4. The adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus of claim 2, wherein the adjusting member is provided with a second liquid outlet, and the second liquid outlet can expose the first liquid outlet when the liquid storage barrel rotates.
5. The adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus of claim 4, wherein said second exit orifice is adjacent to said limiter.
6. An adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein said microneedle portion extends out of said adjustment member through said adjustment member when said microneedle portion is mounted in said reservoir.
7. The adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus of claim 6, wherein said adjustment member is further provided with a through hole, and said microneedle extends out of said adjustment member from said through hole when said adjustment member is mounted in said reservoir.

The adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein when said microneedle is mounted in said reservoir, said microneedle is at the same end of said reservoir as said first exit orifice, and said first exit orifice is disposed about the perimeter of said microneedle.
9. An adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein said microneedle device is a microneedle wafer; alternatively, the microneedle unit includes a microneedle holder and a plurality of microneedle needles disposed on the microneedle holder.

The adjustable skin microneedle cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein said reservoir comprises an upper barrel portion and a lower barrel portion, said upper barrel portion being removably connected to said lower barrel portion, and said lower barrel portion being provided with said reservoir.
