Abstract
本实用新型是钢泡定型保健床垫，由弹性钢架铸
塑泡沫定型，其中间装暖气管，一面装磁石与木珠、上
铺药袋，另一面装棕垫，用包面套罩着，上铺凉席构
成。具有弹性持久，经久耐用；既能冬天接暖气源升
温，又便于夏天使用；有自然按摩、磁疗保健消除疲劳
的理疗效果，对失眠、头痛、神经衰弱、筋骨疼痛、颈椎
病、骨质增长等病症有治疗效果；方便拆洗、换药，便
于工业化批量生产等特点。适宜旅馆、医院、家庭使
用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种床垫，一种沙发式冬夏两用的保健床垫。
现有的沙发式床垫，不适宜夏季乘凉使用，其弹性不耐久，睡后容易引起腰酸痛等不适症；有的沙发式冬夏两用床垫，塑料带编的凉板面，手工操作，生产效率低，不适宜工业化批量生产。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种钢泡定型保健床垫，既可冬夏两用，又能自然按摩、磁疗、药疗健身，快速消除疲劳，便于工业化批量生产。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在上下两钢条框之间安装250－400个压缩弹簧，用撑条连接成整体而组成一个弹性的骨架，骨架的中间装有盘曲成的暖气管，在骨架的空间里铸填塑料泡沫而构成床垫芯子。床垫芯子的一面铸有450－600个凸半圆、凸半圆上分别交叉着装磁石70－120颗与木珠400－480颗而形成磁疗按摩面，其上面铺一个内装中药的药袋。床垫芯子的另一面装有棕垫，床垫芯子的四周有透气孔。用包面套罩住四面，有棕垫的那面的上面铺一床凉席。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下特点：（1）弹性钢骨架铸塑泡沫定型，弹性持久，经久耐用；（2）其中间装有暖气管，冬天连接暖气源升温取暖，同时铺有凉席，便于夏天乘凉，四季皆宜；（3）装磁石与木珠组成磁疗按摩面，有自然按摩、磁疗保健，促进血液循环、消除疲劳的理疗效果；（4）装备有一个装中成药的药袋，对失眠、头痛、神经衰弱、筋骨疼痛、颈椎病、骨质增生等病症有治疗效果；（5）便于工业化大批量生产，其包面套方便拆洗、换药。适宜旅馆、医院、家庭使用。
本实用新型以下将结合附图中的实施例进一步描述：
图1为结构图，剖切了一个角画出。
图1中，由包面套1、拉链2、凉席3、棕垫4、撑条5、压缩弹簧6、木珠7、塑料泡沫8、磁石9、药袋10、钢条框11、暖气管12构成。在上下两钢条框11之间安装320个压缩弹簧6，压缩弹簧6选用1.8mm的五圈沙发盘簧，用撑条5连接成整体而组成一个弹性的骨架，撑条5做成弓形或直杆形。骨架的中间装有盘曲成的暖气管12，暖气管12用铜管或铝合金管制成，管径10mm，盘曲8～12次，用胶管或塑料管接通暖气源。在骨架的空间里铸填塑料泡沫8而构成床垫芯子。塑料泡沫8密度为22－45。床垫芯子的一面铸有450－600个凸半圆，凸半圆上分别交叉着装磁石与木珠而形成磁疗按摩面。磁石9为70－120颗、圆柱形：Φ10mm。木珠7为400－480颗，用硬质木车制成圆形：Φ10mm。药袋10内装有中成药，能方便地换装所需用的中成药。药袋10铺在磁石9与木珠7的上面。床垫芯子的另一面装有棕垫4，床垫芯子的四周有透气孔以避湿气。包面套选用沙发包面料制成，它罩住床垫的四面，用拉链2封口，有棕垫4的那面的上面铺一床凉席3，凉席3选用竹条式的，其周边 缝在包面套1上（亦可分开，使用时安放）。实施例中的中成药用白芷、细辛、肉桂、川芹、薄荷冰、花椒、乳香、菊花、紫苏、松萝、香加皮、黄荆子、八角风、苍耳草等按方剂配制成。

- 钢泡定型保健床垫，其特征在于：(1)在上下两钢条框之间安装250-400个压缩弹簧，用撑条连接成整体而组成一个弹性的骨架，骨架的中间装有盘曲成的暖气管，在骨架的空间里铸填塑料泡沫而构成床垫芯子；(2)床垫芯子的一面铸有450～600个凸半圆，凸半圆上分别交叉着装磁石70-120颗与木珠400-480颗而形成磁疗按摩面，其上面铺一个内装中药的药袋；(3)床垫芯子的另一面装有棕垫，床垫芯子的四周有透气孔；(4)用包面套罩住四面，有棕垫的那面的上面铺一床凉席。
