In the present utility model, the structure of two kinds of sound generating devices is described in detail through two embodiments, and the structure of the two kinds of sound generating devices is relatively similar, and the structure and the working principle of the two kinds of sound generating devices are described below. The structure and operation of the first sound generating apparatus are described through the first embodiment, and the structure and operation of the second sound generating apparatus are described through the second embodiment.
First embodiment
The first embodiment of the present utility model provides a sound generating apparatus, and the structure and operation principle of the sound generating apparatus of the first embodiment are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
First, the structure and working principle of the first sound generating apparatus are described, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 and fig. 2 are a first perspective view and a second perspective view of the sound generating apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present utility model, and fig. 2 is a partially cut-away perspective view of fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the present utility model provides a sound generating apparatus including: bell body 101, bell trigger 102, and connector 103.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the bell triggering device 102 has a hollow structure 102-1, and the shape of the hollow structure 102-1 matches the shape of the bell body 101 to embed at least a portion of the structure of the bell body 101 in the hollow structure 102-1. For example, the hollow structure 102-1 may be provided as a semi-circular hollow structure as illustrated in fig. 1 and 2; correspondingly, the bell body 101 may be provided in a semicircular shape as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2.
Of course, it is understood that the shape of the bell body 101 may be set to other shapes corresponding to the shape of the hollow structure 102-1, as long as the shape of the bell body 101 matches the shape of the hollow structure 102-1, and further, when the bell trigger 102 is pressed, more part of the structure of the bell body 101 may be embedded in the hollow structure 102-1 so that the bell trigger 102 collides with the bell body 101.
In order to facilitate the suspension and arrangement of the hollow structure 102-1 above the bell body 101, the connector 103 is used as a support, namely: the bell body 101 is connected with the bell triggering device 102 through a connecting piece 103. One end of the connecting member 103 is provided at the upper end of the bell body 101, and the other end of the connecting member 103 is provided in the hollow structure 102-1. With the above arrangement, when the bell triggering device 102 receives pressure, the connecting member 103 is further compressed and collides with the bell body 101, thereby triggering the bell body 101 to make a sound.
In this embodiment, as an example, a spring device is used as the connecting piece 103, so that the connecting piece 103 has a better elastic deformation capability, and the connecting piece 103 can be compressed after the bell trigger device 102 is subjected to pressure; after the connection member 103 is compressed, the bell triggering device 102 can collide with the bell body 101. In fact, the bell triggering device 102 collides with the bell body 101 mainly by the inner wall of the hollow structure 102-1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the state of the sound generating device of the first embodiment before being subjected to pressure, and for convenience of understanding the working principle of the sound generating device and the state change of each component in the sound generating device after the sound generating device is subjected to pressure, please refer to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 and fig. 4 are a third perspective view and a fourth perspective view of a sound generating apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present utility model, in which fig. 3 is a schematic view of a state of a compressed connecting member of a bell triggering device after the bell triggering device is pressed in the sound generating apparatus according to the first embodiment, and fig. 4 is a partially cut-away perspective view of fig. 3.
When the bell triggering device 102 of the sound generating device is not pressed, the sound generating device is in the state shown in FIG. 1, and in this state, the pressure applied to the connecting member 103 mainly comes from the weight of the bell triggering device 102. When the bell trigger 102 receives pressure (mainly referred to as external force), the bell trigger 102 compresses the connecting piece 103, and the connecting piece 103 is compressed and deformed, so that the bell trigger 102 is lowered and collides with the bell body 101. When the connecting member 103 is compressed to the maximum deformation, the state in which the sound generating device is in is the state in which fig. 3 is in.
In fact, in general, when the user applies pressure to the bell trigger 102, the time for applying pressure is short, and the whole process of compressing the connecting member 103 to deform is likely to be that the user does not apply pressure to the bell trigger 102 any more, so that after the connecting member 103 is compressed to deform, the connecting member 103 gradually returns to the state of not being initially compressed by the bell trigger 102, namely: the entire sound generating apparatus is restored to the state shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, when the sound generating device is placed on a table or other flat surface, as an example, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, the bell triggering device 102 is placed above the bell body 101, namely: the hollow structure 102-1 is provided at the lower portion of the bell triggering device 102 with the opening of the hollow structure 102-1 downward, such a structure can facilitate the user's touch on the bell triggering device 102. When the bell triggering device 102 receives pressure, the connecting member 103 is compressed and collides with the bell body 101, thereby triggering the bell body 101 to make a sound.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the user may slap any one of the positions of the bell trigger 102 to subject the bell trigger 102 to pressure.
In order to facilitate the placement of the entire sound generating device on a table or other flat surface, the bottom of the bell body 101 may be provided in a flat configuration.
In order to increase the aesthetic appearance of the sound generating device, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the overall shape of the bell trigger device may be set to the shape of a cartoon doll, such as a bear doll in the drawing, but may be set to other doll shapes as well. For added aesthetics, the hollow structural portion may be a "small skirt" element as a cartoon doll in the figures. It will of course be appreciated that the above description is only an example and that other element designs may be used for the shape of the various parts of the sound generating device. For example, a hat may be added to the doll's head.
An embodiment of the present utility model provides a sound generating apparatus including: a bell body, a bell triggering device and a connecting piece; the bell triggering device is provided with a hollow structure, and the shape of the hollow structure is matched with that of the bell body so as to embed at least part of the bell body into the hollow structure; the bell body is connected with the bell triggering device through the connecting piece, and after the bell triggering device receives pressure, the connecting piece is compressed and collides with the bell body to trigger the bell body to make a sound. In the structure of the sound generating device, the shape of the hollow structure on the bell triggering device is matched with the shape of the bell body, so that at least part of the structure of the bell body can be embedded into the hollow structure, the bell body is connected with the bell triggering device through the connecting piece, and when the bell triggering device is touched, the bell triggering device compresses the connecting piece after being touched and is stressed and collides with the bell body, and the bell body is triggered to make sound, thereby meeting the user requirements and improving the user experience.
The structure and the working principle of the sound generating device in the first embodiment are described in detail below. The same parts of the second embodiment as those of the first embodiment or similar parts can be referred to in the description of the first embodiment.
Second embodiment
The second embodiment of the present utility model provides another sound generating apparatus, and the structure and operation of the sound generating apparatus of the second embodiment are described in detail below with reference to fig. 5 to 8.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, fig. 5 and fig. 6 are a first perspective view and a second perspective view of a sound generating device according to a second embodiment of the present utility model, and fig. 6 is a partially cut-away perspective view of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a second embodiment of the present utility model provides a sound generating apparatus including: bell body 101, bell trigger 102, connector 103, and bell box 104.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, the bell triggering device 102 also has a hollow structure 102-1, and the shape of the hollow structure 102-1 is also matched with the shape of the bell body 101 to embed at least a part of the structure of the bell body 101 in the hollow structure 102-1. For example, the hollow structure 102-1 may be provided as a semicircular hollow structure as illustrated in fig. 5 and 6; correspondingly, the bell body 101 may be provided in a semicircular shape as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the suspension and arrangement of the hollow structure 102-1 portion above the bell body 101, the connector 103 is used as a support, namely: the bell body 101 is connected to the bell triggering device 102 via a connector 103.
In this embodiment, unlike the first sound generating device, in this second sound generating device, the bell body 101 and the bell triggering device 102 are disposed within the bell housing 104. The bell body 101 and the bell trigger 102 are disposed in the bell box 104 so that the bell box 104 and thus the bell trigger 102 are pressed by touching (or beating) the bell box, thereby making the bell body 101 sound. Meanwhile, in the process, the part of the bell triggering device 102 extending out of the bell box 104 can generate a series of changes, so that the experience of touching the sound generating device is improved.
In this embodiment, the bell box 104 mainly includes two parts: a case 104-1 and a case cover 104-2.
When the bell body 101 and the bell trigger 102 are placed in the bell box 104, in order to facilitate fixing the bell body 101 and the bell trigger 102 in the bell box 104, referring to FIG. 5, the upper portion 102-2 of the bell trigger 102 is connected to the inside of the cover 104-2, and further pressure is applied to the bell trigger 102 by beating the outside of the cover 104-2; meanwhile, the bell body 101 is placed at the bottom of the case 104-1.
In order to facilitate the placement of the bell body 101 at the bottom of the case 104-1, a first structure is provided at the bottom of the bell body 101, a second structure is provided at the bottom of the case 104-1, and the bell body 101 is placed at the bottom of the case 104-1 by the cooperation of the first structure and the second structure. The first structure and the second structure are structures which can be mutually matched and connected. In this embodiment, the structures that can be mutually matched and connected may be, for example, magic tapes, grooves and bosses that can be structurally embedded into each other, and also a buckle structure and a clamping groove structure, or a screw structure and a screw structure.
Of course, it is also possible to directly adhere the bottom of the bell body 101 to the bottom of the case 104-1 (it will be understood, of course, that in the present embodiment, the bell body is disposed inside the case), and thus it is not necessary to provide the first structure on the bottom of the bell body 101 and the second structure on the bottom of the case 104-1.
Similarly, to facilitate the connection of the upper portion 102-2 of the bell jar trigger 102 to the inside of the case lid 104-2, a third structure is provided on the upper portion 102-2 of the bell jar trigger 102, a fourth structure is provided on the inside of the case lid 104-2, and the upper portion 102-2 of the bell jar trigger 102 is provided on the inside of the case lid 104-2 by the engagement of the third structure and the fourth structure. Similarly, the third structure and the fourth structure are also structures capable of being mutually matched and connected, and the structures capable of being mutually matched and connected can be, for example, magic tapes, grooves and bosses capable of being mutually embedded structurally, a fastening structure and a clamping groove structure, or a screw structure and a screw structure.
Of course, it is also possible to directly adhere the upper portion 102-2 of the bell triggering device 102 to the inside of the cover 104-2, and thus it is not necessary to provide a third structure on the upper portion 102-2 of the bell triggering device 102, and it is not necessary to provide a fourth structure on the inside of the cover 104-2.
In this embodiment, the bell box 104 can be opened and closed to various degrees to ensure that the bell trigger 102 can move up and down after receiving pressure. In order to ensure that the bell box 104 can be opened and closed to a desired extent, referring to FIG. 5, one side of the box 104-1 is coupled to one side of the cover 104-2 through a rotation shaft 104-3.
When the user beats the outside of the cover 104-2, the cover 104-2 receives downward pressure, the cover 104-2 rotates about the rotation shaft 104-3, the opening degree of the bell box 104 decreases, and the cover 104-2 in turn compresses the bell trigger 102 such that the portion of the bell trigger 102 protruding out of the box 104-1 decreases.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the state of the whole sound generating device when the user does not flap the outer side of the case cover, and for convenience of understanding the working principle of the sound generating device of the embodiment and the state change of each component in the sound generating device after flapping, please refer to fig. 7 and 8.
Fig. 7 and 8 are a third perspective view and a fourth perspective view of the sound generating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present utility model, in which, in fact, fig. 7 is a schematic view showing a state in which the bell triggering device compresses the connecting member after being pressed (i.e. after the outside of the lid is flapped) in the bell triggering device in the sound generating apparatus according to the second embodiment, at this time, the opening and closing degree of the bell box 104 is reduced compared with that before the flapping, and fig. 8 is a partially cut-away perspective view of fig. 7.
When the cover 104-2 is swung outside, the cover 104-2 compresses the bell trigger 102, and the connecting member 103 is also compressed by the downward pressure of the bell trigger 102, so that the bell trigger 102 collides with the bell body 101, and the bell body 101 is caused to make a sound.
In this embodiment, when the connecting member 103 is compressed to deform, the bell trigger 102 receives an upward reaction force from the connecting member 103, so that the portion of the bell trigger 102 extending out of the case 104-1 increases until reset; the reset may be such that the portion of the bell trigger 102 extending out of the housing 104-1 is restored to the state shown in FIG. 5.
At the same time, the cover 104-2 rotates around the rotation shaft 104-3 until reset, and the opening and closing degree of the bell box 104 increases until reset.
In summary, in the present embodiment, before the bell triggering device 102 in the sound generating device is not pressed (i.e., the user does not beat the outside of the case lid), the sound generating device is in the state shown in fig. 5, and in this state, the pressure applied to the connecting member 103 is mainly due to the weight of the bell triggering device 102 and the case lid 104-2. When the bell trigger 102 is pressed (i.e., the user beats the outside of the case cover), the bell trigger 102 compresses the connecting member 103, and the connecting member 103 is compressed and deformed, so that the bell trigger 102 is lowered and collides with the bell body 101. When the connecting member 103 is compressed to the maximum deformation, the state in which the sound generating device is in is the state in which fig. 7 is in. At this time, the portion of bell triggering device 102 that protrudes out of casing 104-1 is minimal.
Similarly, when the user beats the outer side of the cover 104-2, the beating time is shorter, and the whole process of compressing the connecting member 103 to deform is likely that the user does not beat the outer side of the cover 104-2 any more, so that after the connecting member 103 is compressed to deform, the connecting member 103 gradually returns to the state of not being compressed by the bell triggering device 102, namely: the entire sound generating apparatus is restored to the state shown in fig. 5.
Similarly, when the sound generating device is placed on a table or other flat surface, as an example, please refer to fig. 5 to 8, the bell triggering device 102 is placed above the bell body 101, namely: the hollow structure 102-1 is provided at the lower portion of the bell triggering device 102 and the opening of the hollow structure 102-1 is downward, such a structure can facilitate the user to flap the outside of the cover 104-2 to trigger the bell triggering device 102, and after the bell triggering device 102 is pressurized, compress the connecting member 103 and collide with the bell body 101 to cause the bell body 101 to make a sound.
In the present embodiment, in order to keep the bell box 104 in the open state all the time, the height of the combination of the bell body 101 and the bell trigger 102 is set to be larger than the height inside the bell box (i.e., the box). The state of the combination includes both a state before the bell trigger 102 is not subjected to an external pressure (e.g., the state of FIG. 5) and a state after the bell trigger 102 is subjected to an external pressure (e.g., the state of FIGS. 5 to 7).
