However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
The sootblower 100 includes: a base 11, a conveyor track 15, and a plurality of sootblowing air nozzles 17. The housing 11 is provided with a soot blowing channel 16, through which the conveyor track 15 passes, the conveyor track 15 being capable of carrying the devices 200 through the soot blowing channel 16. The plurality of soot blowing air nozzles 17 are arranged along the soot blowing channel 16, and the plurality of soot blowing air nozzles 17 are capable of performing soot blowing in at least two fixed-point orientations on the device 200 entering the soot blowing channel 16.
In one embodiment, the setpoint orientation includes 3 points, a first setpoint 12 being located on top of the sootblowing channel 16, a second setpoint 13 being located on a side of the sootblowing channel 16, and a third setpoint 14 being located diagonally above the sootblowing channel 16. It will be appreciated that the number of points may be determined according to actual needs, for example 2 points, 4 points, 5 points. The position of the fixed point can also be set according to specific needs.
In one embodiment, the base 11 is provided with a cover that can be opened and closed, and the sootblowing air tap 17 is provided on the cover. Wherein the soot blowing nozzles 17 on the first and third fixed points 12 and 14 are arranged on one set of covers, and the soot blowing nozzles 17 on the second fixed point 13 are arranged on the other set of covers.
