A wellhead sealing device for use in downhole operations as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the lower end face of the outer wall of the connecting chamber is provided with an annular boss; the sealing body sealing piece is arranged on the outer wall of the pressure-bearing pup joint below the connecting cavity, and the sealing body sealing piece on the outer wall of the pressure-bearing pup joint is arranged for more than six times.

The wellhead sealing device for downhole operation according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove corresponding to the annular boss of the lower end face of the outer wall of the connecting cavity is arranged on the outer side of the central hole of the upper end face of the large four-way sealing body, and the annular boss of the lower end face of the connecting cavity is seated in the annular groove of the upper end face of the large four-way sealing body.
