In order to better understand the solution of the present utility model by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the solution of the embodiment of the present utility model with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a low-frequency sound generating module 43 is centrally disposed on the bottom wall of the case 41, so as to generate a more uniform low-frequency response of the sound 40.
It should be noted that, by providing the low-frequency sound generating module 43 at the center of the bottom wall of the case 41, the center of gravity of the case 41 can be well balanced, so that the case 41 vibrates more uniformly. In this way, the resonance effect of the case 41 can be better exerted when the low-frequency sound wave is generated, thereby enhancing the low-frequency response performance. In addition, the central position can reduce unnecessary distortion and vibration phenomenon of the box 41, and improve accuracy and stability of sound quality output.
Of course, in other embodiments, the low-frequency sound generating module 43 may be disposed at a position offset from the center of the bottom wall of the case 41, which is not limited in the present utility model, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 7 and 8, in order to improve the damping effect of the integrated record player 100, each of the shock absorbing legs 12 includes a first shock absorbing structure 121 and a second shock absorbing structure 122, the first shock absorbing structure 121 is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall of the support plate 11, the second shock absorbing structure 122 is connected to one end of the first shock absorbing structure 121 away from the support plate 11, and the case 41 is mounted on the second shock absorbing structure 122 in the mounting space.
It should be noted that, the end of the second shock-absorbing structure 122 away from the first shock-absorbing structure 121 is used to prop against the supporting platform, so as to support the whole of the integrated record player 100.
It can be appreciated that, when the integrated record player 100 vibrates due to its operation or external factors, the vibration absorbing legs 12 firstly cushion and absorb a part of the vibration generated by the sound generating cavity 411 and the vibration reflected by the supporting plane in the integrated record player 100 through the second vibration absorbing structure 122, so as to reduce or eliminate the vibration of the integrated record player 100, i.e. to realize primary vibration absorption of the integrated record player 100.
Then, since the second shock absorbing structure 122 is connected to the end of the first shock absorbing structure 121 away from the supporting plate 11, the second shock absorbing structure 122 will transmit the rest shock to the first shock absorbing structure 121, and at this time, the shock absorbing support leg 12 performs the second shock absorbing effect on the shock transmitted by the second shock absorbing structure 122 through the first shock absorbing structure, so as to achieve the second shock absorbing effect on the integrated record player 100.
Therefore, the shock absorbing support leg 12 can realize multistage shock absorption of the integrated record player 100 by adopting the first shock absorbing structure 121 and the second shock absorbing structure 122, so as to reduce shock transmitted to the record disc assembly 20 and the tone arm assembly 30 in the integrated record player 100, enable shock absorption of the shock absorbing support leg 12 to be more thorough, prevent the integrated record player 100 from generating shock phenomenon, and ensure that high-quality sound can be generated in the playing process.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 7 to fig. 9, in order to realize the shock absorbing function of the first shock absorbing structure 121, the first shock absorbing structure 121 includes a top case 1211, a first elastic component 1212 and a bottom case 1213, the top case 1211 is provided with a receiving groove 12111, the bottom case 1213 is slidably mounted in the receiving groove 12111, and one end of the bottom case 1213 can extend out of the receiving groove 12111 to be connected to the second shock absorbing structure 122. The first elastic assembly 1212 is vertically (specifically, an axial direction of the top case 1211) mounted between the top case 1211 and the bottom case 1213 in the receiving groove 12111 to buffer sliding of the bottom case 1213.
It can be appreciated that, when the second shock-absorbing structure 122 transfers the remaining shock to the first shock-absorbing structure 121, the bottom shell 1213 moves vertically in a direction approaching the top shell 1211, and presses the first elastic component 1212, so that the first elastic component 1212 is elastically deformed to buffer the sliding of the bottom shell 1213, thereby reducing the shock amplitude of the integrated record player 100, and achieving the secondary shock absorption of the integrated record player 100.
In addition, in order to facilitate the disassembly or assembly of the first shock-absorbing structure 121, the outer circumferential wall of the top case 1211 is provided with a connecting portion 12112 protruding in the radial direction thereof, and the first shock-absorbing structure 121 is fixedly connected with the support plate 11 through the connecting portion 12112. In the embodiment, a groove (not shown) is formed in the support plate 11 at a position corresponding to the connecting portion 12112, and when the first shock-absorbing structure 121 needs to be installed, an operator firstly clamps the connecting portion 12112 into the groove, and then locks and fixes the first shock-absorbing structure 121 and the support plate 11 by using a fastener (specifically, a screw member such as a screw, etc.), so that the first shock-absorbing structure 121 and the support plate 11 can be fixedly connected; when the first shock absorbing structure 121 needs to be disassembled, the operator only needs to remove the fastener, so that the first shock absorbing structure 121 can be disassembled from the supporting plate 11.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first shock-absorbing structure 121 can be stably mounted on the supporting plate 11, and the subsequent maintenance of the first shock-absorbing structure 121 is also facilitated. That is, the first shock-absorbing structure 121 can be detached from the support plate 11 without directly disconnecting the connection portion 12112, and without damaging the support plate 11 and the first shock-absorbing structure 121.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 7 to 11, in order to realize the shock absorbing function of the second shock absorbing structure 122, the second shock absorbing structure 122 includes a cover plate 1221, a second elastic component 1222, a foot pad component 1223 and a hollow housing 1224, wherein the cover plate 1221 covers one end of the housing 1224, the foot pad component 1223 is slidably mounted on the other end of the housing 1224 and seals the housing 1224, the second elastic component 1222 is vertically mounted in the housing 1224, one end of the second elastic component 1222 abuts against the cover plate 1221, and the other end abuts against the foot pad component 1223.
It will be appreciated that after the user places the integrated jukebox 100 on the support platform, the foot pad assembly 1223 abuts the support platform to support the integrated jukebox 100 as a whole. When the integrated jukebox 100 vibrates due to its operation or external factors, the foot pad assembly 1223 moves in a direction close to the cover plate 1221 along the vertical direction, and presses the second elastic assembly 1222, so that the second elastic assembly 1222 is elastically deformed to buffer the sliding of the foot pad assembly 1223, thereby reducing the vibration amplitude of the integrated jukebox 100 and achieving primary vibration reduction of the integrated jukebox 100.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, an end of the cover 1221 facing away from the housing 1224 is connected to the bottom case 1213, so that the second shock-absorbing structure 122 can transmit the remaining shock to the first shock-absorbing structure 121. In this embodiment, the bottom shell 1213 has a plugging end 12131, and the plugging end 12131 is conical, and the cover plate 1221 has a plugging slot 12211 formed thereon, and the plugging end 12131 is plugged into the plugging slot 12211 when the first shock-absorbing structure 121 is connected to the second shock-absorbing structure 122.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the integrated jukebox 100 provided by the present utility model, in order to facilitate the disassembly or assembly of the audio device 40, a plurality of connection plates 12241 are protruding along the radial direction of the peripheral side of the housing 1224, and the audio device 40 is connected to each second shock absorbing structure 122 through the corresponding connection plate 12241. In the embodiment, the number of the connection plates 12241 is 2, and the central axes of the extension directions of the 2 connection plates 12241 are perpendicular to each other, so as to ensure that adjacent side walls of the case 41 are attached to each other, and improve the stability of the installation of the case 41.
As can be appreciated, when the sound box 40 needs to be installed, an operator first attaches two adjacent side plates on the box 41 of the sound box 40 to the corresponding connecting plates 12241, and then locks and fixes the two adjacent side plates by using fasteners, so as to realize the fixed connection between the sound box 40 and the second shock absorbing structure 122; when the sound box 40 needs to be disassembled, the operator only needs to remove the fastener, so that the sound box 40 can be disassembled from the second shock absorbing structure 122.
By adopting the technical scheme, the sound box 40 can be stably arranged on the shock-absorbing support seat 10, and the subsequent maintenance of the sound box 40 is also facilitated. That is, the sound box 40 can be detached from the second shock absorbing structure 122 in the shock absorbing leg 12 by directly disconnecting the connecting plate 12241, and the sound box 40 and the shock absorbing leg 12 are not damaged.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the integrated record player 100 provided by the present utility model, the audio device 40 further includes a protection net (not shown), which is mounted on the outer wall of the box 41 and covers the low-frequency sounding module 43, so as to avoid the problem that the low-frequency sounding module 43 is damaged due to the exposed low-frequency sounding module 43. It can be appreciated that, when the integrated record player 100 is impacted or collided, the protection net can bear the external force first, so as to avoid the external force directly acting on the low-frequency sounding module 43, thereby protecting the low-frequency sounding module 43.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the utility model and is not intended to limit the utility model. Various modifications and variations of the present utility model will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
