In one particular embodiment, the following is provided.
1. A bottle supply mechanism 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottle supplying mechanism 2 includes a bottle supplying rack 22 and a transferring unit 21, the bottles 7 are arranged from a lower position to a higher position of the bottle supplying rack 22, the transferring unit 21 picks up and pulls out the bottles 7 from the bottom of the bottle supplying rack 22, and then the bottles 7 are transferred to a holding station connected with the telescopic manipulator 5.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the bottle supply rack 22 is a multi-layer horizontally arranged rack structure, two adjacent sides are closed, and two adjacent sides are open, wherein one open side is aligned with a supply window of the device, and the other open side uses a low limit fence to limit the bottles 7 placed on the bottle supply rack 22 and prevent the bottles from falling. Each layer of bottom plate on the bottle supply frame 22 is obliquely arranged, and the height of the bottom plate gradually decreases from one side close to the supply window to one side close to the transfer component 21, so that the wine bottles 7 with cylindrical surfaces can roll from the supply window to the position close to the transfer component 21 along each layer of plane of the bottle supply frame 22 until the wine bottles are limited by one surface of the sealing surfaces. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the bottle supply rack 22 is a multi-column vertical rack structure, and the wine bottles 7 roll to the bottom from top to bottom under the action of gravity and are stacked in a longitudinal arrangement. When the wine bottle 7 is placed on the bottle support 22, the bottle cap faces the transfer assembly 21 and extends out of the surrounding area of the bottle support 22, and the clamping jaw 211 clamps the slender part of the bottle neck end to take out the wine bottle 7. Preferably, in cooperation with the bottleneck structure, clamping plates with semicircular grooves are arranged at two ends of the clamping jaw 211, and during clamping, the bottleneck is clamped into the grooves at two ends, so that the wine bottle 7 is fixedly connected with the transfer assembly 21.
The clamping jaw 211 is provided with an inductor for detecting whether the wine bottle 7 exists or not, and the inductor detects whether the wine bottle 7 and the bottle cap exist or not through the reaction force of the elastic piece. The inductor is connected with an elastic piece, the front end of the elastic piece is provided with a structural block with the size smaller than that of the bottle cap, the middle part or the rear end of the elastic piece is provided with a structural plate, when the transfer assembly 21 moves towards the wine bottle 7 under the action of the driving motor and the connecting rod structure, if the bottle cap exists, the structural block is extruded, and the elastic piece is fed back to the inductor, so that the existence of the bottle cap is judged. If the bottle cap is not present, the transfer assembly 21 moves forward, if the wine bottle 7 is present, the structural plate is pressed, and the elastic member is fed back to the sensor, so that the existence of the wine bottle 7 is judged.
The transfer unit 21 is used for taking out the wine bottles 7 from the bottle supply rack 22 and delivering the wine bottles to the position corresponding to the telescopic manipulator 5. In one implementation, the transfer assembly 21 includes a horizontal transfer assembly 21, a vertical transfer assembly 21 and a rotating assembly 32, the vertical transfer assembly 21 drives the clamping jaw 211 to move in the vertical direction, the horizontal transfer assembly 21 drives the clamping jaw 211 to move in the horizontal direction, and two-dimensional plane movement can be well performed through the vertical transfer assembly 21 and the horizontal transfer assembly 21. The clamping assembly 33 includes a movable clamp 331 and a limiting plate 332. The rotation assembly 32 includes a rotation elevating base plate and a cap clamping assembly 33 and a rotation elevating assembly provided on the rotation elevating base plate. The bottle cap clamping assembly 33 is used for clamping or loosening the bottle cap; the rotary lifting assembly is used for positively rotating or negatively rotating the bottle cap so as to realize the unscrewing or screwing operation of the bottle cap. The bottle cap clamping assembly 33 comprises a bottle cap clamping arm 321 fixed on a rotary lifting substrate, an output shaft of the bottle cap clamping motor 322 rotates positively to drive the clamping lifting piece to lift, and then the upper end of the clamping transmission arm is driven to lift, the upper end of the bottle cap clamping arm 321 lifts and rotates outwards simultaneously under the transmission effect of the clamping transmission arm and the effect of the fixing of the outer shell of the bottle cap clamping assembly 33, the bottle cap clamping arm 321 rotates by taking the middle part as a rotating shaft, and the lower end of the bottle cap clamping arm 321 realizes horizontal clamping operation. Conversely, the reverse rotation of the output shaft of the bottle cap clamping motor 322 drives the clamping lifting member to descend, so as to drive the upper end of the clamping transmission arm to descend, and under the transmission effect of the clamping transmission arm and the effect of the fixing of the shell of the clamping assembly 33, the upper end of the bottle cap clamping arm 321 descends and simultaneously rotates inwards, the bottle cap clamping arm 321 rotates by taking the middle part as a rotating shaft, and the lower end of the bottle cap clamping arm 321 realizes the horizontal opening operation.
Under the action of the bottle cap clamping arm 321 and the bottle cap clamping motor 322, when the filling action starts, the bottle cap is unscrewed from the wine bottle 7 and clamped and fixed by the bottle cap clamping arm 321, in this state, the wine bottle 7 is moved out to the filling mechanism 4 by the telescopic manipulator 5 for filling, in this process, the bottle cap is always clamped and fixed by the bottle cap clamping arm 321 until the wine bottle 7 is moved back to the cap screwing mechanism 3 by the telescopic manipulator 5 after filling, and returns to the unscrewed position of the bottle cap under the action of the clamping assembly 33, and the bottle cap clamping motor 322 reversely rotates to screw the bottle cap into the wine bottle 7.
Preferably, in order to detect whether the cap is always inside the cap clamping arm 321 during the filling of the wine bottle 7, the clamping assembly 33 of the capping mechanism 3 is provided with a cap sensor for detecting whether the clamping assembly 33 has a cap.
Preferably, the clamping assembly 33 is provided with a torque sensor, the torque sensor is connected with and controls a driving source of the rotating assembly 32, and when the torque sensor senses that the torque of the clamping assembly 33 reaches a limit value, the clamping motor belt of the rotating assembly 32 is controlled to slip, and the action is stopped, so that the bottle cap is prevented from being damaged by excessive rotation.
3. And a filling mechanism 4.
As shown in fig. 6, the filling mechanism 4 is provided with a filling head 41, a plurality of filling exhaust valves and a filling pipe, wherein the filling head 41 is respectively communicated with the filling exhaust valves, the filling pipe and the wine bottle 7, and the filling exhaust valves are communicated with the filling pipe through the wine bottle 7.
The bottle 7 moves to the fixed part of the filling mechanism 4 through the telescopic manipulator 5, the bottleneck of the bottle 7 is clamped through the clamping plate 42, and the bottle 7 is moved upwards through lifting structures such as a lifting screw rod and the like, so that the bottleneck is aligned to the filling head 41, seamless contact between the filling head 41 and the bottle 7 is realized, and the filling liquid filled by the filling head 41 can flow into the bottle 7 without omission.
Thus, one end of the wine bottle 7 is respectively connected with a plurality of filling exhaust valves, and the other end is connected with a plurality of wine outlet pipelines of different wine products through filling pipelines. A filling valve is arranged between the filling pipeline and the wine outlet pipeline of the cold storage mechanism 1, and the filling valve controls the communication state of the wine outlet pipeline and the filling pipeline. A flowmeter for counting the liquor outlet quantity of the pipeline is arranged between the filling pipeline and the liquor outlet pipeline.

Because the wine liquid level of the storage tank reaches the set position, the air pressure in the storage tank is kept balanced under the control of the air inlet control valve and the air leakage control valve, and the wine liquid does not flow in any more. After the filling starts, the wine outlet control valve and the filling valve of the wine outlet pipeline are opened, so that the storage tank is communicated with the wine outlet pipeline and the filling pipeline, and at the moment, the filling exhaust valve is opened, so that the air pressure of the wine bottle 7 and the filling pipeline is reduced, and the wine in the storage tank flows into the filling pipeline along the wine outlet pipeline under the action of pressure difference, and finally enters the interior of the wine bottle 7.
Preferably, a waste liquid tank is arranged between the wine bottle 7 and the filling exhaust valve, a liquid discharge pipe is arranged on the waste liquid tank, and the waste liquid tank can play a certain buffering role and collect a certain amount of waste liquid.
