding of the front support plate 40 is more labor-saving. Defining the spacing distance as d, the following is satisfied: d is more than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 2mm. For example, the separation distance d may be 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.7mm, 1.8mm, 1.9mm, or 2.0mm. The separation distance of course also has a certain error size, typically an error size of 0.1 to 0.2mm.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the display surface 110 of the display board 10 is the front and the support surface 120 of the display board 10 is the rear. In order to prevent the support member 20 from being separated from the base 30 when the supporting angle is adjusted, so that the display board 10 is inclined, the fence further comprises an anti-falling mechanism 70, the base 30 is provided with a distal end 301 far away from the display board 10, the anti-falling mechanism 70 is arranged at the distal end 301 of the base 30, the support member 20 is inserted into the distal end of the base, the support member 20 is provided with an anti-falling opening 210, one side of the anti-falling mechanism 70 is connected to the base 30, the other side of the anti-falling mechanism 70 extends to the anti-falling opening 210, and at least part of the structure is arranged in the anti-falling opening 210. The anti-falling mechanism 70 is used for limiting the support 20 to the distal end of the base 30 when the support 20 adjusts the support angle of the support display board 10, so as to prevent the support 20 from falling off the base.
Wherein, the distal end 301 of the base 30 is provided with a connecting shaft 321, the slot 220 of the support member is aligned to the connecting shaft 321, the slot 220 is inserted on the connecting shaft 321, and the support member 20 and the base 30 are convenient to detach and separate in such an inserting manner, so that the fence is convenient to fold. However, since the support 20 and the base 30 are easily separated, the support 20 may be defined at the distal end 301 of the base 30 by the anti-falling mechanism.
Referring to fig. 14, the anti-disengagement mechanism 70 includes a fixed pin 710 and a pin holder 720, the pin holder 720 is disposed at the distal end 301 of the base 30, and the fixed pin 710 is inserted into the pin holder 720 and slidably engaged with the pin holder 720. The fixing pin 710 extends toward the escape prevention opening 210 of the support 20 away from one end of the display board 10 and protrudes into the escape prevention opening 210. Here, the fixing pin 710 may be abutted against the connection shaft 321 of the base, or the fixing pin 710 and the connection shaft 321 of the base may be spaced apart from each other by a small distance, and the support 20 cannot be separated from the space.
