The barbecue grill of claim 7 wherein the burner comprises a main valve and a burner head, the main valve comprising a knob, a flow valve and an igniter, the burner head and the igniter being at least partially located within the burner body, the knob being connected to the flow valve and the igniter, the flow valve being connected to the burner head.

9. The barbecue grill of claim 8 further comprising a fire banking plate mounted within the grill body, the fire banking plate being located above the burner.

The barbecue grill of claim 1, further comprising an oil receiving box removably connected to the base plate, the oil receiving box being located outside the oven body, the base plate being provided with a through hole through which the oil receiving box communicates with the interior of the oven body.
