Description

Lamp module and lighting lamp
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of illumination, in particular to a lamp module and an illumination lamp.
Background
Conventional lighting fixtures, such as ceiling lights, fan lights, etc., typically comprise a housing and a lamp cover, with the housing typically being secured to an installation base, such as a ceiling light housing, typically being secured to a ceiling or indoor ceiling base by screws, and the housing of the fan light typically being secured to a stator thereof. The lamp shade is installed in the downside of lamp body, and the lamp shade is common with the mounting structure of lamp body have buckle connection, screw connection, sticky etc.. When the lamp shade and the lamp shell are in an undetachable connection mode such as gluing and the like, and the lamp is arranged at the same height of the ceiling when the lamp shade needs to be cleaned, the cleaning operation is not facilitated; or when the electronic components in the lamp are damaged by faults and the like and need to be maintained or replaced, the whole lamp is often replaced, and the maintenance cost is high. When the lamp shade and the lamp shell are connected in a detachable mode such as a buckling mode or a screw mode, and when the electronic components (such as a substrate, a driving element, a light-emitting component and the like which bear the components) in the lamp are damaged in a fault mode or the like and need to be maintained or replaced, or only the lamp shade is required to be detached for cleaning, the screw or the buckle is only required to be detached, so that the lamp shade is detached from the lamp shell, the electronic components in the lamp shell are maintained or replaced or the mask is cleaned, the cost can be saved, and the lamp is convenient to maintain. Compared with the lamp shade and the lamp shell which are connected by the screw, the lamp shade and the lamp shell are connected by the buckle, so that frequent screw locking is not needed during maintenance and service of the lamp, and the buckle is easier to assemble and disassemble for user operation. However, the lamp housing and the lamp housing connected by the traditional buckle are generally of a hard structure, such as metal or hard plastic, the lamp housing is generally of soft light-transmitting plastic, after the lamp housing and the lamp housing are combined together, the soft plastic characteristics of the lamp housing are relied on to generate slight deformation, so that the buckles between the lamp housing and the lamp housing are separated, the mask can be detached from the lamp housing, the buckle structure which can be easily detached by hand is generally unreliable, if the mask is separated from the lamp housing by the buckle between the external force and the lamp housing, the lamp housing is easy to fall off from the lamp housing to smash the ground or users, potential safety hazards exist, and the protection requirements of national standards on the shell cannot be met. If the lampshade adopts hard plastic integrated into one piece, the deformation of buckle structure and the lampshade itself on it is less, and when the buckle is dismantled to lamp body and lamp shade both, because the deformation that the lamp shade produced is very tiny, this can lead to lamp shade to damage buckle and lamp shade easily when dismantling, when the maintenance of lamps and lanterns and maintenance operation, brings the trouble for the cleanness and the maintenance work of lamps and lanterns.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the lamp housing 1 may be a plastic or metal integrally molded housing, and has a shape similar to a disc. The lampshade 2 can be formed by integrally molding plastic materials, the lampshade 2 can be made of materials with good light transmittance, and the lampshade is convenient to integrally mold, such as PC materials, PMMA materials or optical glass, and the lampshade can be made of materials with frosting or light diffusion properties, so that a hazy light emitting effect is obtained, and the light emitting is soft and free from glare. In some embodiments, the shape of the lamp cover 2 may also be a disk, which may be matched to the shape of the lamp housing 1, and the material and shape of the lamp housing are not particularly limited.
The disc-shaped lamp envelope 1 has a top wall 11 and a side wall 12, the side wall 12 being connected to the lower end of the top wall 11 and extending in the circumferential direction. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a ring of blocking wall 122 may be further disposed on the outer side of the side wall 12, where the blocking wall 122 extends outwards and upwards from the bottom of the side wall 12, and the upper end of the blocking wall 122 may exceed the upper surface of the lamp housing 1, and the accommodating space formed between the blocking wall 122 and the side wall 12 may accommodate the rotating disc 203 therein, so that the overall appearance of the fan lamp is more attractive and compact. In some embodiments, the blocking wall 122 may be omitted, and a portion of the upper end of the side wall 12 may be extended upwards to form an extension wall, so that the extension wall extends beyond the upper surface of the lamp housing 1, and the extension wall and the upper surface of the lamp housing 1 enclose an accommodating space capable of accommodating the rotating disc 203, which also makes the overall appearance of the fan lamp more attractive, and the structure is more compact, without limitation.
As shown in fig. 4, the globe 2 has a bottom wall 21 and a connecting wall 22 connected to the upper end of the bottom wall 21 and extending in the circumferential direction. Since the connection wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 is a coupling portion with the lamp housing 1, in some embodiments, the connection wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 may not be made of a light-transmitting material, such as a common plastic material, and is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 again, in order to facilitate fastening the lamp shade 2 to the lamp housing 1, the side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 is elastically connected with a movable clip 3, and the connecting wall 22 of the lamp shade 2 is provided with a clip mating portion 4. A movable space 5 is formed between the movable clamping leg 3 and the side wall 12. The movable clamp leg 3 is elastically connected to the side wall 12 at one end and is free at the other end 32. The movable clip leg 3 has an elastic connection end 31 fixed to the side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1. In some embodiments, the movable clip 3 may be an elastic rib or an elastic protrusion integrally formed on the lamp housing 1, and the clip mating portion 4 may be a groove formed on the connecting wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 or a clip board matched with the elastic clip 3, which is not limited in particular.
Referring to fig. 5, in the process of fastening the lamp housing 2 to the lamp housing 1, the movable clip leg 3 on the side wall of the lamp housing 1 is pressed by the external force of the lamp housing 2, the free end 32 thereof rotates around the elastic connection end 31 to compress the movable clip leg 3 into the movable space 5, and after the lamp housing 2 is fastened to the lamp housing 1, the connection wall 22 overlaps at least a portion of the side wall 12, and the movable clip leg 3 abuts against the clip leg mating portion 4 at the overlapping portion for limiting.
In some embodiments, the movable catch 3 extends upward in a direction opposite to the direction of extension of the side wall 12. This makes activity card foot 3 have the characteristic of similar barb, and when the user wants to dismantle lamp shade 2 by hand, the force of exerting on lamp shade 2 can make activity card foot 3 expand and keep away from lateral wall 12, finally makes lamp shade 2 and lamp body 1 buckle more inseparabler on the contrary, is difficult to dismantle lamp shade 2 through simple manual mode. When a user wants to detach the lampshade 2 from the lamp housing 1, and therefore, when the lampshade 2 is cleaned or an electronic component of the optical cavity 13 of the lamp housing 1 is maintained and replaced, the tilting tool 200 shown in fig. 5 is required to extend into a gap at the overlapping position of the lamp housing 1 and the lampshade 2, and then the movable clamping foot 3 is poked, so that the movable clamping foot 3 compresses the movable space 5, the abutting limit of the movable clamping foot 3 and the clamping foot matching part 4 is released, and the lampshade 2 can be detached from the lamp housing 1.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the movable clip 3 may have opposite ends, and both ends are elastically connected to the side wall 12. Like this, when buckling lamp shade 2 to lamp body 1, activity card foot 3 receives the extrusion force of lamp shade 2 and can wholly move towards the lateral wall 12 one side of lamp body 1 and be close to and compress movable space 5, and after lamp shade 2 buckle in place, activity card foot 3 resets and with the card foot cooperation portion 4 on the lamp shade 2 support and hold spacing. The stress of the movable clamping foot 3 is more uniform, which is favorable for the buckling combination of the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1 and prevents the lampshade from being manually disassembled.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the movable clip 3 may be disposed on the lampshade 2, specifically, may be disposed on an inner surface of the connecting wall 22 of the lampshade 2. One end of the movable clip leg 3 is elastically connected to the connecting wall 22 of the lamp housing 2, and the other end forms a free end 32, which is not particularly limited.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the movable clip 3 disposed on the connecting wall 22 of the lampshade 2 may have opposite ends, and the two ends are elastically connected to the connecting wall 22, which is not limited in particular.
In some embodiments, the movable catch 3 may also be provided on the outer surface of the side wall 12 and the catch mating portion 4 may be provided on the inner surface of the connecting wall 22. That is, the diameter of the connecting wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 is larger than the diameter of the side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1, and the lamp housing 2 is coated on the outer peripheral side of the lamp housing 1, which is not particularly limited.

The arrangement of the accommodating groove 121 can enable the rest wall surfaces of the side wall 12 except the accommodating groove 121 to be attached to the connecting wall 22 of the lampshade 2 more tightly, so that a better foreign matter prevention effect is achieved.
In some embodiments, the inner surface of the top wall 11 is provided with a supporting portion 111 for preventing the lamp cover 2 from being elastically deformed inwards, a clamping space 112 is formed between the supporting portion 111 and the inner surface of the side wall 12, and after the lamp cover 2 is combined to the lamp housing 1, a part of the connecting wall 22 is accommodated in the clamping space 112 and abuts against the supporting portion 111. Because the lampshade 2 is mostly made of plastic materials and has a certain flexible deformation characteristic, when a user applies external force to the lampshade 2, the part of the wall surface of the lampshade 2 can be elastically deformed inwards, and the supporting part 111 can support the wall surface of the lampshade 2, so that the disadvantage is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting wall 22 has a transition portion 221 that is curved and recessed inwards, and a connecting portion 222 that connects the transition portion 221 and extends upwards, the clip foot fitting portion 4 is disposed on the connecting portion 222, and after the lamp shade 2 is snap-fitted onto the lamp housing 1, the lower end portion of the side wall 12 abuts against the transition portion 221 of the connecting wall 22. After the lamp housing 2 is coupled to the lamp housing 1, the outer surface of the blocking wall 14 is flush with the remaining surface of the connecting wall 22 except for the transition portion 221 and the connecting portion 222. This makes the appearance of the lamp module 10 more compact and smoother after the lamp housing 1 and the lamp shade 2 are buckled and installed.
It should be noted that, in some other foreseeable modifications or equivalent alternatives, the movable catch 3 may be disposed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1, and the catch mating portion 4 may be disposed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the connecting wall 22 of the lamp housing 2, or the movable catch 3 may be disposed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the connecting wall 22 of the lamp housing 2, and the catch mating portion 4 may be disposed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1, which is not limited in particular.
The technical scope of the present utility model is not limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art may make various changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present utility model, and these changes and modifications should be included in the scope of the present utility model.
