During assembly, the adhesive in the fifth adhesive groove 122 can be quickly solidified to perform a primary fixing function, and the adhesive strength is ensured by the solidification of the adhesive contained in the fourth adhesive groove 121, so that the second plate 22 is adhered to the surface cover 1 to obtain the connection strength in a short time, and the adhesive can enter a subsequent assembly procedure as soon as possible, thereby shortening the production period and improving the production efficiency. The specific positions and the number of the fifth glue grooves 122 are not limited, and in this embodiment, the fifth glue grooves 122 are plural and are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second plate 22. The fifth adhesive grooves 122 are used for dispensing adhesive along the circumferential direction of the second plate 22, so as to improve the solidification speed of the adhesive while helping adhesion. It should be noted that, the glue with short setting time in the third glue tank 114 and the fifth glue tank 122 may be similar glue, or may be different types of glue, so as to facilitate rapid bonding. Specifically, in this embodiment, the glue filled in the third glue groove 114 and the fifth glue groove 122 is the same, which is convenient for production operation, and has high production efficiency without changing the glue. The adhesive with short setting time is various, and the adhesive meets the production requirement without limitation, and in the implementation, the adhesive with short setting time comprises hot melt adhesive, has low cost and short setting time, and is quickly set to ensure the compactness of adhesion in a short time.
There are also various adhesives between the first connecting area 11 and the first and second plate portions 21 and 22, and since the first side of the first plate portion 21 is used for placing a pot for heating, the adhesive needs to ensure heating resistance to ensure the reliability of the panel structure 100. Specifically, the heat-resistant temperature of the adhesive between the first connection region 11 and the first and second plate portions 21 and 22 is 230 ℃ or higher, and similarly, the instantaneous heat-resistant temperature is 300 ℃ or higher. In this embodiment, the adhesive between the first connection area 11 and the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22 includes silicone adhesive, which has good heat resistance, improves adhesive strength, and has good sealing effect, so that water can be prevented from entering into the panel structure 100 to contact other components of the cooking apparatus 1000, and the security is higher. And the silicone adhesive has low price, thereby being beneficial to reducing the cost.
In order to secure the heat-resistant requirements of the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22, in the present embodiment, the heat-resistant temperature of the first plate portion 21 is 500 ℃ or higher, and the heat-resistant temperature of the second plate portion 22 is 100 ℃ or higher.
It can be appreciated that, during the use of the pan, the second plate 22 is inevitably contacted due to improper operation, and when the pan is boiled with water or soup, the heat-resistant temperature of the second plate 22 is 100 ℃ or higher, so that the use safety can be ensured, however, in actual use, there may be a hot oil dry-heating condition in the pan, and the temperature of the pan is higher at this time, in this embodiment, the heat-resistant temperature of the second plate 22 is 260 ℃ or higher, so that the use safety of the second plate 22 can be ensured, and the service life of the panel structure 100 can be ensured under extreme conditions such as hot oil dry-heating.
The material of the first plate 21 is not limited in the present utility model, the material of the first plate 21 may be a high temperature resistant material such as a glass ceramic panel or a ceramic panel, the ceramic panel has a weak mechanical impact resistance compared to the glass ceramic panel, the first plate 21 may be impacted when the pot is placed (if a user has a pot turning operation, etc.), if the ceramic panel is used to manufacture the first plate 21, the thickness of the first plate 21 needs to be set thicker, which is not beneficial to control the size of the product, in this embodiment, the first plate 21 is a glass ceramic plate, both the high temperature resistance and the temperature impact resistance are ensured, and the first plate 21 can be set thinner than the ceramic panel. The material of the second plate 22 is not limited in the present utility model, and for example, PPS material or PET material may be used for the second plate 22. In this embodiment, the second plate portion 22 is a tempered glass plate portion, and the tempered glass plate is low in cost compared with PPS material or PET material, which is beneficial to cost reduction.
