For the installation of the lower burner 2600, this embodiment is implemented by providing a mounting base 2300 and a connector. The mount 2300 is a structure for mounting the lower burner 2600, specifically, the mount 2300 is disposed at a side portion of the accommodation chamber 2101, for example, the mount 2300 is disposed below the side plate 2130, the mount 2300 extends a certain length in the front-rear direction, when the lower burner 2600 is mounted, the lower burner 2600 needs to be inserted into the mount 2300 in the front-rear direction, the mount 2300 has a second positioning portion 2350 and a first positioning portion 2340, the second positioning portion 2350 is disposed at a distance from the first positioning portion 2340, that is, the second positioning portion 2350 is spaced a certain distance from the first positioning portion, and when the lower burner 2600 is inserted into the mount 2300, the lower burner is caught between the second positioning portion 2350 and the first positioning portion 2340.
The first positioning portion 2340 is formed with a recess 2341, the so-called recess 2341 is a structure with a high periphery and a low middle, the recess 2341 is opened toward the other side portion of the accommodation chamber 2101, for example, the recess 2341 of the first positioning portion 2340 located at the left side is opened toward the right side, the recess 2341 of the first positioning portion 2340 located at the right side is opened toward the left side, and when the lower burner 2600 is inserted between the second positioning portion 2350 and the first positioning portion 2340 and is caught in the recess 2341, the lower burner 2600 can be restricted by the first positioning portion 2340 in the up-down direction by the recess 2341, thereby realizing the positioning of the lower burner 2600 in the up-down direction.
The second positioning portion 2350 is spaced from the first positioning portion 2340, and the second positioning portion 2350 abuts against the lower burner 2600 in a direction in which the lower burner 2600 is separated from the notch 2341, that is, the second positioning portion 2350 functions to prevent the lower burner 2600 from being separated from the notch 2341, for example, the second positioning portion 2350 is located closer to the center of the housing chamber 2101 than the first positioning portion 2340, and the second positioning portion 2350 is located further to the right than the first positioning portion 2340, for example, the mounting seat 2300 provided on the left side, and when the lower burner 2600 is inserted between the second positioning portion 2350 and the first positioning portion 2340, the movement of the lower burner 2600 in the up-down direction is restricted by the first positioning portion 2340 due to the notch 2341, and the lower burner 2600 is separated from the first positioning portion 2340 only by the notch 2341, and the second positioning portion 2350 is provided further to the right than the first positioning portion 2340, and the lower burner 2600 abuts against the second positioning portion 2350, so that the lower burner 2600 is prevented from being separated from the first positioning portion 2340, and the upper burner 2340 is separated from the upper burner 2600. Because the lower burner 2600 needs to be extended into the oven 2000, the second positioning portion 2350 and the first positioning portion 2340 are provided, and the lower burner 2600 can be initially positioned when being inserted into the mounting seat 2300, so that an operator is not required to extend hands into the oven 2000 to connect the lower burner 2600 and the mounting seat 2300, and the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
After preliminary positioning is performed on the lower burner 2600 by the second positioning portion 2350 and the first positioning portion 2340, limitation in the up-down direction and the left-right direction is achieved, and since the lower burner 2600 is mounted to the mounting base 2300 in an inserting manner (in the front-rear direction), limitation is also required to be formed on the lower burner 2600 in the front-rear direction, and therefore, in this embodiment, by providing a connecting member, connection between the lower burner 2600 and the cavity 2100 is achieved by the connecting member, and limitation in the front-rear direction of the lower burner 2600 is achieved. Because the connecting piece connects the lower burner 2600 and the cavity 2100, an operator can perform a connection operation outside the cavity 2100, for example, when the lower burner 2600 is inserted into the mounting seat 2300, a part of the lower burner 2600 is exposed outside the cavity 2100 so as to be convenient for air intake, and the exposed part and the cavity 2100 are connected through the connecting piece, so that the operator does not need to stretch into the oven 2000 to conveniently perform the operation, the restriction of the lower burner 2600 in the front-rear direction is realized, and the mounting difficulty of the lower burner 2600 is greatly reduced and the mounting stability of the lower burner 2600 is ensured through the cooperation of the first positioning part 2340, the second positioning part 2350 and the connecting piece.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 8, 12 and 13, the lower burner 2600 includes a second housing 2620 and a first housing 2610, the second housing 2620 includes a second body portion 2621 and a second flange 2622, the first housing 2610 includes a first body portion 2611 and a first flange 2612, the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610 are connected by the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 to form a flange portion 2632, the connection of the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 also causes the second body portion 2621 and the first body portion 2611 to enclose an air inlet cavity 2631, the second body portion 2621 is provided with a fire hole 2633, the first body portion 2611 is snapped into the notch 2341, and the flange portion 2632 and the second positioning portion 2350 abut.
Specifically, the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610 may be stamped and formed from sheet metal, and the second body 2621 and the first body 2611 have a substantially semicircular elongated structure, and when the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610 are connected, the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610 are butted together such that the second body 2621 and the first body 2611 face each other, thereby enclosing an air inlet 2631 into which fuel gas needs to be introduced. In order to fix the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610 together, by connecting the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612, the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 are overlapped and fastened, for example, the connection between the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 may be achieved by welding, bonding, or the like, and one of the first flange 2612 and the second flange 2622 may be bent to clamp the other, so as to enhance the connection strength, and it is understood that a seal needs to be made between the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 to prevent leakage of fuel gas. That is, by providing the second housing 2620 and the first housing 2610, which corresponds to dividing the lower burner 2600 into two halves along the extending direction thereof, wherein the first body portion 2611 of the first housing 2610 needs to be locked into the recess 2341, and the second body portion 2621 of the second housing 2620 is provided with the flame outlet 2633, the fuel gas in the air inlet 2631 is ejected through the flame outlet 2633 to form a flame, and the arrangement of the flame outlet 2633 is not affected by the first positioning portion 2340. It will be appreciated that the fire holes 2633 are open toward the receiving cavity 2101, e.g., the fire holes 2633 of the lower burner 2600 located on the left side are generally open toward the right side. After the second flange 2622 and the first flange 2612 are connected to form the flange portion 2632, a convex structure is formed with respect to the second main body portion 2621 and the first main body portion 2611, and the flange portion 2632 is designed to abut against the second positioning portion 2350, so that the arrangement of the second positioning portion 2350 does not affect the flame of the flame hole 2633.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in connection with fig. 8 and 11, the second positioning portion 2350 is designed to be positioned obliquely above the recess 2341, so that the preliminary positioning of the lower burner 2600 can be made more stable.
Specifically, as can be seen from the above, when the second housing 2620 is connected to the first housing 2610, the flange portions 2632 are formed on both opposite sides of the lower burner 2600, and the first body portion 2611 of the first housing 2610 needs to be locked into the recess 2341, and the second body portion 2621 of the second housing 2620 needs to be provided with the fire hole 2633, so the flange portions 2632 on both opposite sides of the lower burner 2600 are arranged in a substantially vertical direction.
Taking the lower burner 2600 located on the left side as an example, under the action of the notch 2341 of the first positioning portion 2340, the lower burner 2600 has a tendency to fall toward the right lower side, and the second positioning portion 2350 is disposed obliquely above the notch 2341 and can be abutted against the flanging portion 2632 located above the lower burner 2600, that is, the acting point of the second positioning portion 2350 and the lower burner 2600 is located above the center of gravity of the lower burner 2600, so that the falling of the lower burner 2600 is effectively inhibited, and the preliminary positioning and installation of the lower burner 2600 is more stable.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in connection with fig. 11, the contour of the recess 2341 of the first positioning portion 2340 is designed to be circular arc-shaped, thus better matching the lower burner 2600.
Specifically, in general, the configuration in which the second body portion 2621 and the first body portion 2611 are enclosed is substantially circular, and the contour of the recess 2341 is designed to be circular, so that the first body portion 2611 is better bonded to the first positioning portion 2340 by the recess 2341, that is, there is a larger contact area between the first positioning portion 2340 and the first body portion 2611, so that the first positioning portion 2340 can form a better restriction on the first body portion 2611. If the contour of the recess 2341 is rectangular, the first body portion 2611 can only form a plurality of scattered point contacts with the first positioning portion 2340 when being locked into the recess 2341, and the restriction effect is slightly weaker than that of the present embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in connection with fig. 9, the second positioning portion 2350 is elongated along the extending direction of the lower burner 2600.
Specifically, the second positioning portion 2350 has a long strip shape, that is, the second positioning portion 2350 has a long length, and a relatively small width and thickness, and the second positioning portion 2350 has a long length along the front-rear direction, so that sufficient contact with the flange portion 2632 can be ensured, a contact area between the two is increased, and limitation of the lower burner 2600 is effectively achieved.
