The containment device of claim 2, wherein a baffle is disposed within the containment portion, the baffle dividing the containment portion into a first containment groove and a second containment groove, the containment portion and the bottom being disposed along a first direction along which the height of the baffle is less than the height of the top of the first containment groove, the deflector column being disposed within the first containment groove, the second containment groove extending through the outer barrel, the second containment groove being configured to receive a portion of the liquid within the first containment groove and to expel the portion of the liquid from the outer barrel.
