Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the utility model
However, in a very busy medical field, medical staff may misconnect a male member and a female member provided at a joint of a tube. This situation has the following problems: patients to whom different medical solutions or gases are administered or delivered are involved in a dangerous state of life and death due to lack of the medical solution or gases to be administered originally or through the action of the different medical solutions or gases.
The present utility model has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a joint and a joint group capable of preventing erroneous connection between a male member and a female member.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the present utility model provides a medical joint comprising a male member and a female member connected to each other, the male member comprising: a male member body having a flow path therein; and a male member side peripheral wall portion provided around the male member body; the female member includes: a female member body having a flow path inside; and a female member side peripheral wall portion provided around the female member body; the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion alternately form a plurality of engagement convex portions and engagement concave portions at a distal end portion in a circumferential direction; when the male member is connected to the female member, the male member body is fitted to the female member body, and the male member side peripheral wall portion is engaged with the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the female member side peripheral wall portion.
Thus, the male member and the female member can be firmly connected because the male member side peripheral wall portion is engaged with the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the female member side peripheral wall portion while the male member and the female member are fitted together. Further, when the male member and the female member are connected, the male member main body and the female member main body are covered with the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion, and therefore the joint can be protected from dust and dust from the outside, various liquids generated during surgery, and the like. Further, when the male member and the female member of the joint are connected, if at least any one of the shape, size, position, and number of the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion is different, the male member and the female member of the joint cannot be connected accurately, so that erroneous connection of the male member and the female member of the joint can be prevented.
The male member body may be formed to have a height protruding in the axial direction more than the engagement convex portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion. Thus, when the male member and the female member are connected, the distal end portion of the male member main body and the distal end portion of the female member main body can be easily aligned and fitted.
Further, a predetermined space may be provided between the engagement convex portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the male member body, and the female member body of the female member may be fitted into the space between the engagement convex portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the male member body when the male member is connected to the female member. Thus, when the male member and the female member are connected, the engagement convex portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion supports the outer peripheral surface of the female member body from the radially outer side, so that the male member and the female member of the joint can be more firmly connected.
The engagement convex part of the male member side peripheral wall part forms an engagement convex part on the inner peripheral surface, and the female member body forms an engagement concave part on the outer peripheral surface; when the male member is connected to the female member, the engagement convex portion of the male member side wall portion may be engaged with the engagement concave portion of the female member body. Thus, when the male member and the female member are connected, the engaging convex portion of the male member side wall portion engages with the engaging concave portion of the female member body, so that the male member and the female member of the joint can be connected more firmly.
The engagement convex portion of the female member side peripheral wall portion may be provided at a position abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the female member body when the male member and the female member are connected. Thus, when the male member and the female member are connected, the engagement convex portion of the female member side peripheral wall portion supports the outer peripheral surface of the female member body from the radially outer side together with the engagement convex portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion, so that the male member and the female member of the joint can be more firmly connected.
The joint group may be provided with a plurality of groups of the joints, and the joints of each group may be formed such that at least any one of the shape, size, position, and number of the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion is different from each other. Thus, the male member and the female member of the regular group, which are identical in shape, size, position, and number to any one of the engagement convex portions and the engagement concave portions of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion, are engaged with each other, and therefore the male member and the female member can be accurately connected. On the other hand, in the case of the male member and the female member of the irregular group in which at least any one of the shapes, sizes, positions, and numbers of the engagement convex portions and the engagement concave portions of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion is different, the engagement convex portions and the engagement concave portions of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion cannot be engaged with each other, and therefore the male member and the female member cannot be connected accurately. This allows the connection between the male member and the female member of the normal group, while preventing the connection between the male member and the female member of the irregular group, so that the use of plural sets of joints can be safely distinguished according to various purposes and purposes in the medical field.
And, the joints of each group may be colored in the following manner: the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion are colored in the same color, and the colors are different from each other between the joints of the respective groups. Thus, the male member and the female member of the regular group can be visually recognized, and thus erroneous connection of the male member and the female member of the joint can be further prevented.
Effects of the utility model
According to the present utility model, the male member and the female member can be firmly connected by the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion being engaged with each other while the male member body and the female member body are engaged with each other. When the male member and the female member are connected, the male member main body and the female member main body are covered with the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion, and therefore the joint can be protected from dust and dust from the outside, various liquids generated during surgery, and the like. Further, when the male member and the female member of the joint are connected, if at least any one of the shape, size, position, and number of the engagement convex portion and the engagement concave portion of the male member side peripheral wall portion and the female member side peripheral wall portion is different, the male member and the female member of the joint cannot be connected accurately, and therefore erroneous connection of the male member and the female member of the joint can be prevented.

In the present specification, the same constituent members among the first group of joints 1a, the second group of joints 1b, and the third group of joints 1c are denoted by the same numerals, the numerals of the constituent members of the first group of joints 1a are denoted by the characters of "a", the numerals of the constituent members of the second group of joints 1b are denoted by the characters of "b", and the numerals of the constituent members of the third group of joints 1c are denoted by the characters of "c". In the following, first, the first group of joints 1a will be described in detail, and then, the second group of joints 1b and the third group of joints 1c will be described centering on the points of difference between the first group of joints 1a.
As shown in fig. 3, the first group of joints 1a is composed of a male member 10a and a female member 20a provided at the boundary portion of the pipes C1, C2 connected to each other.
The male member 10a is connected to the pipe C1, and includes: a male member body 11a having a flow path P1 formed therein through which a fluid such as a chemical solution or a gas flows; and a male member side peripheral wall portion 12a provided around the male member body 11a. On the other hand, the female member 20a is connected to the pipe C2, and includes: a main body 21a having a flow path P2 for flowing a fluid such as a chemical solution or a gas formed therein; a female member side peripheral wall portion 22a provided around the female member main body 21 a; and a locking member 23a that locks the tubular material C2 side of the female member side peripheral wall 22a to a frame body, not shown.
The male member body 11a and the female member body 21a are formed in a cylindrical shape having a length and a diameter that can be fitted to each other, and the male member body 11a is fitted to the female member body 21a when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20 a.
The male member body 11a is provided with a tapered inclined surface 111a at the peripheral edge portion of the distal end, and is easily fitted into the female member body 21 a.
The male member body 11a has an annular groove formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and a sealing member 112a such as a gasket is fitted into the groove, and is fitted into the female member body 21a by the sealing member 112a to form a sealed state.
The male member body 11a is formed to a height protruding in the axial direction beyond the engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a, so that the distal end portion of the male member body 11a is easily aligned with and fitted to the distal end portion of the female member body portion 21 a.
As shown in fig. 5 (b), the female member body 21a has an engagement recess 211a formed in the outer peripheral surface thereof, the engagement recess extending in the circumferential direction and recessed radially inward. The engagement concave portion 211a engages with an engagement convex portion 124a of a male member side peripheral wall portion 12a described later when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20 a.
The male member side peripheral wall portion 12a is provided with four engaging convex portions 122a formed so as to extend in the axial direction from the tip end portion of the peripheral wall portion main body 121a, and four engaging concave portions 123a formed between the engaging convex portions 122a, and these engaging convex portions 122a and engaging concave portions 123a are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, the female-member-side peripheral wall portion 22a is provided with four engaging convex portions 222a formed so as to extend in the axial direction from the tip end portion of the peripheral wall portion main body 221a, and four engaging concave portions 223a formed between the engaging convex portions 222a, and these engaging convex portions 222a and engaging concave portions 223a are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. The female member side peripheral wall portion 22a is formed so that the outer diameter thereof is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12 a.
The engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the engagement concave portion 223a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a are formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (axial length and circumferential width), the position (circumferential and radial positions), and the number (four) coincides with each other. On the other hand, the engagement concave portion 123a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the engagement convex portion 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a are also formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (length in the axial direction and width in the circumferential direction), the position (positions in the circumferential direction and the radial direction), and the number (four) coincides with each other. In the first group of joints 1a, the engagement convex portions 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the engagement convex portions 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a are formed so that the width ratio in the circumferential direction is approximately two to one.
Then, when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, the engaging convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a is engaged with the engaging concave portion 223a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a, and the engaging convex portion 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a is engaged with the engaging concave portion 123a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a, whereby the engaging convex portions 122a, 222a and the engaging concave portions 123a, 223a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a are engaged with each other without any gap.
A predetermined space is provided between the engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the male member body 11a, and when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, the female member body 21a of the female member 20a is fitted into the space between the engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the male member body 11a. Accordingly, when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, the engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a supports the outer peripheral surface of the female member body 21a from the radially outer side, so that the male member 10a of the joint 1a can be more firmly connected to the female member 20 a.
As shown in fig. 5 (b), the engagement convex portion 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a forms an engagement convex portion 124a protruding radially inward on the inner peripheral surface. When the male member 10a and the female member 20a are connected, the engagement convex portion 124a engages with the engagement concave portion 211a of the female member body 21a as described above, whereby the male member 10a and the female member 20a of the joint 1a can be more firmly connected.
The engagement convex portion 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a is provided at a position where a slight gap is provided between the engagement convex portion and the female member body 21a, and is slightly expanded radially outward by the female member body 21a when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, and is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the female member body 21 a. Accordingly, when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, the engagement convex portions 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a support the outer peripheral surface of the female member body 21a from the radially outer side together with the engagement convex portions 122a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a, so that the male member 10a of the joint 1a can be more firmly connected to the female member 20 a. The engagement convex portion 222a of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a may be provided in advance at a position where it abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the female member body 21 a.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5 (a), the lock member 23a includes: a first locking portion 231a provided adjacent to the female member side peripheral wall portion 22 a; a second locking portion 232a provided on the pipe C2 side of the first locking portion 231 a; and a screw portion 233a for axially advancing and retreating the second latching portion 232a with respect to the first latching portion 231 a. Accordingly, when the second locking portion 232a is screwed onto the screw portion 233a toward the first locking portion 231a in a state where the frame or the like is disposed between the first locking portion 231a and the second locking portion 232a, the frame or the like can be held between the first locking portion 231a and the second locking portion 232a, and the entire joint 1a can be locked to the frame.
Fig. 4 and 5 show the state in which the second locking portion 232a has been removed. In the drawing, H1 and H2 are cover members for covering the connection portions between the pipes C1 and C2 and the male member 10a and the female member 20 a.
According to the above-described structure of the male member 10a and the female member 20a of the first group of joints 1a, when the male member 10a is connected to the female member 20a, the male member body 11a is fitted to the female member body 21a, and the engaging convex portions 122a, 222a and the engaging concave portions 123a, 223a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a are engaged with each other, so that the male member 10a and the female member 20a can be firmly connected.
When the male member 10a and the female member 20a are connected, the male member main body 11a and the female member main body 21a are covered with the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a, and therefore the joint can be protected from dust and dust from the outside, various liquids generated during surgery, and the like.
Further, when the male member 10a of the joint 1a is connected to the female member 20a, if at least any one of the shapes, sizes, positions, and numbers of the engagement convex portions 122a and 222a and the engagement concave portions 123a and 223a of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12a and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22a is different, the male member 10a of the joint 1a and the female member 20a cannot be connected accurately, and therefore erroneous connection of the male member 10a of the joint 1a and the female member 20a can be prevented.
Next, the second group of joints 1b will be described.
In the second group of joints 1b, the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b is formed with two engaging convex portions 122b and two engaging concave portions 123b alternately in the circumferential direction at the tip end portion of the peripheral wall portion main body 121 b. On the other hand, the female-member-side peripheral wall 22b has two engaging convex portions 222b and two engaging concave portions 223b formed alternately in the circumferential direction at the tip end portion of the peripheral wall body 221 b.
The engagement convex portion 122b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b and the engagement concave portion 223b of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b are formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (axial length and circumferential width), the position (circumferential and radial positions), and the number (both) coincides with each other. On the other hand, the engagement concave portion 123b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b and the engagement convex portion 222b of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b are also formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (length in the axial direction and width in the circumferential direction), the position (positions in the circumferential direction and radial direction), and the number (both) coincides with each other. In the second group of joints 1b, the engagement convex portions 122b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b and the engagement convex portions 222b of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b are formed so that the width ratio in the circumferential direction is approximately three to one.
Then, when the male member 10b is connected to the female member 20b, the engaging convex portion 122b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b is engaged with the engaging concave portion 223b of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b, and the engaging convex portion 222b of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b is engaged with the engaging concave portion 123b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b, whereby the engaging convex portions 122b, 222b and the engaging concave portions 123b, 223b of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12b and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22b are engaged with each other without any gap.
Next, the third group of joints 1c will be described.
In the third group of joints 1c, three engagement convex portions 122c and three engagement concave portions 123c are alternately formed in the circumferential direction at the distal end portion of the peripheral wall body 121c of the male member side peripheral wall 12 c. On the other hand, the female-member-side peripheral wall 22c has three engagement convex portions 222c and three engagement concave portions 223c formed alternately in the circumferential direction at the tip end portion of the peripheral wall body 221 c.
The engagement convex portion 122c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c and the engagement concave portion 223c of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c are formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (axial length and circumferential width), the position (circumferential and radial positions), and the number (three) coincides with each other. On the other hand, the engagement concave portion 123c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c and the engagement convex portion 222c of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c are also formed so that any one of the shape (outline), the size (length in the axial direction and width in the circumferential direction), the position (positions in the circumferential direction and radial direction), and the number (three) coincides with each other. In the third group of joints 1c, the engagement convex portions 122c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c and the engagement convex portions 222c of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c are formed so that the width ratio in the circumferential direction is approximately two to one.
Then, when the male member 10c is connected to the female member 20c, the engaging convex portion 122c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c is engaged with the engaging concave portion 223c of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c, and the engaging convex portion 222c of the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c is engaged with the engaging concave portion 123c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c, whereby the engaging convex portions 122c, 222c and the engaging concave portions 123c, 223c of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12c and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22c are engaged with each other without any gap.
In this way, the joints 1a, 1b, 1c of the respective groups are formed such that the shapes, sizes, positions, and numbers of the engagement convex portions 122a, 122b, 122c, 222a, 222b, 222c and the engagement concave portions 123a, 123b, 123c, 223a, 223b, 223c of the male member side peripheral wall portions 12a, 12b, 12c and the female member side peripheral wall portions 22a, 22b, 22c are all different from each other.
Thus, as shown in fig. 6, the male member 10 and the female member 20 (for example, the male member 10a and the female member 20a in fig. 6) of the regular group, in which the shapes, the sizes, the positions, and the numbers of the engagement convex portions 122 and 222 and the engagement concave portions 123 and 223 of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12 and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22 are identical to each other, are engaged with each other, and therefore, the male member 10 and the female member 20 can be accurately connected. On the other hand, the male member 10 and the female member 20 (for example, the male members 10b and 10c and the female member 20a in fig. 6) of the irregular group in which at least any one of the shapes, sizes, positions, and numbers of the engaging convex portions 122 and 222 and the engaging concave portions 123 and 223 of the male member side peripheral wall portion 12 and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22 is different cannot be engaged with each other, and therefore, the male member 10 and the female member 20 cannot be connected accurately. This allows the connection between the male member 10 and the female member 20 of the normal group, while preventing the connection between the male member 10 and the female member 20 of the irregular group, so that the plurality of sets of the connectors 1 can be safely used in accordance with various purposes or purposes in the medical field.
Furthermore, the joints 1 of the respective groups may be colored in the following manner: the male member side peripheral wall portion 12 and the female member side peripheral wall portion 22 are colored in the same color, and are colored between the respective sets of joints 1 so that the colors (for example, the first set of joints 1a are blue, the second set of joints 1b are green, and the third set of joints 1c are red) are different from each other. In this case, the male member 10 and the female member 20 of the regular group can be visually recognized, and thus erroneous connection of the male member 10 and the female member 20 of the joint 1 can be prevented even further.
In the above-described embodiment, the engaging protruding portions 122 and 222 and the engaging recessed portions 123 and 223 are arranged in two to four at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and other shapes, sizes, positions, and numbers are also possible. In summary, the joints 1 of each group may be the following: the male members 10 of the regular group and the female members 20 can be correctly connected by forming the engaging convex portions 122 and 222 and the engaging concave portions 123 and 223 in such a manner that at least any one of the shape, the size, the position and the number is different from each other, but the male members 10 of the irregular group and the female members 20 cannot be correctly connected.
Although the embodiments of the present utility model have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present utility model is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Various modifications and variations may be added to the illustrated embodiments within the same scope as the present utility model or within an equivalent scope.
