The present exemplary embodiment provides a tool string.
The tool string described in the present exemplary embodiment may include an expanding packer as described in exemplary embodiment 1, and in addition, the tool string described in the present exemplary embodiment may further include other types of downhole tools, such as a hydraulic injector, a locator, a safety joint, etc., connected to the lower end and/or the upper end of the expanding packer, and the present utility model is not limited thereto, and various types of downhole tools may be combined to form the tool string described in the present exemplary embodiment to perform different types of operations downhole.
In summary, the expansion type packer has the design of the double shoulder protection mechanism, can be repeatedly set and unset for many times under the working condition of high temperature and high pressure, for example, the effective repeated setting times can reach more than 10 times under the working condition of high pressure of 80MPa, the high-pressure repeated effective setting of the expansion type packer is realized, the expansion type packer has the advantage of repeated use for many times compared with the common expansion type packer, the problems of low pressure bearing grade, insufficient repeated setting performance and the like of the common expansion type packer are solved, and the on-site production efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An expansion packer is characterized by comprising a central tube, a rubber cylinder, an upper rubber cylinder seat, a lower rubber cylinder seat and a tension spring shoulder pad, wherein,
the upper end of the rubber cylinder is arranged at the upper end of the lower rubber cylinder seat in a penetrating way and is in butt joint with the step of the inner wall of the upper rubber cylinder seat;
the number of the tension spring shoulder protectors is at least one, and the tension spring shoulder protectors are arranged between the lower end of the upper rubber cylinder seat and the step of the outer wall of the rubber cylinder or between the upper end of the lower rubber cylinder seat and the step of the outer wall of the rubber cylinder; the tension spring shoulder pad is used for supporting the shoulder of the rubber cylinder so as to prevent the shoulder from being partially torn when the rubber cylinder is in setting expansion;
the upper rubber cylinder seat and the lower rubber cylinder seat can expand along with expansion and setting of the rubber cylinder so as to protect the rubber cylinder and the tension spring shoulder pad.

The expanding packer of claim 1, wherein the number of the tension spring shoulder protectors is two, and the two tension spring shoulder protectors are respectively arranged between the lower end of the upper rubber cylinder seat and the step of the outer wall of the rubber cylinder and between the upper end of the lower rubber cylinder seat and the step of the outer wall of the rubber cylinder;
the tension spring shoulder pad comprises a plurality of layers of tension spring rings, the diameter of the outer layer of tension spring rings is larger than that of the inner layer of tension spring rings, and the plurality of layers of tension spring rings are tightly wound along the circumferential direction.

The expandable packer of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the upper rubber cylinder seat and the upper end of the lower rubber cylinder seat are provided with a plurality of cutting slits along the axial direction, the plurality of cutting slits are distributed along the circumferential directions of the upper rubber cylinder seat and the lower rubber cylinder seat respectively, and when the upper rubber cylinder seat and the lower rubber cylinder seat are expanded, the plurality of cutting slits can expand to enable the upper rubber cylinder seat and the lower rubber cylinder seat to expand and be tightly attached to the inner wall of the sleeve.

The expanding packer according to claim 1, further comprising a connecting sleeve, wherein the connecting sleeve is sleeved outside the central tube, and the upper end of the connecting sleeve is penetrated at the lower end of the lower rubber cylinder seat; and a sealing element is arranged between the connecting sleeve and the lower rubber cylinder seat and used for keeping a sealing state between the connecting sleeve and the lower rubber cylinder seat when the lower rubber cylinder seat moves up and down along the axial direction.

The expanding packer of claim 1, further comprising an upper joint fixedly connected to an upper end of the central tube, a lower end of the upper joint being located between the central tube and the upper packing element seat, and a sealing member being installed between the upper joint and the upper packing element seat for sealing between the upper joint and the upper packing element seat.

The expandable packer of claim 5, further comprising a retaining ring disposed in the upper joint, wherein a lower end of the retaining ring is fixedly connected to the center tube, wherein a step of an outer wall of the retaining ring abuts against a step of an inner wall of the upper joint, and the retaining ring is configured to prevent separation between the upper joint and the center tube.
7. The expanding packer of claim 1, wherein a side hole is formed in the side wall of the central tube, a water hole screw and a filter screen are arranged in the side hole, and a through water hole is formed in the water hole screw and can be communicated with the inner cavity of the central tube; the filter screen can filter impurities in the liquid, and prevent the liquid flow channel of the expansion packer from being blocked.
8. The expandable packer of claim 4, wherein a set screw is mounted between the connection sleeve and the center tube, the set screw being capable of preventing relative displacement between the connection sleeve and the center tube.
9. The expandable packer of claim 1, wherein a highest temperature resistance of the tension spring shoulder pad is greater than a highest temperature resistance of the packing element.
10. A tool string comprising an inflatable packer according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
