In the subsequent production process, the cutter cuts at the middle of each first tight end 33 and the middle of each second tight end 34 respectively, cuts the tobacco bundle 3 into a plurality of tobacco segments 4 (as shown in fig. 8), wraps the tobacco segments 4 by cigarette paper, takes the first tight end 33 as an ignition end 41, takes the second tight end 34 as a filter end 42, and then connects the filter end 42 with the filter 5 to form a cigarette. The diameter of the cigarette wrapped by the cigarette paper is consistent throughout, and the tobacco content of the lighting end 41 and the filter end 42 is more than that of the middle part of the cigarette, so that the tobacco density of the lighting end 41 and the filter end 42 is greater than that of the middle part of the cigarette.
According to the embodiment, the volume of the first groove 11 is set to be larger than the volume of the second groove 12, so that the tobacco shred content of the first tight head 33 is larger than the tobacco shred content of the second tight head 34, the tobacco shred density of the ignition end 41 is larger than that of the filter tip end 42, namely, the tobacco shred density of the ignition end 41 can be further increased on the basis that the whole quality of cigarettes is not affected, the tobacco shred in the ignition end 41 is enabled to be full and compact and not easy to fall, the probability of the cigarette paying out of the empty head is reduced, and the qualification rate of the cigarettes is improved.
The number of the first grooves 11 and the second grooves 12 is 3, and the included angle between the midlines of the adjacent first grooves 11 and second grooves 12 is 60 degrees. Every time two chopper plates 1 rotate for one revolution, 6 tobacco segments 4 are produced.
Further, the axial depth (as indicated by dimension H1 in fig. 4) of the first groove 11 is equal to the axial depth (as indicated by dimension H2 in fig. 4) of the second groove 12, the radial depth (as indicated by dimension D1 in fig. 2) of the first groove 11 is equal to the radial depth (as indicated by dimension D2 in fig. 2) of the second groove 12, and the width (as indicated by dimension L1 in fig. 2) of the first groove 11 is greater than the width (as indicated by dimension L2 in fig. 2) of the second groove 12; the axial depth of the first groove 11 and the axial depth of the second groove 12 are the axial dimensions of the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 along the riving knife disc 1, the radial depth of the first groove 11 and the radial depth of the second groove 12 are the radial dimensions of the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 along the riving knife disc 1, and the width of the first groove 11 and the width of the second groove 12 are the circumferential dimensions of the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 along the riving knife disc 1.
Illustratively, the axial depth of both the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 is 4mm; the radial depth of the first groove 11 and the radial depth of the second groove 12 are 5mm; the width of the first groove 11 is 6mm larger than the width of the second groove 12; in the present embodiment, the width of the first groove 11 is 22mm, and the width of the second groove 12 is 16mm. Through setting the first recess 11 and the second recess 12 to above-mentioned size, can ensure on the basis that does not influence the whole quality of cigarette that the pipe tobacco of lighting end 41 department is full tight, is difficult for dropping, can also avoid the middle part of cigarette to appear the cavity section because of the pipe tobacco is too little simultaneously.
When the cutter cuts the bundle of tobacco 3 into a plurality of tobacco segments 4, the cutter cuts the first and second tight ends 33, 34 along the cut line 31. Ideally, the cutting line 31 should coincide with the tight centre line 32 of the first tight 33 and the second tight 34 (i.e. the centre line which bisects the first tight 33 and the second tight 34), respectively. In practice, however, the cutting line 31 is difficult to coincide with the line 32, which results in a certain offset (indicated by the dimension K in fig. 7) between the cutting line 31 and the line 32, which we call the line 32 tight. In this embodiment, the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 are set to have the same axial depth, the same radial depth and different widths, so that when the tight head offset occurs, the quality of each cigarette is ensured to be equal, and the physical quality index of the cigarette is prevented from fluctuating, thereby optimizing the quality of the cigarette.
In order to prove that the technical scheme provided by the embodiment can increase the tobacco shred density of the ignition end 41 on the basis of not affecting the overall quality of cigarettes, and can ensure that the quality of each cigarette is equal when tight head deflection occurs, the following detailed description is made by comparing the sizes of the grooves of three different cutter heads.
Firstly, the groove sizes of three chopper heads to be compared are listed, the three chopper heads are conventional chopper heads (namely, the chopper heads used in the prior art), three-deep three-shallow chopper heads and the chopper heads provided by the embodiment (hereinafter, the chopper heads provided by the embodiment are called as three-wide three-narrow chopper heads), and six grooves are formed in each chopper head. Wherein:
six grooves of the conventional cutter disc are identical in size, the width of each groove is 22mm, the axial depth of each groove is 3.5mm, and the radial depth of each groove is 5mm.
Three deep and three shallow cutter disc are equipped with three deep grooves and three shallow grooves, and three deep grooves and three shallow grooves set up along the circumference of cutter disc one by one alternately, and the width of six grooves is 22mm, radial degree of depth is 5mm, and wherein, the axial degree of depth of three deep grooves is 4mm, and the axial degree of depth of three shallow grooves is 2mm.
Three wide and three narrow wedge cutterhead is last to be equipped with three wider first recesses and three narrower second recesses, and three first recesses and three second recesses set up along wedge cutterhead's circumference one by one alternately, and the axial degree of depth of first recess 11 and second recess 12 is 4mm, radial degree of depth is 5mm, and wherein, the width of three first recess 11 is 22mm, and the width of three second recess 12 is 16mm.
In order to prove that the three-wide three-narrow cutter disc provided by the embodiment can increase the tobacco shred density of the ignition end 41 on the basis that the overall quality of cigarettes is not affected, the conventional cutter disc is compared with the three-wide three-narrow cutter disc provided by the embodiment.
Firstly, calculating the tobacco shred capacity of each cigarette produced by a conventional cutter disc at a tight end, and the tobacco shred capacity of each cigarette produced by the three-wide three-narrow cutter disc at the tight end:
conventional cutter head: 6×22×3.5×5 ≡6=385 mm 3
The utility model provides a riving knife disc 1: (3×22×4×5+3×16×4×5)/(6=380 mm) 3
From the calculation results, the tobacco shred capacity of each cigarette produced by the conventional cutter disc at the tight end is not greatly different from the tobacco shred capacity of each cigarette produced by the cutter disc with three wide and three narrow wedges provided by the embodiment, so that the cutter disc with three wide and three narrow wedges provided by the embodiment has little influence on the overall quality of the cigarettes.
Secondly, the tobacco shred capacity of the cigarettes produced by the conventional cutter head at the ignition end and the tobacco shred capacity of the cigarettes produced by the three-wide three-narrow cutter head at the ignition end 41 provided by the embodiment are calculated:
conventional cutter head: (22/2) ×3.5x5=192.5 mm 3
The utility model provides a riving knife disc 1: (22 ≡2) ×4×5=220 mm 3
As can be seen from the above calculation results, the tobacco shred capacity of the cigarette produced by the three-wide three-narrow-split cutter head provided by the embodiment at the ignition end 41 is significantly greater than the tobacco shred capacity of the cigarette produced by the conventional split cutter head at the ignition end, so that it can be proved that the three-wide three-narrow-split cutter head provided by the embodiment can increase the tobacco shred density of the ignition end 41 without affecting the overall quality of the cigarette.
In order to prove that when tight head deviation occurs, the three-wide three-narrow cutter disc provided by the embodiment can ensure that the quality of each cigarette is equal, and the three-deep three-shallow cutter disc is compared with the three-wide three-narrow cutter disc provided by the embodiment.
Firstly, assuming that the position offset of the tight head is 3mm, respectively calculating the sum of tobacco shred capacities of two adjacent cigarettes produced by the three-depth three-shallow-split cutter head at the ignition end and the filter tip end respectively, and the sum of tobacco shred capacities of two adjacent cigarettes produced by the three-width three-narrow-split cutter head at the ignition end and the filter tip end respectively:
three-deep three-shallow cutter head:
first cigarette: (22 ≡2+3) ×5×4+ (22 ≡2-3) ×5×2=360 mm 3
The second cigarette comprises the following steps: (22 ≡2-3) ×5×4+ (22 ≡2+3) ×5×2=300 mm) 3
Three wide and three narrow cutter heads:
first cigarette: (22 ≡2+3) ×5×4+ (16 ≡2-3) ×5×4=380 mm 3
The second cigarette comprises the following steps: (22 ≡2-3) ×5×4+ (16 ≡2+3) ×5×4=380 mm 3
According to the calculation result, although the three-deep three-shallow-cutter disc comprises two grooves with different volumes, the effect of increasing the density of cut tobacco at the ignition end can be achieved, and when tight head deviation occurs, the quality of cigarettes produced by the three-deep three-shallow-cutter disc is inconsistent, so that the weight stability of the cigarettes can be affected. The three-wide three-narrow cutter disc can ensure that the quality of each cigarette is equal when tight head deflection occurs, so that the weight stability of the cigarettes is improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the embodiment of the utility model also discloses a cigarette making machine, which comprises two cutter discs 1, wherein the two cutter discs 1 are arranged in a mirror image mode relative to the extending direction of the tobacco bundles 3, and the rotation directions of the two cutter discs 1 are opposite and the rotation speeds are equal.
Further, a wire brushing wheel 2 is arranged below the joint of the two chopper discs 1, the wire brushing wheel 2 can rotate around the axis of the wire brushing wheel 2, and the wire brushing wheel 2 is used for cleaning cut tobacco cut by the chopper disc 1.
Further, the tobacco shred collecting and conveying device also comprises a tobacco shred returning conveying belt (not shown), wherein the tobacco shred returning conveying belt is arranged below the tobacco shred brushing wheel and is used for receiving tobacco shreds cleaned by the tobacco shred brushing wheel 2 and conveying the tobacco shreds to downstream procedures.
While the utility model has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is a further detailed description of the utility model with reference to specific embodiments, and it is not intended to limit the practice of the utility model to those descriptions. Various changes in form and detail may be made therein by those skilled in the art, including a few simple inferences or alternatives, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present utility model.
