Description

Fixing clamp for air conditioner heating and ventilation device and air conditioner heating and ventilation device
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to the field of air conditioning and heating devices, and more particularly, to a fixing clip for positioning a heating belt with respect to a housing member of an air conditioning and heating device, and an air conditioning and heating device including the same.
Background
This section provides background information related to the present disclosure, which is not necessarily prior art.
Air conditioning Heating and Ventilation (HVAC) devices may include refrigeration air conditioning, heating air conditioning, heat pump units, floor heating air conditioning units, and the like. An air conditioning and heating apparatus generally includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit is arranged outdoors, and condensed water formed in the operation process is accumulated in the chassis. When the ambient temperature is low, the condensed water can freeze so as to influence the heat exchange performance of the fin heat exchanger of the outdoor unit. In the related art, a heating belt (wire member) is often provided on a base plate of an outdoor unit to melt ice into water and then discharged through a water falling hole on the base plate, thereby solving the problem.
In the related art, there are mainly two fixing methods of the heating belt on the chassis of the outdoor unit. One way is to directly affix the heating tape to the chassis with double-sided tape. This approach results in heating belts that are not easily installed and removed and can easily fall off over time. Another way is to fix the heating belt to the chassis with screws and by means of fixing hole clamps. In this way, the versatility of the fixing hole clamp is not strong, and hole features need to be added at corresponding chassis positions when the fixing hole clamp is used, so that the fixing hole clamp is fixed through the hole features by using screws, thus the requirement on the installation space is high, and the fixing hole clamp cannot be used in places without space such as end parts. Moreover, the use of the fixed orifice clamps may cause at least a portion of the heating belt to not be in direct contact with the chassis, affecting the heating of the chassis by the heating belt.
In summary, the conventional manner of fixing the heating belt to the chassis cannot meet the requirements of convenience and versatility in installation.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An air conditioning and heating apparatus may generally include an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit may include a base pan 10, and the base pan 10 may include a bottom plate 14 and side plates 12. An outdoor heat exchanger (such as a fin heat exchanger) is placed on the bottom plate 14 of the chassis 10. Fig. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a chassis 10 of an outdoor unit to which a fixing clip 30 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is mounted. Referring to fig. 1, a heating belt 20 is provided on a base plate 10 of an outdoor unit. At relatively low ambient temperatures, condensed water produced during operation of the air conditioning unit accumulates in the chassis 10 and freezes. The heating belt 20 can melt ice into water and then drain the melted water through the water falling hole 11 on the base plate 10, thereby avoiding the frozen water from affecting the heat exchange performance of the fin heat exchanger of the outdoor unit. As shown, the heating band 20 is generally elongate, tubular or linear, and the heating band 20 may extend generally along the side panels 12 of the tray 10 on the bottom panel 14. Here, it should be noted that the chassis 10 corresponds to a case member according to the present utility model, and the heating belt 20 corresponds to a wire member according to the present utility model.
Fig. 2 shows a partial perspective view of the chassis 10 with the mounting clip 30 according to one embodiment of the present utility model installed. As shown in fig. 2, the fixing clip 30 may be fixed to the side plate 12, and clamp the heating belt 20 between the fixing clip 30 and the chassis 10. In the preferred example, the heating belt 20 is clamped in contact with both the bottom plate 14 and the side plates 12. In this way, the heating belt can be more reliably and stably clamped, and it can be ensured that the heating belt effectively heats the ice accumulated on the bottom plate. Further, it will be appreciated that the retaining clip 30 may also be configured such that the heating band 20 is held in contact with only the side plates 12. Furthermore, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the fixation clamp 30 according to the present utility model can be used to secure other suitable types of linear members, such as tubes or wires for fluid flow, etc., in addition to the heating band 20. Furthermore, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the fixing clip according to the present utility model may be applied to other suitable portions, such as a side housing of an outdoor unit, in addition to the chassis of the outdoor unit.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a fixation clamp 30 according to one embodiment of the present utility model. The retaining clip 30 includes attachment portions 32 for attachment to the side panels 12 of the chassis 10. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the attachment portion 32 is in the form of a clip. The attachment portion 32 includes opposed first and second side walls 34, 36 and an end wall 38 connecting the first and second side walls 34, 36, the first and second side walls 34, 36 sandwiching the side panel 12 of the chassis 10 therebetween, thereby securing the clip 30 directly to the side panel 12 of the chassis 10 without the aid of additional securing members.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing clip 30 further includes a hemming portion 40 extending from an end of the second side wall 36 of the attaching portion 32, the hemming portion 40 being configured to cooperate with the side plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 14 of the chassis 10 to clamp the wire-like member such as the heating belt 20 between the side plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 14 of the chassis 10 and the hemming portion 40 of the fixing clip 30. Here, according to the fixing clip of the present utility model, the hemmed portion may extend from a portion of the second side wall 36 other than the distal end (for example, from a portion of the second side wall 36 slightly above the proximal end).
The fixing clip 30 according to the present utility model can be engaged with the chassis 10 to effectively and simply fix the heating belt 20. In addition, the fixing clip 30 according to the present utility model is fastened to the side plate 12 of the chassis 10 in a clamping manner, thus eliminating the need for holes to be bored in the chassis 10 and the need for additional fixing members such as screws, thereby having a simple structure and being easily installed and removed, thereby improving versatility. In addition, the fixing clip 30 according to the present utility model is compact in structure so as to be able to be used in places where space is limited, whereby versatility is further improved. Furthermore, the fixing clip 30 according to the present utility model is convenient to manufacture and low in cost due to its simple structure and convenient installation.
As can be seen in fig. 3, a gripping portion 37, for example in the form of a barb, is provided at a suitable location on the second side wall 36. In the illustrated example, the clenching portion 37 forms a square tongue in the second side wall 36, such as by punching or engraving. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the gripping portion 37 can take other shapes such as circular, triangular or multi-toothed.
Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of a fixation clamp 30 according to one embodiment of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 4, the biting portion 37 in the form of a tongue portion extends obliquely toward the inner space defined by the first side wall 34, the second side wall 36 and the end wall 38 and toward the end wall 38, whereby, in a state in which the clip is mounted to the chassis, the biting portion 37 can abut against the side plate 12 of the chassis 10, so that, when the clip 30 is pulled out, the tip end of the biting portion 37 rubs with the side plate 12 of the chassis 10 and even pierces the side plate 12 of the chassis 10. Also, as the pulling-out force increases, the biting portion 37 is more inclined toward the side plate 12 due to friction or biting force, due to the inclined direction of the biting portion 37. This in turn increases friction or biting forces. Thereby, it is ensured that the fixing clip 30 can be firmly fixed to the side plate 12 of the chassis 10. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a gripping portion, for example in the form of a barb, can also be provided in the first side wall.
By means of the snap-in portion 37, the fixing clip 30 according to the present utility model can prevent the fixing clip 30 from falling off from the side plate 12 of the chassis 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the free end portion of the first side wall 34 may be configured as a burring portion 35 extending obliquely away from the second side wall 36. The burring 35 serves as a guide to enable the attachment portion of the fixing clip 30 to be more easily attached to the side plate 12, thereby making the mounting of the fixing clip more convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, the end wall 38 is curved in an arc shape. The end wall 38 is designed into an arc shape, so that on one hand, the elastic force can be enhanced, the fixation of the fixing clamp 30 is facilitated, and on the other hand, the end wall 38 is not easy to fatigue fracture. The arcuate design of the end wall 38 can also accommodate different possible shapes of the top end of the side plate 12 of the chassis 10.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of a variant of the fastening clip of the embodiment shown in fig. 3. Fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the retaining clip of the embodiment shown in fig. 5. The hemming portion 40 includes a top portion 42 extending substantially transversely from the attaching portion 32, and a side portion 44 extending from an outer end of the top portion 42 away from the attaching portion 32 in a manner away from the attaching portion 32 and substantially perpendicular to the top portion 42, at least one of the top portion 42 and the side portion 44 being provided with a pressing portion 48. In some embodiments, the connection 46 between the top 42 and the side 44 of the hem 40 is configured to be circular arc shaped such that the entirety of the hem 40 is generally circular arc shaped. In particular, the pressing portion 48 is a punched or engraved tongue portion that extends toward the inner space of the hemming portion 40 so that the tongue portion can press the linear member toward the case member in a state where the fixing clip 30 is fitted to the case member and sandwiches the linear member. Thereby, the wire-like members are enabled to better contact the bottom plate and/or the side plate of the chassis to reliably heat the chassis. Here, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the hold-down 48 can take other suitable forms, such as ridges, bosses, ribs, bends, etc., that project toward the linear member, so long as the linear member can better abut against the bottom and/or side plates 12 of the chassis 10.
Fig. 7 is a partial perspective view illustrating a base plate 10 of an outdoor unit to which a fixing clip 30 according to another embodiment of the present utility model is mounted. On the chassis 10, a fixing clip 30' according to another embodiment of the present utility model is installed.
Fig. 8 shows a side view of a fixation clamp 30' according to another embodiment of the present utility model. The retaining clip 30 'includes an attachment portion 32' for attachment to the side panel 12 of the chassis 10. The attachment portion 32' has a plate shape and can be welded to the side plate 12 of the chassis 10. The clip 30' also includes a rounded flange portion 40' extending from the distal end of the attachment portion 32'. The flange portion 40' is configured to cooperate with the side panel 12 and/or the bottom panel 14 of the chassis 10 to clamp the heating band 20 between the side panel 12 and/or the bottom panel 14 of the chassis 10 and the flange portion 40' of the retaining clip 30'. Here, it should be noted that the attachment portion 32 'of the fixing clip 30' may be directly fixed to the side plate 12 in other suitable manners (such as an adhesive manner).
The fixing clip 30' according to another embodiment of the present utility model can be engaged with the chassis 10 to effectively, simply and space-effectively fix the heating belt 20. Further, the fixing clip 30' according to this embodiment is fixed to the side plate 12 of the chassis 10 by welding, and thus, neither punching nor using an additional fixing member on the chassis 10 is required, so that versatility is improved. In addition, the fixing clip 30' according to this embodiment is compact in structure so as to be usable in a place where space is limited, thereby enabling further improvement in versatility. Furthermore, the fixing clip 30' according to this embodiment is convenient to manufacture and low in cost due to its simple structure and convenient installation.
In this context, "means without additional fixing members" may include means of elastic clamping, elastic snap, welding, gluing, etc., which enable the fixing clip to be directly fixed to the chassis without the aid of tangible additional fixing members such as screws, double-sided tape, etc.
