As shown in fig. 2-6 and 10, the foldable dish rack further includes a folding connection assembly having a base 30 and a cover 40. The base 30 and the cover 40 are provided with connecting end faces 308, and the connecting end faces 308 of the base 30 and the connecting end faces 308 of the cover 40 are arranged opposite to each other and are fixedly combined with each other. More specifically, a first limiting platform 301, a second limiting platform 302 and at least two first rivets 303 are disposed on a connecting end surface 308 of the seat body 30. The first limiting table 301, the second limiting table 302 and the seat 30 are integrally formed, so that the overall structure of the folding dish rack is more stable. The first limiting platform 301 is further disposed between the two second limiting platforms 302, and when the base 30 is in cover connection with the cover 40, one side surface of the first limiting platform 301 and one side surface of the second limiting platform 302, facing the cover 40, are set to be a matching surface 3023, so that the height of the matching surface 3023 of the first limiting platform 301 is greater than that of the matching surface 3023 of the second limiting platform 302.
Since the height of the first limiting platform 301 is greater than that of the second limiting platform 302, the first limiting platform 301 and the second limiting platform 302 have a drop height joint edge, and a first limiting portion 3011 and a second limiting portion 3012 radially arranged along a connecting end face 308 of the base 30 are respectively arranged on two joint edges of the first limiting platform 301 and the second limiting platform 302. The first limiting table 301 is provided with a second riveting member 304, the base 30 and the cover 40 are provided with first connecting holes 306 adapted to the second riveting member 304, and after the cover 40 is relatively covered and connected with the base 30, the second riveting member 304 passes through the first connecting holes 306 to reinforce the cover 40 and the base 30.
The second limiting platform 302 is provided with a third limiting portion 3021 and a fourth limiting portion 3022 on a side facing the first riveting member 303, and the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022 are arranged along the radial direction of the connection end surface 308 of the base 30. A second connection hole 307 adapted to the first rivet 303 is formed in a connection end face 308 of the seat body 30, so that the two first rivets 303 penetrate into the second connection hole 307 to be fixedly connected with the seat body 30.
Since the two first rivets 303 are provided on the base 30, the two first brackets 10 are respectively rotatably connected to different first rivets 303, the two first brackets 10 are rotatably unfolded or folded about the first rivets 303 as fulcrums, and in the process of unfolding the two first brackets 10, the rotation is stopped by taking the first limiting portion 3011 and the second limiting portion 3012 abutted to the first limiting platform 301 as the end points, so as to limit the unfolding angle of the two first brackets 10.
Similarly, the two second brackets 20 are rotatably connected to different first rivets 303, the two second brackets 20 are rotatably unfolded or folded by taking the first rivets 303 as fulcrums, and in the process of unfolding the two second brackets 20, rotation is stopped by taking the third limiting part 3021 and the fourth limiting part 3022 abutting against the second limiting table 302 as end points, so as to limit the unfolding angles of the two second brackets 20.
As shown in fig. 11, when the foldable dish rack is not in use, the two first brackets 10 and the two second brackets 20 can be folded and stored only by rotating the two first brackets toward each other.
The foldable bowl and dish rack provided by the embodiment of the utility model has at least the following technical effects or advantages:
compared with the prior dish rack which adopts a fixed structure and the prior folding dish rack, the rotary part at the joint of the bracket adopts the implementation scheme of designing scattered parts. The foldable connection assembly provided by the foldable dish rack in the embodiment of the utility model comprises a base 30 and a cover 40, wherein a first riveting piece 303 on the base 30 is used for rotatably connecting with two first brackets 10 and two second brackets 20, so that the first brackets 10 and the second brackets 20 are unfolded or folded in a rotating way by taking the first riveting piece 303 as a fulcrum;
the base 30 is integrally formed with a first limiting platform 301 and a second limiting platform 302, when the base 30 and the cover 40 are relatively covered and connected, the first limiting platform 301 has a first limiting part 3011 and a second limiting part 3012, and after the first bracket 10 rotates to a certain angle, the first bracket 10 abuts against the first limiting part 3011 and the second limiting part 3012, so that the first bracket 10 stops rotating, and the function of limiting the rotation angle of the first bracket 10 is achieved; since the second limiting platform 302 has the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022, after the second bracket 20 rotates to a certain angle, the second bracket 20 is abutted against the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022, so that the second bracket 20 stops rotating to play a role in limiting the rotation angle of the second bracket 20; finally, the first bracket 10 supports the second bracket 20, and the second bracket 20 is unfolded to rest the dishes to be drained and dried; moreover, because the first limiting table 301 and the second limiting table 302 are integrally formed with the base 30, loosening caused by assembly of scattered parts in the past is avoided, so that the reliability of the whole structure of the folding connection assembly is higher, the installation is more convenient, and the folding connection assembly is not easy to damage in the frequent folding use process.
As shown in fig. 3, according to the above technical solution, at least two first rivets 303 are disposed on the connecting end face 308 of the base 30, and the two first rivets 303 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of a center line a extending in the vertical direction of the base 30. More specifically, since the two first brackets 10 and the two second brackets 20 are rotatably connected to the first rivet 303, the two first brackets 10 can be arranged symmetrically left and right when being rotatably unfolded and the two second brackets 20 can be arranged symmetrically left and right when being rotatably unfolded by symmetrically arranging the two first rivet 303 while ensuring that the lengths of the two first brackets 10 are the same and the lengths of the two second brackets 20 are the same. Therefore, the structural stability of the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 is effectively improved, and the dishes placed on the second bracket 20 are more stable and safer.
The two sides of the first limiting platform 301 are respectively provided with a first limiting portion 3011 and a second limiting portion 3012, and the first limiting portion 3011 and the second limiting portion 3012 are mainly used for limiting the rotation angle of the two first brackets 10 during rotation, so that the two first brackets 10 respectively abut against the first limiting portion 3011 and the second limiting portion 3012 during rotation to form a unfolding state with a certain unfolding angle. Therefore, by symmetrically arranging the first and second limiting portions 3011 and 3012 relative to the central line a of the base 30 extending in the vertical direction, the two first brackets 10 form a supporting structure with symmetrical length and angle when being unfolded in a rotating manner, the overall stability of the first brackets 10 is further improved, the first brackets 10 can more stably support the second brackets 20 arranged above the first brackets 10, and dishes placed on the second brackets 20 are further more stable and safer.
Similarly, a third limiting portion 3021 and a fourth limiting portion 3022 are provided on one side of the second limiting platform 302, and the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022 are mainly used for limiting the rotation angle of the two second brackets 20 during rotation, so that the two second brackets 20 respectively abut against the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022 during rotation, and then form a unfolded state with a certain unfolded angle. Therefore, by symmetrically arranging the third and fourth limiting portions 3021 and 3022 relative to the central line a of the base 30 extending in the vertical direction, the two second brackets 20 can form a supporting structure with symmetrical length and angle when being rotated and unfolded, so as to further improve the overall stability of the second brackets 20, and further make the dishes placed on the second brackets 20 more stable and safer.
According to the above description, on the premise that the first and second limiting portions 3011 and 3012, and the third and fourth limiting portions 3021 and 3022 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line a of the base 30 extending in the vertical direction, the first and second limiting portions 3011 and 3012 are obliquely arranged with respect to the center line a of the base 30 extending in the vertical direction, and the first and second limiting portions 3011 and 3012 face in different directions. Therefore, when the two first brackets 10 are unfolded in a rotating manner, the two first brackets 10 form a supporting structure with symmetrical length and angle, the overall stability of the first brackets 10 is further improved, the first brackets 10 can more stably support the second brackets 20 arranged above the first brackets, and further dishes placed on the second brackets 20 are more stable and safer.
Similarly, the third and fourth limiting portions 3021 and 3022 may be disposed obliquely with respect to the center line a of the base 30 extending in the vertical direction, and the directions of the third and fourth limiting portions 3021 and 3022 may eventually intersect. Therefore, when the two second brackets 20 are unfolded in a rotating way, the support structures with symmetrical length and angle are formed, the overall stability of the second brackets 20 is further improved, and further, dishes placed on the second brackets 20 are more stable and safer.
As shown in fig. 4, a reinforcing rib 309 is disposed between the first limiting portion 3011 and the second limiting portion 3012 of the first limiting platform 301, and the reinforcing rib 309 includes an arc-shaped reinforcing rib 309 and a straight reinforcing rib 309. Wherein, the arc-shaped reinforcing ribs 309 are provided with a plurality of first spacing parts 3011 and second spacing parts 3012 of the first spacing platform 301, and the inner sides of the first spacing parts 3011 and the second spacing parts 3012 are fixedly connected. The straight reinforcing ribs 309 are connected to the plurality of arc-shaped reinforcing ribs 309, and one end of the straight reinforcing ribs 309 is connected to the first connection hole 306 of the base 30, and the other end is connected to the outer periphery of the first stopper 301. The integral structural strength of the first limiting table 301 is improved, so that extrusion damage to the first limiting table 301 caused by the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 is prevented, and the structural reliability and durability of the foldable dish rack are further improved.
Reinforcing ribs 309 are arranged between the third limiting part 3021 and the fourth limiting part 3022 of the second limiting table 302, the reinforcing ribs 309 comprise arc-shaped reinforcing ribs 309, and the arc-shaped reinforcing ribs 309 are provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs and fixedly connect the inner sides of the third limiting part 3021 and the fourth limiting part 3022 of the second limiting table 302. The integral structural strength of the second limiting platform 302 is improved, so that the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 are prevented from being extruded and damaged on the second limiting platform 302, and the structural reliability and the durability of the foldable dish rack are further improved.
The arc-shaped part 310 is arranged on the common side of the first limiting platform 301 and the second limiting platform 302. More specifically, the common side of the first and second stopper 301, 302 is a side that faces the third stopper 305 in common, and the arc portion 310 is formed by being recessed in a direction away from the third stopper 305 on the common side. In this way, by providing the arc portion 310, the structural strength and reliability of the whole of the first and second stopper tables 301 and 302 can be further improved, and the external stress resistance of the first and second stopper tables 301 and 302 can be made stronger.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a third limiting table 305 is further disposed on the connection end surface 308 of the base 30, and the third limiting table 305 is disposed between the two first rivets 303, two sides of the third limiting table 305 facing the first rivets 303 are respectively provided with a fifth limiting portion 3051 and a sixth limiting portion 3052, and a limiting groove 3053 is formed on a side of the third limiting portion 3021 away from the connection end surface 308 of the base 30. More specifically, the third limiting platform 305 is adjacent to the third limiting portion 3021 and the fourth limiting portion 3022 of the second limiting platform 302 at intervals, and the height of the mating surface 3023 of the third limiting platform 305 is identical to that of the mating surface of the first limiting platform 301, so that the cover 40 and the base 30 are more stable when assembled relatively.
Meanwhile, the fifth limiting portion 3051 of the third limiting platform 305 and the first limiting portion 3011 of the first limiting platform 301 form a limiting range for limiting the rotation angle of the first bracket 10, and the fifth limiting portion 3051 of the third limiting platform 305 and the third limiting portion 3021 of the second limiting platform 302 form a limiting range for limiting the rotation angle of the second bracket 20;
similarly, the sixth limiting portion 3052 of the third limiting platform 305 and the second limiting portion 3012 of the first limiting platform 301 form a limiting range for limiting the rotation angle of the first bracket 10, and the sixth limiting portion 3052 of the third limiting platform 305 and the fourth limiting portion 3022 of the second limiting platform 302 form a limiting range for limiting the rotation angle of the second bracket 20;
in this way, during the folding process of the two first brackets 10, the rotation is stopped with the fifth limiting portion 3051 and the sixth limiting portion 3052 respectively abutting against the third limiting table 305 as the end points, so as to define the folding angles of the two first brackets 10; during the folding process of the two second brackets 20, the rotation is stopped with the fifth limiting portion 3051 and the sixth limiting portion 3052 respectively abutting against the third limiting table 305 as the end points, thereby defining the folding angles of the two second brackets 20. Further, the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 can be ensured to have a certain angle and state when being unfolded or folded in a rotating way, and damage caused by folding and squeezing of the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 can be prevented. .
According to the above description, the two first brackets 10 are rotatably connected within the limits of the first limiting portion 3011 and the fifth limiting portion 3051, the second limiting portion 3012 and the sixth limiting portion 3052, and the two second brackets 20 are rotatably connected within the limits of the third limiting portion 3021 and the fifth limiting portion 3051, and the fourth limiting portion 3022 and the sixth limiting portion 3052.
In order to improve the assembly stability between the cover 40 and the base 30, a stopper 401 matched with the limiting groove 3053 is disposed on the connection end face 308 of the cover 40, so that when the connection end face 308 of the cover 40 is matched with the connection end face 308 of the base 30 relatively, the stopper 401 is embedded in the limiting groove 3053, and further the assembly position of the cover 40 and the base 30 is limited, the cover 40 is prevented from rotating on the base 30 at will, and further the rotation of the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 on the folding connection assembly is stable, and the reliability of the assembly structure is high.
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 309 are disposed in the limiting groove 3053 of the third limiting table 305, and the reinforcing ribs 309 fixedly connect the inner sides of the fifth limiting portion 3051 and the sixth limiting portion 3052 of the third limiting table 305. The integral structural strength of the third limiting table 305 is improved, so that the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 are prevented from damaging the third limiting table 305 by extrusion, and the structural reliability and the durability of the foldable dish rack are further improved.
Further, the stopper 401 is disposed on the center line b extending in the vertical direction of the cover 40, so that the stopper 401 is more accurately embedded in the limiting groove 3053 of the third limiting table 305, and when the stopper 401 is embedded in the limiting groove 3053 by disposing the ribs 4011 on two sides of the stopper 401, the stopper 401 abuts against the inner side wall of the limiting groove 3053 by using the ribs 4011 on two sides, thereby ensuring that the assembly of the stopper 401 and the limiting groove 3053 is more fastened, and meanwhile, by adopting the design mode of disposing the ribs 4011 on two sides of the stopper 401, the material and the weight can be saved.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the foldable dish rack further includes a drip tray 50, wherein a peripheral edge of a top of the drip tray 50 is provided to prevent water from overflowing, and a water outlet 501 is provided to drain water from the peripheral edge of the drip tray 50.
The top of the drip tray 50 is provided with a plurality of protruding bars 504 arranged at intervals in the lateral direction, a drainage groove 505 for guiding the flow direction of the accumulated water is formed by the plurality of protruding bars 504, and the top of the drip tray 50 is gradually inclined from high to low towards the water outlet 501, so that the accumulated water can be smoothly discharged from the water outlet 501.
Because of the inclined design of the top of the drip tray 50, in order to maintain a relatively horizontal placement surface on the top of the drip tray 50, the raised protrusions 504 are gradually arranged from the water outlet 501 to the opposite side from the water outlet 501, so that a horizontal plane capable of horizontally placing objects is formed inside the drip tray 50.
As shown in fig. 9, a reinforcing plate 502 is disposed at the bottom of the drip tray 50 and corresponding to the water outlet 501, and the reinforcing plate 502 extends along the length direction of the drip tray 50, so that the reinforcing plate 502 can be transversely disposed at the bottom of the water outlet 501, thereby providing a more stable structure for the water outlet 501 side of the drip tray 50 and even the entire drip tray 50.
Thus, the drip tray 50 lacks the structural reinforcement means embodiment as compared to the conventional drip tray 50 which has a simple structural design. According to the foldable bowl and dish rack in the embodiment of the utility model, the water outlets 501 are arranged on the periphery of the water drip tray 50 so as to conveniently drain water stored in the water drip tray 50, and the reinforcing plate 502 is additionally arranged at the bottom of the water drip tray 50 and at the position corresponding to the water outlets 501 so as to improve the overall structural strength of the water drip tray 50 and avoid deformation and damage of the water drip tray 50 in daily use.
As shown in fig. 8, since the first and second brackets 10 and 20 are provided above the drip tray 50, in order to improve the assembling stability between the first bracket 10 and the drip tray 50, a plurality of protruding positioning members 503 are provided at the top and inner peripheral sides of the drip tray 50, the positioning members 503 at the top of the drip tray 50 are vertically protruding upward, and the positioning members 503 at the inner peripheral side of the drip tray 50 are protruding in the horizontal plane direction of the top of the drip tray 50; therefore, the first bracket 10 is positioned by the cooperation of the positioning member 503 at the top of the drip tray 50 and the positioning member 503 at the inner circumferential side of the drip tray 50, thereby limiting the movable range of the first bracket 10 at the top of the drip tray 50 and improving the assembly stability between the first bracket 10 and the drip tray 50.
As shown in fig. 10, the first rack 10 is unfolded and coupled to the top of the drip tray 50 and the second rack 20 is coupled over the first rack 10 when the foldable dish rack is in the unfolded state.
As shown in fig. 11, both the first rack 10 and the second rack 20 are horizontally stacked on top of the drip tray 50 when the foldable dish rack is in a folded state.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the foldable dish rack further includes a storage drum 60, and the storage drum 60 is a container having an opening, and the storage drum 60 is detachably assembled on the second bracket 20 by providing the clamping grooves 601 at both side corners of the bottom of the storage drum 60. The second brackets 20 are provided with fence structures, dishes and other tableware can be placed on the fence structures of the second brackets 20 for draining when the kitchen ware is used, the storage barrels 60 are respectively clamped on the fence structures of the two second brackets 20 through clamping grooves 601 arranged at two side angles of the bottom, and the storage barrels 60 can also be used for placing cutlery and other tableware to limit the unfolding states of the two second brackets 20; for example, when the user lifts the top of the two second brackets 20, the two second brackets 20 are not folded together due to the limiting effect of the storage drum 60, thereby facilitating the lifting and moving of the user.
As shown in fig. 10, the storage drum 60 is clamped between the two second brackets 20 when the foldable dish rack is in the unfolded state.
As shown in fig. 11, the cartridge 60 is horizontally placed on top of the drip tray 50 and on one side of the first and second brackets 10, 20 when the foldable dish rack is in a folded state.
Thus, embodiments of the means for defining the unfolded state are lacking in comparison to previous dish racks. According to the embodiment of the utility model, the storage cylinder 60 is arranged on the foldable bowl and dish rack, and the clamping grooves 601 are arranged at the two side angles of the bottom of the storage cylinder 60, so that when the storage cylinder 60 is placed on the fence structures of the two second brackets 20, the clamping grooves 601 at the two side angles of the bottom of the storage cylinder 60 can be respectively clamped on the fence structures of the two second brackets 20, thereby preventing the problem of accidental folding when the second brackets 20 are in an unfolded state, and facilitating the lifting and moving of the foldable bowl and dish rack in the unfolded state by a user.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present utility model without departing from the spirit or scope of the utility model. Thus, it is intended that the present utility model also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
