In order to secure positioning accuracy and also to reduce cost, the number of third positioning pieces 2031 is two.
In the prior art, in order to realize the connection between the electric control box 20 and the casing 10, the electric control box 20 is connected with the electric control box 20 by passing through the casing 10 with a screw, so that holes are drilled in the electric control box 20, and the screw or the bolt can be penetrated in the electric control box 20, so that the safety standard requirement is not met, and the tightness of the electric control box can be affected. In some embodiments, in order to facilitate connection between the electronic control box 20 and the chassis 101, the air conditioner further includes a third connecting piece connected with the chassis 101 and the mounting plate 201, and connection between the chassis 101 and the mounting plate 201 is achieved through the third connecting piece, so that holes do not need to be punched in the mounting plate 201, tightness of the mounting plate 201 is ensured, screws or bolts are not needed to be arranged on the mounting plate 201 in a penetrating manner, and safety specification requirements are met.
In some embodiments, the third connector is connected to the second connector 60 and is parallel to the first connector 40 for ease of processing and ease of assembly. And the third connecting member and the second connecting member 60 may be integrally formed in order to secure the stability of the connection of the third connecting member and the second connecting member 60.
In some embodiments, since the electrical control box 20 and the housing 10 are firmly connected by the first connector 40 and the second connector 60, the length of the third connector is smaller than the length of the first connector 40 for reducing the cost.
In some embodiments, to enable connection of the chassis 101 mounting plate 201, the third connection comprises: a fifth connection portion and a sixth connection portion. The fifth connection is connected to the chassis 101. The sixth connecting portion is connected to the fifth connecting portion and to the mounting plate 201.
In some embodiments, to avoid punching holes in the mounting plate 201, the sixth connection portion may be connected to the mounting plate 201 by welding, and of course, the sixth connection portion may be riveted to the mounting plate 201. However, in order to improve the mounting efficiency, the sixth connection portion is connected to the mounting plate 201 by welding. In order to reduce the cost and further improve the mounting efficiency, the sixth connecting portion may be connected to the mounting plate 201 by spot welding.
In some embodiments, to ensure stability of the fifth and sixth connection parts, the fifth and sixth connection parts may be integrally formed.
In some embodiments, to facilitate connection of the chassis 101 to the mounting plate 201, the fifth connection is perpendicular to the sixth connection.
In some embodiments, the fifth connection may be connected to the chassis 101 by a locking member. The locking member may be one of a bolt, a screw, and a pin. In other embodiments, the fifth connection may also be connected to the chassis 101 by welding. Other implementations are not exhaustive herein.
In some embodiments, to facilitate connection between the sixth connection portion and the mounting plate 201, one of the sixth connection portion and the mounting plate 201 is provided with a fourth positioning member 2014, and the other one is provided with a fourth positioning groove, and the fourth positioning member 2014 may be embedded in the fourth positioning groove, so as to achieve positioning between the sixth connection portion and the mounting plate 201, and ensure position determination of the sixth connection portion on the mounting plate 201.
In some embodiments, the mounting plate 201 may be provided with a fourth positioning member 2014, the sixth connecting portion may be provided with a fourth positioning groove, and the fourth positioning member 2014 may be embedded in the fourth positioning groove. In other embodiments, the sixth connecting portion may be provided with a fourth positioning member 2014, the mounting plate 201 may be provided with a fourth positioning slot, and the first positioning member 2013 may be embedded in the fourth positioning slot. 1. An air conditioner, comprising:

5. The air conditioner of claim 3, wherein one of the second connecting portion and the mounting plate is provided with a first positioning member, the other one is provided with a first positioning groove, and the first positioning member is embedded in the first positioning groove.
6. The air conditioner of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a screen assembly, the air conditioner further comprising a second connector coupled to the screen assembly and the mounting plate.
7. The air conditioner of claim 6, wherein the second connection member comprises:
the third connecting part is connected with the filter screen component;
and the fourth connecting part is connected with the third connecting part and the mounting plate.
8. The air conditioner of claim 7, wherein one of the third connecting portion and the filter screen assembly is provided with a second buckle, and the other is provided with a second clamping groove, and the second buckle can be clamped in the second clamping groove.
9. The air conditioner as set forth in claim 7, wherein one of said fourth connection portion and said mounting plate is provided with a second positioning member and the other is provided with a second positioning groove, said second positioning member being insertable into said second positioning groove.
10. The air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the electric control box further includes a top plate connected to the side plate and the mounting plate;
one of the top plate and the chassis is provided with a third positioning piece, the other one of the top plate and the chassis is provided with a third positioning groove, and the third positioning piece can be embedded in the third positioning groove.
