Abstract
A fixer of a charging gun comprises a first cover body, a second cover body and a coating material. The first cover body and the second cover body are oppositely jointed to form a containing cavity, the coating material is arranged in the containing cavity, and the coating material is used for coating a pipe fitting of the charging gun.

Background
Currently, the main current charging guns for vehicles have five specifications, namely American standard CCS1 (Type 1J 1772), european standard CCS2 (Type 2), japanese standard CHADMO, chinese specification GB/T and TeslaTPC. Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a holder 110 of a charging gun 100 according to an embodiment of the utility model, and fig. 2A and 2B are an exploded view and an assembled view of a tube 104 of the charging gun 100 wrapped by the holder 110 of the charging gun 100 according to an embodiment of the utility model.
The holder 110 of the charging gun 100 includes a first cover 111, a second cover 112, and a covering material 113. The first cover 111 and the second cover 112 are oppositely jointed to form a containing cavity 114, and the cladding material 113 is disposed in the containing cavity 114. The first cover 111 and the second cover 112 are made of plastic or other non-conductive hard insulating materials, and the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 are matched in shape, so that the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 can be relatively combined into a hollow shell. The first accommodating portion 114a is configured to accommodate one semi-circular foam 113a, and the second accommodating portion 114b is configured to accommodate the other semi-circular foam 113b. Therefore, the two semi-circular arc-shaped foam 113a and 113b are respectively disposed in the first accommodating portion 114a and the second accommodating portion 114b, the pipe 104 of the charging gun 100 is disposed in the two semi-circular arc-shaped foam 113a and 113b, and the two fixing members 117 (e.g. screws) penetrate the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 and are fixed in the first cover 111 and the second cover 112, so that the fixing member 110 can be combined with the charging gun 100 into a whole.
However, the wrapping material 113 of the present embodiment is not limited to be formed by two semicircular foam pieces 113a and 113b, and in another embodiment, the wrapping material 113 may be formed by a single circular foam piece (not shown), for example, a long side of the circular foam piece is cut to form a slit, the circular foam piece is first sleeved on the pipe 104 of the charging gun 100, and then the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 are covered on the circular foam piece and combined relatively, so that the holder 110 can be combined with the charging gun 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2A, the first cover 111 includes two alignment seats 115, the second cover 112 includes two alignment holes 116, and each alignment hole 116 is adapted to be penetrated by a fixing member 117 (e.g. a screw) and fixed in each alignment seat 115. In the present embodiment, the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 respectively include two oppositely disposed first protrusions 118 and second protrusions 119, and the two alignment seats 115 are respectively located in the oppositely disposed first protrusions 118, and the two alignment holes 116 are respectively located in the oppositely disposed second protrusions 119. The first protrusion 118 and the second protrusion 119 are vertically aligned for the fixing member 117 (e.g., a screw) to penetrate and fix.
The two semicircular arc-shaped foam pieces 113a and 113b can be respectively disposed between two opposite first protruding portions 118 and two opposite second protruding portions 119, and are hollow semi-cylindrical and tightly accommodated in the first cover 111 and the second cover 112, so that the setting of the fixing member 117 is not affected. In this embodiment, the tube 104 of the charging gun 100 may have different sizes or diameters depending on the output power, and the coating material 113 is made of porous material, and the coating material 113 has compressibility, so that the coating material 113 can be compressed by the first cover 111 and the second cover 112 to be tightly adhered. In addition, the fixer is arranged on the pipe fitting of the charging gun, and the coating material is coated outside the pipe fitting of the charging gun and can correspondingly coat the pipe fitting with different sizes, so that the fixer can be used for all types of charging guns only by setting according to the diameter of the pipe fitting of the charging gun without separate design, thereby achieving the effect of integral application. The charging gun holder according to claim 1, wherein the first cover and the second cover are combined into a hollow shell, two ends of the hollow shell are respectively provided with a first opening and a second opening, and the pipe fitting passes through the first opening and the second opening of the hollow shell.
3. The holder for a charging gun of claim 1, wherein the coating comprises a single foam or two semi-circular foam.

The holder of claim 3, wherein each of the semi-circular foam has an inner surface and an outer surface, the two inner surfaces being opposite to each other to form a hollow portion in the coating material, the hollow portion having a diameter less than or equal to a diameter of the tube of the charging gun.
5. The holder of claim 1, wherein the coating is porous and compressible.
6. The holder of claim 1, wherein the first cover comprises two pairs of alignment sockets, and the second cover comprises two pairs of alignment holes, each of the alignment holes being adapted for a fastener to penetrate and be secured in each of the alignment sockets.

The holder of claim 6, wherein the first cover includes two oppositely disposed first protrusions, the second cover includes two oppositely disposed second protrusions, the two alignment seats are respectively located in the two oppositely disposed first protrusions, and the two alignment holes are respectively located in the two oppositely disposed second protrusions.
8. The holder of claim 1, wherein the first cover comprises a first fastening portion protruding from one side of the first cover, and the first fastening portion is adapted to be fixed on a supporting frame.
9. The charging gun holder according to claim 8, wherein the first fastening portion comprises a vertical surface and a slope inclined at an insertion angle with respect to the vertical surface, such that the first fastening portion is inserted into a fastening groove of the supporting frame at the vertical surface and abuts against the supporting frame at the slope.
10. A support frame for a charging gun for fixing a holder for a charging gun according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A cradle for a charging gun, comprising a frame for receiving an adaptor of the charging gun, and a support frame disposed at a bottom of the frame for fixing a holder of the charging gun according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
