Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent, embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present utility model and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
When the sealing structure is arranged on the door body, the sealing piece and the magnetic attraction piece are combined into a whole, a sliding groove is formed in the door body, and the whole formed by the sealing piece and the magnetic attraction piece can move relative to the sliding groove so as to realize sealing when the door body is closed. But this form can lead to noise problems: the whole that sealing member and magnetism inhale the piece to form all can produce the impact sound when sliding to the both ends of spout in the spout, not only influence user's use experience, also reduced seal structure's operational reliability.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a sealing structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 16, the sealing structure comprises a movable piece 1, a fixed piece 3, a first magnetic component 2 and a second magnetic component 4, wherein a first end of the first magnetic component 2 is fixed on the movable piece 1, and a second end of the first magnetic component 2 extends towards the fixed piece 3; the first end of the second magnetic component 4 is fixed on the fixed piece 3, and the second end of the second magnetic component 4 extends towards the movable piece 1; the first magnetic attraction assembly 2 and the second magnetic attraction assembly 4 are arranged as follows: the movable piece 1 is connected to realize sealing when approaching the fixed piece 3, and is separated from each other when the movable piece 1 is far away from the fixed piece 3; wherein the second end of the first magnetic component 2 is arranged to be movable relative to the movable piece 1; and/or the second end of the second magnetic assembly 4 is arranged to be movable relative to the fixture 3.
The second end of the first magnetic component 2 is configured to be movable relative to the movable member 1, and the second end of the second magnetic component 4 is stationary.
The movable member 1 may be a door body such as: and the movable door which is opened or closed is rotated. The fixing member 3 may be a door frame in which the door body is rotatably installed.
The first end of the first magnetic component 2 is fixed on the movable part 1, in other words, the first magnetic component 2 does not move integrally relative to the movable part 1, only the second end of the first magnetic component 2 moves relative to the movable part 1, and in the moving process of the second end of the first magnetic component 2, the first end of the first magnetic component 2 is fixedly connected with the movable part 1, so that the first end is not impacted with the door body to generate noise, the use experience of a user is improved, and the use reliability of the magnetic component is ensured.
The first end and the second end of the second magnetic assembly 4 are both fixed on the fixing member 3, in other words, the second magnetic assembly 4 is fixed on the fixing member 3. When the movable part 1 approaches the fixed part 3 (for example, when the door body rotates to close the door), the second end of the first magnetic component 2 moves towards the fixed part 3 and is magnetically fixed with the second magnetic component 4, so that the seal between the movable part 1 and the fixed part 3 is realized.
According to the sealing structure provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the first magnetic component 2 and the second magnetic component 4 are respectively arranged on the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3, and at least one of the first magnetic component 2 and the second magnetic component 4 is arranged to be movable so as to realize connection and sealing. The movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 are automatically sealed after being close to each other by magnetic attraction, and the sealing is automatically released after the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 are far away from each other, so that manual operation of a user is not needed, and the normal movement of the movable piece 1 is not influenced. At least one of the first magnetic attraction component 2 and the second magnetic attraction component 4 is arranged in a movable mode, so that the requirement on the dimensional accuracy of a sealing member is reduced, and the sealing effect is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 16, the first magnetic attraction assembly 2 includes a first connection member 21 and a first magnetic attraction member 22; one end of the first connecting piece 21 is set as a first end of the first magnetic attraction component 2, the other end of the first connecting piece 21 is connected with the first magnetic attraction piece 22, and one end of the first magnetic attraction piece 22 is set as a second end of the first magnetic attraction component 2; the length of the first connecting member 21 is variable so that the first magnetic attraction member 22 can move relative to the movable member 1.
One end of the first connecting piece 21 is used as a first end of the first magnetic component 2 and is fixedly connected with the movable piece 1. The other end of the first connecting piece 21 is connected with the first magnetic attraction piece 22, and the first connecting piece 21 not only serves as an intermediate connecting member between the magnetic attraction piece and the movable piece 1, but also provides displacement for the first magnetic attraction piece 22: when the length of the first connecting piece 21 is changed, the first magnetic attraction piece 22 is moved relative to the movable piece 1, so that the first magnetic attraction piece 22 is connected with the second magnetic attraction assembly 4 to realize sealing.
The other end of the first connecting member 21 may be connected to an end position of the first magnetic member 22, and the other end of the first connecting member 21 may be connected to an intermediate position of the first magnetic member 22.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first connector 21 is an elastic member.
The first connecting member 21 may be an elastic rubber strip, and the length change is achieved through its own elasticity, so that the first magnetic attraction member 22 moves relative to the movable member 1.
The first connecting piece 21 adopts the form of an elastic rubber strip, and can provide elasticity for the first magnetic attraction piece 22 and also can seal a gap between the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 16, the first connection member 21 is provided with a bending portion 211, and the bending portion 211 is configured to be extended or retracted in a moving direction of the first magnetic attraction member 22 relative to the movable member 1 to extend or shorten a length of the first connection member 21.
The first connecting piece 21 is provided with a bending part 211, so that the elasticity of the first connecting piece 21 is improved, and the first connecting piece 21 still has larger elasticity when the length dimension is smaller, so that the first magnetic attraction piece 22 extends out and is connected with the second magnetic attraction assembly 4.
The first connecting piece 21 is provided with the bending part 211, which is favorable for reducing the size of the first connecting piece 21 in the length direction so as to reduce the overall size of the sealing structure and adapt to the condition that the gap between the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 is smaller.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 16, the first connecting member 21 and the first magnetic member 22 enclose a cavity 212, the first magnetic member 22 is connected to a wall surface of the first connecting member 21 near the fixing member 3, and the first magnetic member 22 is at least partially located in the cavity 212.
The first connecting piece 21 and the second magnetic attraction piece 22 enclose a cavity 212, so that the elasticity of the first connecting piece 21 can be improved. In addition, after the first connecting piece 21 is surrounded to form the cavity 212, the width dimension of the first connecting piece 21 is increased to adapt to the thickness dimension of the movable piece 1, so that the sealing effect is poor due to the fact that the width dimension of the first connecting piece 21 is too small.
The first magnetic attraction piece 22 is at least partially located in the cavity 212, so that the size of the first connecting piece 21 in the length direction can be further reduced, and the overall size of the sealing structure can be reduced, so that the situation that a gap between the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 is smaller can be adapted.
In an exemplary embodiment, one end of the first connecting member 21 is fixed to the movable member 1 by at least one of gluing, clamping, and screwing.
One end of the first connecting piece 21 is fixed on the movable piece 1, so that the first magnetic component 22 can not generate impact sound between the first magnetic component 2 and the movable piece 1 in the moving process.
The first connecting member 21 may be fixed to the movable member 1 by means of gluing, clamping, screw connection, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the second magnetic assembly 4 includes a second connector 41 and a second magnetic member 42; one end of the second connecting member 41 is provided as a first end of the second magnetic assembly 4, the other end of the second connecting member 41 is connected with the second magnetic member 42, and one end of the second magnetic member 42 is provided as a second end of the second magnetic assembly 4, as shown in fig. 5 to 10; alternatively, the second magnetic component 4 includes a third magnetic component 43, where the fixing member 3 is provided with a mounting cavity 31, and the third magnetic component 43 is at least partially disposed in the mounting cavity 31, as shown in fig. 11 to 16.
The second magnetic component 4 may include a second connecting member 41 and a second magnetic member 42, where the second magnetic member 42 is fixed on the fixing member 3 by the second connecting member 41, and the second magnetic member 42 is fixed in position. When the movable part 1 moves to approach the fixed part 3 (for example, when the door body rotates to close), the second end of the first magnetic component 2 moves towards the second magnetic component 42 and is magnetically attracted and fixed with the second magnetic component 42, so that the movable part 1 and the fixed part 3 are sealed.
The other end of the second connecting member 41 may be connected to an end position of the second magnetic member 42, and the other end of the second connecting member 41 may be connected to an intermediate position of the second magnetic member 42. The second connecting piece 41 can be mounted on the end face of the fixing piece 3 by gluing, clamping and screwing.
The second connector 41 may be a non-elastic rigid structure to ensure that the second magnetic element 42 is stationary.
In addition, no connecting member may be provided in the second magnetic attraction assembly 4, that is, the second magnetic attraction assembly 4 includes a third magnetic attraction member 43, the mounting cavity 31 is provided on the end face of the fixed member 3 facing the movable member 1, and the third magnetic attraction member 43 is provided in the mounting cavity 31 to be fixed.
The side of the mounting cavity 31 facing the movable member 1 may be provided with an opening, and the third magnetic attraction member 43 may be located entirely in the mounting cavity 31 or may be located only partially in the mounting cavity 31 (as shown in fig. 14 to 16). The side of the mounting cavity 31 facing the movable member 1 may be provided in a closed form, in which case the third magnetic attraction member 43 may be located entirely in the mounting cavity 31 (as shown in fig. 11 to 13), and the first magnetic attraction member 22 may still be indirectly connected to the third magnetic attraction member 43 by magnetic force due to the magnetic attraction force.
Of course, when the second magnetic component 4 includes the third magnetic component 43, the mounting cavity 31 may not be provided on the fixing component 3, and the third magnetic component 43 may be directly fixed on the fixing component 3 by means of gluing, clamping, screw connection, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 16, a mounting groove 11 is provided on an end surface of the movable member 1, and a first end of the first magnetic assembly 2 is fixed to a bottom wall of the mounting groove 11.
The first end of the first magnetic component 2 is fixed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11, in other words, the first connecting piece 21 is at least partially located in the mounting groove 11, so that the size of the first connecting piece 21 in the length direction can be further reduced, and the overall size of the sealing structure can be reduced, so as to adapt to the situation that the gap between the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 is smaller.
The mounting groove 11 guides the first connector 21 to move the first magnetic member 22 in the depth direction of the mounting groove 11 so as to be attached to the second magnetic member 42.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first magnet assembly 2 has an extended state and a retracted state; when the first magnetic component 2 is in a retracted state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 is concave in the end face of the movable piece 1 or is flush with the end face of the movable piece 1; when the first magnetic component 2 is in an extending state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 protrudes out of the end face of the movable piece 1 to be connected with the second magnetic component 4; or when the first magnetic component 2 is in a retracted state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 protrudes out of the end face of the movable piece 1, and the protruding distance is S1; when the first magnetic component 2 is in an extended state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 protrudes out of the end face of the movable piece 1 to be connected with the second magnetic component 4, and the protruding distance is S2, and S2 is more than S1.
The first magnet assembly 2 is shown in a retracted state in fig. 5, 7 and 9, and the first magnet assembly 2 is shown in an extended state in fig. 4, 6, 8 and 10-16.
When the first magnetic component 2 is in the retracted state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 is concave in the end face of the movable member 1 or is flush with the end face of the movable member 1, in other words, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 does not protrude from the end face of the movable member 1, and the first magnetic component 2 is completely located in the mounting groove 11. When the movable part 1 is far away from the fixed part 3 (for example, when the door body is in a door opening state), the first magnetic component 2 cannot protrude from the end face of the movable part 1, so that the condition that the first magnetic component 2 is damaged due to scratch is avoided, and the first magnetic component 2 is effectively protected.
When the first magnetic component 2 is in the extended state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 protrudes out of the end surface of the movable piece 1 to be connected with the second magnetic component 4, that is, when the movable piece 1 is close to the fixed piece 3 (for example, when the door body is in the closed state), the second end of the first magnetic component 2 (that is, the first magnetic component 22) protrudes out of the mounting groove 11 to be connected with the second magnetic component 42, so as to realize sealing.
Of course, in practical application, when the first magnetic component 2 is in the retracted state, the second end of the first magnetic component 2 may also protrude from the end surface of the movable member 1, so as to reduce the depth dimension of the mounting groove 11.
In an exemplary embodiment, the number of the movable member 1 and the fixed member 3 is one, and the movable member 1 and the fixed member 3 are disposed opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 5 and 6; alternatively, the number of the movable pieces 1 is two, the number of the fixed pieces 3 is one, and the two movable pieces 1 are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed pieces 3; the end surfaces of the fixed part 3 facing the two movable parts 1 are provided with second magnetic attraction assemblies 4, as shown in fig. 12 and 16.
The number and the relative positions of the movable piece 1 and the fixed piece 3 can be adjusted according to actual needs so as to be suitable for different scenes.
In an exemplary embodiment, the movable member 1 rotates about a side facing away from the fixed member 3 as a rotation axis, and when the movable member 1 rotates until the first magnetic component 2 faces the second magnetic component 4, the first magnetic component 2 and/or the second magnetic component 4 act to connect the first magnetic component 2 and the second magnetic component 4.
The double arrow shown in fig. 5 is the rotatable direction of the movable member.
The movable part 1 is in a rotary motion mode, when the movable part 1 rotates until the first magnetic component 2 is opposite to the second magnetic component 4 (namely, when the door body is closed), the first magnetic component 22 moves towards the second magnetic component 42 and is attached to the second magnetic component, so that a gap between the movable part 1 and the fixed part 3 is closed, and sealing is achieved.
It should be understood that the movable member 1 may also be in a translational motion, where the movable member 1 is engaged with the fixed member 3 after translation, and the first magnetic assembly 2 and the second magnetic assembly 4 are connected to form a seal.
In an exemplary embodiment, the movable member 1 is a door body (movable door), and the fixed member 3 is a door frame.
The embodiment of the utility model also provides a shower room, which comprises the sealing structure.
