Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent, embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present utility model and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
When traditional door body is installed through the pivot: firstly, inserting a rotating shaft at the upper end of a door body into a rotating shaft hole at the upper part of a door frame; then, the rotating shaft at the lower end of the door body is aligned with the rotating shaft hole at the lower part of the door frame, then the whole door body is moved downwards so that the rotating shaft at the lower end of the door body is inserted into the rotating shaft hole at the lower part of the door frame, and at the moment, the rotating shaft at the upper end of the door body cannot be completely separated from the rotating shaft hole at the upper part of the door frame (namely, the rotating shaft at the upper end of the door body is still partially positioned in the rotating shaft hole at the upper part of the door frame), so that the rotating installation of the door body is completed. However, in the installation process, because the door body moves downwards for a certain distance, a larger gap is necessarily formed between the upper end of the door body and the upper part of the door frame, a gap is reserved between the door body and the door frame after the door body is installed, and the door body cannot be installed to the top.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a door body mounting structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 17, the door body mounting structure comprises a door body 2, a door frame 1, a first rotating member 3, a second rotating member 5, a first mounting seat 4, a second mounting seat 7 and a matching member 6; the first rotating piece 3 is arranged at the upper end of the door body 2, the second rotating piece 5 is arranged at the lower end of the door body 2, the first mounting seat 4 is arranged at the upper part of the door frame 1, and the second mounting seat 7 is arranged at the lower part of the door frame 1; the first rotating piece 3 is in rotating fit with the first mounting seat 4; the second rotating piece 5 is in rotating fit with the matching piece 6; the second mounting seat 7 is fixedly connected with the mating member 6 after the mating member 6 is mounted on the second rotating member 5, so that the door body 2 can rotate relative to the door frame 1.
The first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 5 are mounted at the upper and lower ends of one side edge (i.e., the side edge where the rotation axis is located) of the door body 2 in the width direction, and the "first rotating member 3+the side edge of the door body 2+the second rotating member 5" forms a rotation shaft, and the upper end of the rotation shaft (i.e., the first rotating member 3) is inserted into a rotation shaft hole in the upper portion of the door frame 1 (the rotation shaft hole may be provided on the first mounting seat 4). The lower end of the rotating shaft (i.e., the second rotating member 5) is inserted into the rotating shaft hole (the matching member 6 may be provided with the rotating shaft hole) at the lower portion of the door frame 1.
In the actual installation process, the first mount 4 is fixed to the upper portion of the door frame 1, and then the first rotating member 3 is inserted into the first mount 4 to be in a rotating fit. Then the matching piece 6 is installed at the second rotating piece 5 in a rotating fit way, so that the door body 2, the second rotating piece 5 and the matching piece 6 form a whole, and then the matching piece 6 is connected with the second installation seat 7. The second mounting seat 7 may be mounted on the door frame 1 before being connected to the mating member 6, or may be connected to the mating member 6 before being mounted on the door frame 1.
Through the connection of the second mounting seat 7 and the matching piece 6, the problem that a space is reserved for the up-and-down movement of the door body 2 in the mounting process of the door body 2 is avoided, the door body 2 does not need to move up and down in the mounting process, a gap (only a gap which normally ensures that the door body 2 can be normally opened and closed is reserved) is not reserved between the upper end of the door body 2 and the upper part of the door frame 1, and the attractiveness and the tightness of the door body mounting structure are improved.
It should be understood that the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 5 may be provided with rotating shaft holes, and the first mounting seat 4 and the mating member 6 may be provided with rotating shafts to form a rotating fit, which is not limited in this aspect of the utility model.

In the installation, after first rotating member 3 and second rotating member 5 rotate the installation and accomplish, cooperate with cooperation spare 6 through the second mount pad 7 of bottom, make door body 2 fixed in position and can normally rotate, the position of door body 2 need not to reciprocate, namely, when door body 2 lower extreme rotates the installation, need not to descend a part of height with door body 2 in order to realize "lower part pivot inserts the pivot hole", can not leave the gap because of door body 2 downwardly moving between door body 2 upper end and the door frame 1, realize that door body 2's top is installed and is fixed fast.
In an exemplary embodiment, the door body mounting structure further includes a fixing structure for connecting the fitting 6 and the second mount 7.
After the matching piece 6 is connected with the second mounting seat 7, the matching piece 6 and the second mounting seat 7 are fixed through the fixing structure, so that the situation that the matching piece 6 is separated from the second mounting seat 7 due to long-term use and repeated rotation of the door body 2 is avoided, and the reliable operation of the door body mounting structure is ensured.
The fixed structure can be a structure convenient to detach so as to be singly replaced after the matching piece 6 or the second mounting seat 7 is damaged or severely worn after long-term use, the whole door body 2 is not required to be replaced, and the use cost of final products such as a shower room is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 to 16, the mating member 6 is provided with a first fixing hole 61, the second mount 7 is provided with a second fixing hole 72, and at least a portion of the fixing member 81 is inserted into the first fixing hole 61 and the second fixing hole 72 to limit the second mount 7 from being separated from the mating member 6; the fixing structure includes a first fixing hole 61, a second fixing hole 72, and a fixing member 81.
