In a first aspect, the present utility model provides a hernia pant 100. The hernia trousers 100 can be applied to the field of medical appliances, such as hernia treatment equipment, and solve the problems of complex structure and inconvenient wearing of the existing hernia belt. The hernia trousers 100 of the present utility model can be applied to the treatment of umbilical hernia, indirect inguinal hernia, direct hernia, etc., and the retraction of the protruding hernia inclusion block, thereby effectively preventing hernia development and relieving symptoms such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, etc. caused by hernia.
First, for convenience of description, references herein to "inside", "outside" are made to the side closer to the human body as the inside and the side farther from the human body as the outside when the hernia trousers 100 are worn by a person. In addition, the hernia trousers in the utility model can be underpants, trousers or other trousers. For convenience of description, this embodiment will be described by taking underpants as an example, but this is not meant to be limiting.
The present utility model provides a hernia trousers 100. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, fig. 1 is a schematic view of hernia trousers 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model; fig. 4 is a perspective view showing an internal structure of hernia trousers 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model. Hernia trousers 100 comprise a panty body 110, an abdominal pressure pad 120 and a girdle 130. The underpants body 110 can be directly put on a human body as a support mounting structure of the abdomen pressing pad 120 and the waistband 130. The abdominal pressure pad 120 is an important component of the hernia trousers 100 of the present utility model, and is used for installing the hernia bag 140 and covering the abdomen and inguinal triangle of the human body. The waistband 130, which is also an important component of the hernia trousers 100 of the present utility model, is fastened to the human body (waist) when worn and applies pressure to the hernia bag 140. The panty body 110 and/or the abdominal cushion 120 may have a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure.
The hernia bag 140 is a structure for pressing and retracting the protruding hernia bag. The hernia bag 140 may be a block-shaped structure, a capsule-shaped or a bulk-shaped structure, and may be filled with auxiliary substances. The hernia bag 140 is preferably made of a breathable material. The installation position and number of the pressure hernia bags 140 are not limited, and are adjusted accordingly according to the actual herniated hernia bag blocks, for example, the number may be one, two or other numbers.
In particular, reference is made to fig. 1, 3 and 4, wherein fig. 3 is a top view of hernia trousers 100 shown in fig. 1. The underpants body 110 can be directly put on the human body. The underpants body 110 is a real underpants structure including two holes for thigh extension at the bottom and an opening for human body extension at the top. The specific shape of the panty body 110 is not limited in the present utility model, and for example, it may be a briefs, and the panty body 110 at this time may include a panty front sheet 111, a panty rear sheet 112, and a panty crotch sheet 113 provided between the panty front sheet 111 and the bottom of the panty rear sheet 112. The tops of the panty front panel 111 and the panty back panel 112 are connected to the waist 114. Alternatively, if the hernia trousers 100 are rectangular underpants, the underpants body 110 at this time is different from the above-described briefs in that the underpants body 110 further includes legs 115 provided on both sides of the crotch piece 113. Whether the hernia trousers 100 are briefs or briefs, the panty front sheet 111, the panty rear sheet 112, the panty crotch sheet 113, the panty waist 114, and the like may be separate structures, or may be formed of a woven fabric, or may be formed of a single piece by sewing, an intermediate connecting member, or the like.
In the illustrated embodiment, the abdomen pressing pad 120 is disposed at a position corresponding to the abdomen and inguinal triangle of the human body at the inner side of the underpants body 110. The abdominal cushion 120 is a sheet-like structure that extends in the vertical direction. The shape of the abdominal pressure pad 120 is not limited, and may be square, circular, oval, trapezoid, or other shapes. The abdominal cushion 120 is preferably made of a breathable soft material, such as cloth. The top of the abdomen pressing pad 120 is fixedly coupled to the inner side of the underpants body 110. For example, the top of the abdomen pressing pad 120 may be fixed to the inner side of the underpants body 110 by sewing, and the fixing manner is not limited. Meanwhile, the top of the abdomen pressing pad 120 may be fixed to the panty front 111 of the panty body 110 or the waist 114. The abdominal cushion 120 is used as a device for attaching the hernia bag 140 on the inner side 121 near the human body, and has an attachment portion for attaching the hernia bag 140. The manner of mounting between the mounting portion of the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120 and the pressure hernia package 140, which will be described below, is not described in additional detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the hernia trousers 100 of fig. 1 at another angle (in a direction from the front to the back of the human body). When the hernia trousers 100 according to the embodiment of the present utility model are worn, the girdle 130 is fixed to the human body (waist). Wherein the waistband 130 is designed to be disposed horizontally inside the panty body 110, and may be positioned below the waist 114. In addition, the horizontal arrangement herein does not represent a strict horizontal angle, and the whole may be inclined or curved. The waistband 130 has a circular band-like structure, similar to a conventional belt. The waistband 130 is attached to the outer side 122 of the abdominal cushion 120, which may be as follows: the outer side of the abdomen-pressing pad has a connection portion for connection with the waistband, wherein at least a portion of the waistband 130 corresponding to the connection portion of the outer side of the abdomen-pressing pad is horizontally arranged against the inner side of the underpants body 110, and this portion of the waistband 130 passes between the abdomen-pressing pad 120 and the underpants body 110, and this portion is connected with the connection portion of the outer side 122 of the abdomen-pressing pad 120. And the cinch waist belt 130 is aligned with the hernia package 140 in the area of the connection portion of the abdominal pressure pad 120 so that the pressure of the cinch waist belt 130 is precisely applied to the hernia package 140. The connection between the waistband 130 and the abdomen pressing pad 120 may be not limited, but in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the waistband 130 to move up and down relative to the underpants body 110 in the vertical direction, it is preferable that the waistband 130 and the abdomen pressing pad 120 are quickly connected in a detachable manner, which will be unfolded below. For better fixation of the cinch belt 130 to the human body and for applying pressure to the pressure hernia bag 140, it is preferred that the cinch belt 130 employs an elastic cinch belt 130. In addition, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the waistband 130 is disposed entirely inside the panty body 110, which is only one example and not meant to be limiting. Other arrangements are possible regarding the positioning of the waistband with respect to the panty body, which will be expanded below.
The hernia trousers 100 according to the present utility model comprise a panty body 110, an abdomen pressing pad 120 for installing an hernia bag 140, which can cover the abdomen and inguinal triangle of a human body, and a girdle 130 connected with the abdomen pressing pad 120, which can precisely apply pressure to the hernia bag 140, and have a simple overall structure, and compared with the conventional hernia band which is put on the panty and then adjusted and fixed, the abdomen pressing pad 120, the girdle 130 and the panty body 110 are integrated, so that the step of putting on the panty first is omitted, and the hernia trousers can be used without complicated adjustment and fixation after being worn, and the hernia trousers are more convenient to wear.
It is known that because of the varying location of the hernia, which may be distributed at different locations, in order for the hernia trousers 100 according to the present utility model to function well when the location of the hernia bag 140 is varied, it is necessary that the waistband 130 (the connected area) is able to remain in line with the location of the hernia bag 140 in order to transfer the pressure of the waistband 130 precisely to the hernia bag 140. A gap is provided between at least a portion of the abdomen pressing pad 120 and the underpants body 110 between the top of the abdomen pressing pad 120 and the bottom of the abdomen pressing pad 120. The gap serves as a movable space in which the waistband 130 moves up and down in the vertical direction with respect to the underpants body 110, so that the waistband 130 is position-adjusted in the vertical direction. The waistband 130 can be moved up and down relative to the panty body 110 in a vertical direction through the gap, so as to be correspondingly adjusted to a position aligned with the pressure hernia package 140. The reason for the formation of the voids may be: the top of the abdomen-pressing pad 120 is fixed (e.g., sewn), at least the abdomen-pressing pad 120 between the top of the abdomen-pressing pad 120 and the bottom of the abdomen-pressing pad 120 is not fixed (e.g., not sewn) to the underpants body 110, and the whole abdomen-pressing pad 120 is drooping down in the vertical direction, which is stuck to the inside of the underpants body 110. In addition, as for the bottom of the abdomen pressing pad 120, it may be fixedly coupled to the inside of the underpants body 110 (for example, by sewing, etc.). Since both the top of the abdominal pressure pad 120 and the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad 120 are fixed, the abdominal pressure pad 120 is not straightened when being arranged in order to better approach the abdominal pressure pad 120 to the human body, and a margin of extension can be left. The bottom of the abdomen pressing pad 120 may not be fixed to the inner side of the underpants body 110. For example, the bottom of the abdomen pressing pad 120 is not sewn to the underpants body 110 in such a manner that the abdomen pressing pad 120 drops downward in the vertical direction.
In the above, in order to achieve that the hernia package 140 can easily be changed in its mounting position on the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120, the hernia package 140 is detachably connected to the mounting portion of the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120. With respect to the detachable manner, referring to fig. 4, the hernia package 140 may be quickly connected to the mounting portion of the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120 by means of a velcro 160. For example, the mounting portion of the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120 is a hook-and-loop surface or a hook-and-loop surface, and the structure of connecting the corresponding pressure hernia package 140 and the abdominal pressure pad 120 is a hook-and-loop surface or a hook-and-loop surface. It will be appreciated that other means of snap-fitting, such as magnetic attraction, gluing, fastening, etc., may be used between the hernia package 140 and the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120, without deployment. The mounting portion may be a structure, such as a velcro, separately provided on the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120. Or may be a part or the whole of the inner side 121 of the abdominal pressure pad 120, so that an additional mounting portion may be omitted.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 4, when the position of the pressure hernia bag 140 is changed, the waistband 130 is also conveniently and quickly adjusted in time. The waistband 130 is detachably connected to the connection of the outer side 122 of the abdominal pressure pad 120. The detachable mode is not limited, and the two can be quickly connected by using the magic tape 160. For example, the connecting portion of the outer side 122 of the abdomen pressing pad 120 is a hook-and-loop surface or a hook-and-loop surface, and the structure of the corresponding waistband 130 connected to the abdomen pressing pad 120 is a hook-and-loop surface or a hook-and-loop surface. It will be appreciated that other means of snap-coupling between the waistband 130 and the outer side 122 of the abdominal pressure pad 120 may be used, such as magnetic attraction, gluing, fastening, etc., where no deployment is performed. Similarly, the connecting portion may be a structure separately provided on the outer side surface of the abdominal pressure pad 120, such as a velcro, or may be a part or all of the outer side surface of the abdominal pressure pad 120, so that an additional connecting portion may be omitted.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad 120 is spatially constrained so that no substantial displacement of the abdominal pressure pad 120 occurs. Hernia trousers 100 according to the present utility model may also include a securing strap 150. One end of the fixing strap 150 is connected to the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad 120. The other end of the fixing band 150 extends along the crotch portion of the underpants body 110 (underpants crotch panel 113) to the side of the underpants body 110 remote from the abdomen-pressure pad 120 (i.e., underpants back 112 or waist 114). Thus, when the hernia trousers 100 are worn on a human body, the fixing band 150 can be limited to the crotch position, thereby spatially limiting the bottom of the abdomen pressing pad 120 to prevent its displacement. Wherein the number of fixation straps 150 may be one, two, or other numbers.
Further, referring to fig. 3, although the fixation strap 150 may spatially constrain the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad 120, it is envisioned that the fixation strap 150 may be displaced because it is not fixed. Once the shift is pulled to the thigh root or hemmed, the customer experience of the hernia trousers 100 is significantly reduced. Therefore, in order to prevent the fastening band 150 from being shifted and pulled to the thigh root or curled, etc., and to improve the comfort of the hernia trousers 100, the fastening band 150 is fastened to the crotch of the underpants body 110 at least along the crotch of the underpants body 110, so that the fastening band 150 can be kept in a fixed position and be uniformly stressed. At least the portion extending along the crotch of the undergarment body 110 may be fixed by sewing, or may be fixed by other means, and is not limited thereto. It is understood that, in addition to the portion of the fixing band 150 extending along the crotch of the underpants body 110 being fixed, when the other end of the fixing band 150 extends along the crotch of the underpants body 110 (underpants crotch 113) to the underpants back 112 or the waist 114 of the underpants body 110 away from the abdomen-pressure pad 120, the fixing band 150 located in the underpants back 112 or the fixing band 150 extending from the underpants crotch 113 to the waist 114 may be fixed by sewing.
In addition, in order that the fixing band 150 can be adapted to a larger population of human body shapes, the fixing band 150 is designed to be adjustable in length (actually usable length). For example, one end of the fixing band 150 connected to the abdominal pressure pad 120 is provided with an adjusting buckle means 151 for adjusting the length of the fixing band 150. Or the fixing band 150 may employ an elastic fixing band 150. Or a resilient fastening strap 150 incorporating an adjustment buckle arrangement 151. The adjusting buckle device 151 may be a prior art device, and will not be described herein.
To facilitate the tying of the waistband 130 to the waist of the person or the detachment of the waistband from the waist (with the panty body), the waistband 130 also has a movable portion arranged at the location of the panty back 112. The movable portion comprises two removably connected end portions 132 provided with a connecting structure. Quick connection and disconnection between the two ends 132 can be achieved by the connection structure. The connection structure 131 may be, without limitation, preferably a quick connection structure 131, so as to be quickly removed or installed, for example, a structure such as a hook and loop fastener may be used.
The two end parts 132 are as stable as possible in the position of the rear part of the underpants when the hernia trousers are worn, and do not shift up and down. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the two ends 132 of the waistband 130 may be configured to be connected after each pass through the loops 116 disposed on the waist 114 (which may also be the inside of the back panel of the pant), and the entire waistband is located on the inside of the pant body. Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, both end portions 132 of the waistband 130 may be configured to be connected after each is worn out from the inside to the outside of the rear pants piece 112, and the remaining portion of the waistband is located at the inside of the underpants body. Wherein the panty back has an opening 117 through which the end 132 is threaded. The number and distribution of the loops 116 may be not limited, and may be disposed in the middle of the back panel 112. The number of loops 116 can be one, two, or other numbers. The material of the loop 116 is preferably a soft material such as cloth.
In summary, the hernia trousers 100 according to the present utility model include the underpants body 110, the abdomen pressing pad 120 for installing the hernia bag 140 and the girdle 130 for applying pressure to the hernia bag 140, so that the overall parts are few, the structure is simple, the abdomen pressing pad 120, the girdle 130 and the underpants body 110 are integrated, the step of putting on underpants is omitted during wearing, and the trousers can be used without complicated adjustment and fixation, and the trousers are more convenient to wear. In addition, since the position of the hernia bag 140 may be varied, a gap may be provided between the abdominal pressure pad 120 and the panty body 110 between the top of the abdominal pressure pad 120 and the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad 120, and the waistband 130 may be moved up and down with respect to the panty body 110 in the vertical direction through the gap, so that the position aligned with the hernia bag 140 may be correspondingly adjusted, thereby realizing more accurate transfer of the pressure of the waistband 130 to the hernia bag 140. Meanwhile, according to the hernia trousers 100 of the embodiment of the present utility model, the fixing band 150 arranged can be fixed to the crotch of the underpants body 110 along the crotch of the underpants body 110, so that the fixing band 150 can maintain a fixed position and a balanced stress, the phenomenon that the fixing band is pulled to the thigh root or curled is prevented, and the comfort of the hernia trousers 100 is improved.
In a second aspect, the present utility model also provides a hernia band 200. Referring to fig. 6, hernia band 200 includes an anterior abdominal pressure pad 210 and a girdle 220. The waistband 220 may be an elastic waistband.
Specifically, the abdominal pressure pad 210 is provided to correspond to the position of the abdomen and inguinal triangle of the human body and extends in the vertical direction. The top of the abdomen pressing pad 210 is provided with a fixing part for being fixedly coupled to underpants or trousers. The abdominal pressure pad 210 has a mounting portion on an inner side surface for mounting the pressure hernia bag. The waistband is constructed as a horizontally arranged endless belt-like structure for encircling the waist of a person. The outer side 211 of the abdominal pressure pad 210 has a connection portion for connection with the belt 210. The waistband is passed through the outside of the abdominal pressure pad and the waistband is arranged to align the hernia package in the area of the connection of the abdominal pressure pad so that the pressure of the waistband is applied to the hernia package when the hernia package is in place.
In a preferred embodiment, a fixing band 230 for passing around the crotch of the human body may be attached to the bottom of the abdominal pressure pad. 230 is attached to the back side of the waistband. The fixing belt is preferably an elastic fixing belt. In addition, an adjusting buckle means for adjusting the length of the fixing strap 230 may be provided at one end of the fixing strap connected to the abdominal pressure pad 210.
In some embodiments, the mounting portion of the medial side of the abdominal pressure pad is preferably removably attached to the pressure hernia package. For example, the two are quickly connected by means of a magic tape 240. Specifically, the installation part of the inner side surface of the abdomen pressing pad is constructed as a magic tape surface or a magic tape hook surface, and the structure for correspondingly connecting the pressure hernia package with the abdomen pressing pad is constructed as a magic tape hook surface or a magic tape surface. Likewise, the outer side of the abdominal pressure pad may also be removably attached to the belt. For example, the connecting part of the outer side surface of the abdomen pressing pad is constructed as a magic tape surface or a magic hook surface, and the structure of the corresponding waistband connected with the abdomen pressing pad is constructed as a magic hook surface or a magic tape surface.
