In the present embodiment, the clamping groove 12 is provided on the outer peripheral side 13 of the mounting groove. The ribs 24 are provided on the outer peripheral side 25 of the holder. the fixing frame is annular and is provided with an annular containing groove, the containing groove is provided with an opening positioned on one end face of the fixing frame, annular blocking ribs are further arranged at the opening of the containing groove in a protruding mode, a plurality of through holes are densely distributed on the other end face of the fixing frame, and a plurality of clamping ribs are further arranged on the periphery of the fixing frame in a protruding mode at intervals in the circumferential direction;
the silencing cotton is arranged in the accommodating groove and is clamped in the accommodating groove by the retaining ribs;
the clamping ribs can enter the first groove part through the second groove part so as to enable the fixing frame to enter the mounting groove, and the silencing cotton is clamped between the fixing frame and the sealing ring body;
when the fixing frame rotates in the mounting groove, the clamping rib can move to the other end in the first groove part so as to prevent the fixing frame from being separated from the mounting groove.
