In practical application, when a customer purchases goods, the customer may pick the goods from the accommodating cavity 12, when the customer puts the unselected goods back into the accommodating cavity 12, the goods may be randomly placed on the shelf 3, which results in disordered placement of the goods on the shelf 3, and is not only attractive, but also unfavorable for the following customer to pick the goods, therefore, in the vending machine, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the partition board 5 is arranged in the storage area of the shelf 3 to limit the placement position of the goods on the shelf 3, and meanwhile, the partition board 5 can also provide support for the goods, so that other goods are prevented from being dumped due to careless operation when the customer picks the goods or puts the goods back.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, two ends of the partition board 5 extending in the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1 are respectively provided with a partition board connecting part 51, the partition board connecting part 51 is provided with a connecting cavity 511, the connecting cavity 511 is provided with a connecting cavity opening 512 arranged downwards, two ends of the layer frame 3 in the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1 are respectively provided with a connecting beam 34, the connecting beam 34 extends in the width direction of the cabinet body 1, and the connecting beam 34 passes through the connecting cavity opening 512 and is arranged in the connecting cavity 511 so as to connect the partition board 5 and the layer frame 3; it should be noted that, the size of the connecting cavity opening 512 is smaller than the diameter of the connecting beam 34, and the largest diameter of the connecting cavity 511 is larger than the diameter of the connecting beam 34, so as to prevent the connecting beam 34 disposed in the connecting cavity 511 from being separated from the connecting cavity 511; it should be noted that, the partition board 5 may slide along the connecting beam 34 in the width direction of the cabinet body 1 to adjust the connection position between the partition board 5 and the layer frame 3; as shown in fig. 13, the connection beam 34 is connected to the support frame 33 via a support beam 341.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, the heights of the partition plate connecting portions 51 at both ends of the partition plate 5 are different because the partition plate 5 is small in thickness, which is inferior in stability when disposed in the vertical direction, and the partition plate 5 is uniformly stressed in the vertical direction by making the heights of the two partition plate connecting portions 51 different, thereby preventing the partition plate 5 from tilting in the vertical direction.
In order to solve the problem that the air on both sides of the partition 5 is not easily circulated due to the blocking of the partition 5, and the refrigerating or freezing effect of the vending machine is reduced, the partition 5 is provided with the ventilation holes 52 as shown in fig. 18 to 20, and the ventilation holes 52 are provided to penetrate the partition 5 in the width direction of the cabinet 1 so that the air on both sides of the partition 5 can circulate through the ventilation holes 52, although the cargo can be limited and supported by the partition 5.
In practical application, in order to better limit and support the goods, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the left and right sides of the goods are respectively provided with a partition board 5, that is, two partition boards 5 are oppositely arranged and jointly form a storage cavity 53, and the goods are arranged in the storage cavity 53; the two partition plates 5 are respectively connected with the connecting beams 34, so that the width of the storage cavity 53 can be adjusted according to the width of the goods.
The vending machine has the following working principle: two longitudinal beams 332 of the layer frame 3 are correspondingly arranged in the limiting cavities 96 of the four connecting pieces 9 along the two ends of the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1 so as to connect the layer frame 3 with the four connecting pieces 9; then, the four connecting pieces 9 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four upright posts 4, the connecting holes 41 corresponding to the required height of the layer frame 3 are found, and the first clamping part 911 and the second clamping part 912 of the connecting pieces 9 are connected with the corresponding connecting holes 41 of the upright posts 4, so that the connecting pieces 9 are connected with the upright posts 4, and the layer frame 3 is installed; the partition plates 5 are made to slide along the connecting beams 34, the connection positions of the partition plates 5 and the layer frames 3 are adjusted, and the size of the storage cavity 53 formed by two adjacent partition plates 5 is adjusted according to the size of the placed goods, so that the goods are placed in the storage cavity 53, the placement positions of the goods are limited, the goods are supported, and the goods are prevented from falling down.
The vending machine divides the accommodating cavity 12 into a plurality of storage areas by arranging the layer frame 3 and utilizing the layer frame 3 so as to sort and place the goods placed in the accommodating cavity 12; through the arrangement of the upright posts 4, the layer frames 3 are connected by the upright posts 4, so that the layer frames 3 are fixedly arranged; through arranging the partition plate 5, the partition plate 5 is used for limiting the placement position of the goods on the layer frame 3 and providing support for the goods so as to prevent the goods from being placed in disorder on the layer frame 3 and prevent the goods from falling down; by arranging the partition plate connecting part 51 and the connecting beam 34, the connecting beam 34 is arranged in the connecting cavity 511 of the partition plate connecting part 51, so that the layer frame 3 and the partition plate 5 can be detachably connected, and the partition plate 5 can be mounted and dismounted according to actual needs.

Claims (10)

1. A vending machine, comprising:
the cabinet body is arranged from the top of the cabinet body to the bottom of the cabinet body in the height direction of the cabinet body; the inside of the cabinet body is provided with a containing cavity for placing goods, and the containing cavity is provided with a containing cavity opening; the cabinet body is provided with a wall surface which is arranged opposite to the opening of the accommodating cavity;
the cabinet door is positioned at the opening of the accommodating cavity and is connected with the cabinet body in an openable and closable manner so as to open or close the accommodating cavity;
the layer rack is positioned in the accommodating cavity and divides the accommodating cavity into a plurality of storage areas which are arranged in parallel; one end of the layer frame is arranged towards the opening of the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the layer frame is arranged towards the wall surface;
the upright post is arranged in the accommodating cavity and extends along the height direction of the cabinet body; the upright posts are connected with the layer rack;
the connecting beam is arranged at one end of the layer frame, which faces the opening of the accommodating cavity, and/or one end of the layer frame, which faces the wall surface;
the partition plate is arranged in the storage area to limit the placement position of the goods on the layer rack and provide support for the goods; one end of the partition plate is arranged towards the opening of the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the partition plate is arranged towards the wall surface;
a connecting cavity which is arranged at one end of the partition plate, which is open to the accommodating cavity, and/or one end of the partition plate, which is open to the wall surface;
the connecting beam is arranged in the connecting cavity to connect the partition board and the layer frame.

Vending machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the partition is provided with a vent hole, which is located on the side of the partition facing the goods; the vent holes penetrate through the partition board, so that air on two sides of the partition board can circulate through the vent holes.
3. Vending machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection chamber is provided with a connection chamber opening, which is arranged towards the bottom of the cabinet, the connection beam being arranged in the connection chamber through the connection chamber opening.

A vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the maximum value of the range of values of the opening size of the connecting cavity is the outer diameter size of the connecting beam; and the minimum value of the range of the size of the connecting cavity is the size of the opening of the connecting cavity.
5. Vending machine according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the partition is provided with the partition connection at the end of the partition facing the receiving chamber opening and/or at the end of the partition facing the wall surface; the connecting cavity is arranged at the connecting part of the partition board.
6. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the shelf is connected to the column by a connector; the connecting piece respectively with the layer frame the stand can dismantle the connection, and the connecting piece with the hookup location of stand can be followed cabinet body direction of height is adjusted.

The vending machine of claim 6, wherein said shelf comprises a plurality of first tubes and a support frame, one end of said first tubes extending toward said receiving cavity opening, the other end of said first tubes extending toward said wall; one end of the first pipe, which faces the opening of the accommodating cavity, is connected with a second pipe, and at least part of the first pipes are arranged at intervals and are connected into a whole through the second pipe; the support frame is connected to the first pipe and connected with the connecting piece.

The vending machine of claim 8, wherein the support frame comprises a plurality of cross members and a plurality of stringers, the cross members and stringers being interconnected; the connecting piece is provided with a limiting cavity, and the longitudinal beam is arranged in the limiting cavity so as to connect the layer frame with the connecting piece.
10. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the shelf is provided with a fold located at an end of the shelf facing the receiving chamber opening and disposed upwardly along the cabinet height.
