Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited features and advantages of the present utility model will be readily understood, a more particular description of the utility model will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings, which are, however, provided by way of illustration and not limitation.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic perspective view of the present utility model. The utility model provides a defecation device with a fluid curtain generating module, which can be a sitting type closestool and comprises a flushing seat 1, a water supply tank 2 arranged at the rear side of the flushing seat 1, a cushion 3 arranged on the flushing seat 1, a cover body 4 covered on the cushion 3 and a fluid curtain generating module 5; wherein:
the flush seat 1 may be generally formed of a ceramic material. In conjunction with fig. 4, the flush toilet 1 may be of a conventional type, and has a water-flushing ring 10 above it, and after water is supplied through the water supply tank 2, water is flushed into the urinal in the flush toilet 1 by the water-flushing ring 10 to flush excrement in the urinal into a discharge pipeline communicated with the inside of the flush toilet 1, and then the excrement is sent to equipment such as a septic tank. In the embodiment of the present utility model, the flush toilet 1 is mainly implemented by a sitting toilet, but not limited thereto. In addition, there is a so-called cistern-less design of the conventional toilet, in which the water supply tank 2 is replaced by a water supply pump (not shown), and the water is directly supplied to the inside of the flush toilet 1 by the pump, so that the space is occupied without the need for providing a cistern.
The water supply tank 2 is usually disposed at the rear side of the flush toilet 1 and is used to supply water to the flush toilet 1 so as to supply water to the toilet bowl in the flush toilet 1 and flush excrement, and the water supply tank 2 may be usually made of the same ceramic material as the flush toilet 1 according to the design of a general sitting type toilet. In other possible embodiments, the water supply tank 2 may be hung on a wall, etc. and then connected to the water supply seat 1 by a water pipe, so the present embodiment is not limited to the manner of arranging the water supply tank on the rear side of the water supply seat 1.
The cushion 3 is arranged on the flushing seat 1, specifically, is pivoted between the flushing seat 1 and the flushing tank 2 (i.e. is pivoted at the rear side of the flushing seat 1 when the flushing tank 2 is not provided), and can be overlapped above the flushing ring 10 of the flushing seat 1 when in use so as to be used for a human body to sit on; or can be lifted upwards by the flushing seat 1 or the flushing ring 10. According to the existing designs of the sitting type toilet, the cushion 3 is usually made of plastic material and is generally arranged in cooperation with the flushing ring 10 of the flushing seat 1; generally, the external dimension of the seat cushion 3 may be greater than or less than (including equal to) the external dimension of the water flushing ring 10, and the internal dimension of the seat cushion 3 is less than the internal dimension of the water flushing ring 10, so that the seat cushion 3 may have a sufficient bearing area for a human body to sit on.
The cover 4 is also disposed on the flush seat 1, and can be further pivoted with the seat cushion 3 to perform upward lifting or downward closing actions with respect to the flush seat 1 or the flush ring 10, so that the cover 4 can be placed above the seat cushion 3 to block the urinal in the flush seat 1 when not in use, as shown in fig. 4. In other possible embodiments, the cover 4 and the seat cushion 3 may be pivoted to the rear side of the flush seat 1 or the flush ring 10, respectively, to perform the actions of lifting up or closing down, respectively. Further described are: the cover 4 and the seat cushion 3 are applied to the fittings of a general sitting toilet, and a complete set vending method is adopted, so the cover 4 is also generally made of plastic material, and the inner surface (the surface opposite to the seat cushion 3) of the cover 4 can be concave, so that the seat cushion 3 can be covered on the inner surface of the cover 4 when the cover 4 is covered on the seat cushion 3.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the fluid curtain generating module 5 is located in the flush ring 10 of the flush seat 1 (i.e. as shown in fig. 4 and 5); or a carrier 6 may be further added and the fluid curtain generating module 5 may be disposed below the carrier 6 (as shown in fig. 2). The carrying seat 6 can be in a ring shape in cooperation with the shape of the cushion 3, and can also be pivoted together with the cushion 3 and the cover body to perform actions such as upward lifting or downward closing relative to the flushing seat 1 or the flushing ring 10; or the three are respectively pivoted on the rear side of the flushing seat 1 or the flushing ring 10 to respectively perform actions such as upward lifting or downward covering. In other possible embodiments, the carrier 6 may also be fixed under the seat cushion 3, so as to perform actions such as lifting up or closing down along with the seat cushion 3. Noteworthy are: if a plurality of support pads 30 are disposed under the seat cushion 3, the carrier 6 may be formed with a recess 60 in cooperation with each support pad 30, so that each support pad 30 can pass through each recess 60 when the seat cushion 3 is placed on the flushing ring 10, without affecting contact with the flushing ring 10.
As mentioned above, the fluid curtain generating module 5 includes at least one nozzle row 50 and a driver 51 for driving the nozzle row 50 to move in the flush seat 1, the nozzle row 50 may have a plurality of nozzles for generating a fluid curtain (such as a water curtain or an air curtain with a width at least greater than 3 cm) of a single row or multiple rows of liquid (liquid) or gas (gas) to be sprayed, such as a water knife or an air knife, for example, a slit nozzle (slit nozzle); the nozzle may be in various geometric shapes or combinations thereof, such as a circular hole, a rectangular hole, an annular hole, or a zigzag hole, and a plurality of nozzle rows 50 may be arranged and combined, so that the fluid ejected from the nozzle row may be in a single beam, a single Shu Banzhuang stream (fluid current), a fan-shaped jet, a cone-shaped jet, or a combination thereof. The nozzle row 50 is connected to a fluid connector 52, and the fluid connector 52 is connected to a fluid supply (not shown) for supplying the liquid or gas, wherein the liquid may be water for flushing a urinal, cleaning water containing a cleaning agent, or sterilizing water containing a disinfectant, and the liquids may have temperature differences, such as cold water or hot water; the gas may be air (including cool air or hot air) or vapor (vapor) with relatively low humidity (humidity), including water vapor (water vapor) or non-water vapor (non-water vapor), so as to configure various liquids or gases as described above depending on the use of the fluid curtain generating module 5 for cleaning, sterilizing or drying. Or the number of the nozzle rows 50 can be increased further, and each nozzle row 50 is arranged side by side, for example, one nozzle row is supplied with liquid, and the other nozzle row is supplied with gas, so that the cleaning, disinfecting and drying functions can be simultaneously realized.
In addition, the driver 51 may be a motor, a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, wherein the motor may drive the nozzle row 50 to displace by its torsion force, and the cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder may drive the nozzle row 50 to displace by its thrust force. The driver 51 may further comprise other transmission components (not shown) according to design requirements, wherein the transmission components may be gears, belts or pulleys, or a linkage mechanism formed by a plurality of links, or may be a combination of the above components. Since there are many other possible variations in the design of this section, it is not listed or described in a one-to-one manner.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, when the user wants to clean the inside of the toilet bowl or the buttocks of the user after defecating, the fluid curtain generating module 5 can be started by means of manual remote control operation or electronic setting (such as setting a preset time to start automatically, or further setting parameters such as the back and forth driving angle, driving speed, spraying at a certain angle or within a certain interval angle or within a certain range, or the stay time at different angle positions, etc., which are only exemplified here); in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 or fig. 6, the nozzle row 50 may be in a straight shape (not shown), an arc shape (further in a "v shape" shape as shown in fig. 3 or fig. 6), or a combination of the above geometric shapes (including straight shape and arc shape), and is driven by a driver 51 disposed in one side of the flushing ring 10, so that the nozzle row 50 makes a rotational displacement (the locus of displacement is an arc shape) in the flushing ring 10, and further covers the flushing ring 10 in a moving two-dimensional space range, so as to facilitate the use of the generated water curtain for cleaning the inside of the flushing seat 1 or the buttocks of a human body, or the use of the generated air curtain for drying the inside of the flushing seat 1 or the buttocks of a human body. Therefore, the area range of the fluid curtain generating module 5 can be enlarged, such as cleaning, disinfection or blow-drying, no matter the area range is from the periphery of the buttocks to the lower part of the thighs or the like of the human body or the area range is from the upper part of the urinal or the like in the flushing seat 1, the fluid curtain generating module 5 can be used for cleaning, disinfection or blow-drying and the like, and particularly the generated water curtain or air curtain can be formed after the pressure is applied to liquid or gas by a pressure source, so that the water curtain can be used for scraping the excrement on the buttocks of the human body or the splashed excrement or the dirt or sewage adhered in the flushing seat 1 when the human body or the flushing seat 1 is cleaned; and when the air is dried, moisture can be quickly blown away through air so as to accelerate the effect of drying.
Therefore, the defecation device with the fluid curtain generating module can be obtained by the above structure.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, in the second embodiment of the present utility model, the fluid curtain generating module 5 may further include a driving rod 53 and a driven rod 54 for driving the nozzle row 50 to linearly displace (the moving track thereof is a straight line), and the driving rod 53 may be a screw and driven by the driver 51, so that the nozzle row 50 may linearly displace in the flush ring 10 in a straight direction or a transverse direction. In the embodiment of the present utility model, the driving rod 53 and the driven rod 54 may be respectively disposed at two sides of the inside of the flushing ring 10, so that the nozzle row 50 disposed between the driving rod 53 and the driven rod 54 can perform a linear displacement in the flushing ring 10 (as shown in fig. 8); but may also be laterally displaced (not shown).
In addition, as shown in fig. 10A to 10D, various embodiments of the above-described nozzle row 50 are disclosed; the nozzle row 50 has a middle section 500 and side wing sections 501 extending from two sides of the middle section 500, and the nozzles arranged on the middle section 500 are more densely arranged than the nozzles on the side wing sections 501 or the nozzles are densely arranged on the middle section 500. Further, as shown in fig. 10A, the width of the middle section 500 is greater than the width of the two side wing parts 501, so that the spray holes are arranged in a plurality of lateral directions on the middle section 500; as shown in fig. 10B, the width of the middle section 500 is identical to the width of the two side wing parts 501, but the interval between the spray holes on the middle section 500 in alignment is smaller than the interval between the two side wing parts 501; as shown in fig. 10C, after the width of the middle section 500 is larger than the width of the two side wing parts 501, a plurality of nozzles located on the middle section 500 may be vertically arranged; of course, as shown in fig. 10D, the nozzles in the middle section 500 may be vertically arranged in a single manner. In the above embodiments, the spray holes of the spray hole row 50 may be densely arranged on the middle section 500, so that the generated water curtain or air curtain may be cleaned or dried for the main part of the human body (such as anus).
