The following is a detailed description of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, the present utility model provides a utility knife, which has the functions of a safety knife added on the basis of the original utility knife functions, and selects the utility knife functions or the safety knife functions according to different requirements, thereby improving the application range of the utility knife. Specifically, the utility knife mainly comprises three parts, namely a blade 100, a knife handle 200 and a blade driving assembly 300, wherein the blade 100 is fixedly connected with one side of the blade driving assembly 300, and the blade driving assembly 300 is arranged in the knife handle 200, so that the blade driving assembly 300 can drive the blade 100 to slide and be accommodated in the space of the knife handle 200. The space in the knife handle 200 is surrounded by the tail end of the knife handle 200 and the gradually narrowed knife handle 200 outlet edge, a plurality of bayonets are distributed in the space in the knife handle 200 in an arrayed manner, and the bayonets form a preset gear position for the blade driving assembly 300 to slide.
Referring to fig. 3 to 9, the blade driving assembly 300 includes an adjusting portion 2, a blade mounting portion 1, and an elastic member 3. The adjusting part 2 is slidably and fixedly installed on the tool shank 200 at a preset gear position, and includes an adjusting part body 21, and a first push block 24 and a second push block 22 provided on the adjusting part body 21. The first push block 24 can drive the main body 21 of the adjusting portion to slide, so that the first push block 24 drives the blade 100 to synchronously extend out of the cutter handle 200 along with the adjusting portion 2 and is fixed at different preset gear positions of the cutter handle 200, thereby realizing the function of the art designing cutter. One end of the second push block 22 is fixedly connected with the blade mounting part 1, the other end is in sliding connection with the adjusting part main body 21, when the second push block 22 slides relative to the adjusting part main body 21, the blade 100 can be driven to independently extend out of the cutter handle 200, and when the second push block 22 is loosened, the blade 100 can automatically rebound and retract into the cutter handle 200, so that the function of a safety cutter is realized.
One end of the blade mounting part 1 is fixedly connected with the blade 100, and the other end is slidably connected with the adjusting part 2. When the utility knife function is used, the blade mounting part 1 slides synchronously with the adjusting part 2; when the safety knife function is used, the blade mounting portion 1 slides alone compared to the adjusting portion 2. The elastic piece 3 is positioned between the adjusting part 2 and the blade mounting part 1, and the elastic piece 3 automatically keeps the blade mounting part 1 close to the adjusting part 2; when the safety knife function is used, the second push block 22 is pushed, the knife blade 100 extends out of the knife handle 200 against the elastic force of the elastic piece 3, the second push block 22 is loosened, and the knife blade mounting part 1 drives the knife blade 100 to rebound into the knife handle 200 under the rebound action of the elastic piece 3, so that the exposed knife blade 100 is prevented from injuring a user. In this embodiment, the elastic member 3 is a tension spring.
It will be appreciated that the blade drive assembly 300 accomplishes two functions of the utility knife of the present utility model (i.e., utility knife function and safety knife function). One is to push the first push block 24, the blade 100, the blade mounting portion 1 and the adjusting portion 2 can be regarded as an integral sliding, wherein the adjusting portion 2 can stably control the blade 100 to be synchronously switched in different preset gear positions in the knife handle 200 along with the blade 100, so as to adjust the length of the blade 100 extending out of the knife handle 200 to adapt to different working conditions, which is equivalent to a normal art designing knife. The other is to push the second push block 22, the blade 100 and the blade mounting portion 1 can be regarded as a whole sliding, and the blade mounting portion 1 can enable the blade 100 to further extend towards the outlet edge based on the preset gear position of the safety knife when the adjusting portion 2 is locked at the preset gear position of the safety knife in the knife handle 200, which is equivalent to having the function of the safety knife. It should be noted that, the preset gear of the safety knife is: when the second pusher block 22 is not pushed, the blade 100 is fully retracted within the handle 200, and when the second pusher block 22 is pushed, the blade 100 may extend out of the handle 200.
Further, when using the utility knife, when cutting a target with a large resistance, such as a thick cardboard box, leather, etc., the resistance force applied to the blade 100 may exceed the tension force of the elastic member 3, so that the blade 100 further protrudes out of the handle 200, thereby affecting the use of the normal utility knife. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the utility knife provided in the embodiment of the present utility model has the locking structure 23 provided on the adjusting portion 2, thereby realizing the function of completely closing the safety knife when the utility knife is used, enhancing the stability of the utility knife when in use, and improving the use experience of the user.

The first push block 24 is slidably disposed on the adjusting portion main body 21, and a gap is provided between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22, so that when the first push block 24 slides towards the outlet edge, the positioning pin 26 is compressed into the adjusting portion main body 21 to enable the adjusting portion 2 to slide towards the outlet edge in the tool shank 200. In the present embodiment, when the push button 231 is located in the main slot 2321, the main slot 2321 is a gap between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22, and the first push block 24 can slide along the main slot 2321; when the push button 231 is located in the locking slot 2322, the length of the locking slot 2322 along the extension direction of the blade is set to be greater than the length of the push button 231 along the extension direction of the blade, and the gap between the locking slot 2322 and the push button 231 is the gap between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22. By the arrangement, the gap between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22 cannot be seen from the outer surface of the art knife, so that the appearance is smoother and more attractive, and dust is not easy to accumulate.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the adjusting portion 2 further includes a first push block spring 25, the first push block spring 25 being disposed between the adjusting portion main body 21 and the first push block 24. Specifically, the adjusting portion main body 21 is provided with a transverse spring groove, the first push block spring 25 is mounted in the transverse spring groove, and the limiting structure 242 includes two protruding columns, which are respectively located at two ends of the first push block spring 25 when the first push block 24 is movably fastened to the adjusting portion main body 21. When the first push block 24 is pushed forward, the protruding columns at the rear side press the first push block springs 25 to compress until the first push block is incompressible, and the first push block 24 is loosened to realize backward rebound of the first push block 24; when the first push block 24 is pushed backwards, the protruding columns on the front side press the first push block springs 25 to compress, and the first push block 24 is loosened, so that the first push block 24 rebounds forwards; in this way, the first push block 24 performs a lateral rebound reset slide.
Further, the lower end of the positioning pin 26 is assembled on the adjusting part main body 21 through a positioning pin spring 27, a groove is formed in the first push block 24, the groove is provided with two chamfer surfaces 241 matched with one side of the positioning pin 26, and one end of the positioning pin 26 away from the adjusting part main body 21 is also clamped with the groove; the first pushing block 24 can slide relative to the adjusting part main body 21, so that the two chamfer surfaces 241 push the positioning pin 26, and the positioning pin spring 27 contracts to drive the positioning pin 26 to move up and down. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the chamfer 241 of the first push block 24 is a curved surface having one high point and two low points, and the first push block 24 slides to switchably position the positioning pin 26 at the high point and the left and right low points; when the positioning pin 26 is positioned at the high point, the part of the positioning pin 26 facing the main body 21 of the adjusting part stretches into the bayonet of the tool holder 200 to be matched, so that the adjusting part 2 is locked at a preset gear position in the corresponding tool holder 200; when the positioning pin 26 is positioned at the left and right low points, the positioning pin 26 is displaced downward, and the part of the positioning pin 26 facing the adjusting part main body 21 is retracted into the adjusting part main body 21 from the bayonet of the cutter handle 200, and at this time, the first push block 24 is pushed in the extending and contracting direction of the blade 100 to slide the position of the adjusting part 2 in the cutter handle 200. It will be appreciated that because the first pusher spring 25 is manually slid forward or back and forth and then retains the force of restoring the deformation, there is always a force to return the first pusher 24 to the high position, and thus the first pusher 24 is released when the user slides the adjustment portion 2 to the preset gear position in the tool holder 200, the chamfer 241 of the first pusher 24 slides to cause the detent pin 26 to fall into the high position, thereby achieving locking of the preset gear position of the adjustment portion 2 in the tool holder 200.
Further, the adjusting portion main body 21 is provided with a vertical spring groove in which the positioning pin spring 27 and the positioning pin 26 are fitted. Wherein the upper end of the vertical spring groove is opened, and the positioning pin 26 can extend out of the adjusting part main body 21 from the upper end opening of the vertical spring groove under the action of the positioning pin spring 27 and is clamped with the bayonet of the knife handle 200. Specifically, the portion of the positioning pin 26 facing the adjusting portion main body 21 is embedded in the vertical spring groove and can extend into the bayonet of the tool holder 200 to be engaged; the other part of the locating pin 26 facing the first push block 24 exceeds the surface of the vertical spring slot and may be in contact with the chamfer 241 of the first push block 24.
As shown in fig. 9, a guiding mechanism is arranged between the adjusting portion 2 and the side of the blade mounting portion 1 facing away from the sliding groove 232, the guiding mechanism is composed of a protrusion 28 and a sliding rail 29, one of the protrusion 28 and the sliding rail 29 is arranged on the adjusting portion 2, the other one of the protrusion 28 and the sliding rail 29 is arranged on the blade mounting portion 1, and the protrusion 28 and the sliding rail 29 are used for being matched with each other to guide the sliding direction between the blade mounting portion 1 and the adjusting portion 2, so that the blade mounting portion 1 slides along the adjusting portion 2.
As another modification of the embodiment of the present utility model, a gap is provided between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22 for restricting the slidable direction of the adjusting portion 2 to the left and right directions when the blade mounting portion 1 and the blade 100 are locked. Specifically, when the push button 231 is pushed into the locking chute 232 of the chute 232, that is, when the blade mounting portion 1 and the blade 100 are in the full art knife function, the length of the locking chute 232 is controlled such that the push button 231 cannot slide left and right, and at this time, the blade mounting portion 1 and the blade 100 are also fixed and cannot slide left and right. At this time, because a gap is provided between the first push block 24 and the second push block 22, the first push block 24 can be pushed left and right to control the blade 100 to slide synchronously with the adjusting portion 2 and be located at different preset gear positions of the tool shank 200.
As another modification of the embodiment of the present utility model, the first push block 24 is attached to the second push block 22, the length of the locking groove 2322 along the extension direction of the blade 100 is greater than the length of the push button 231 along the extension direction of the blade 100, preferably, the length of the locking groove 2322 is 3 mm longer than the length of the push button 231, so that a gap exists between the locking groove 2322 and the push button 231. For restricting the slidable direction of the adjusting portion 2 to two directions, i.e., left and right, when the blade mounting portion 1 and the blade 100 are locked. Specifically, when the push button 231 is pushed into the locking slot 2322 of the slot 232, that is, when the blade mounting portion 1 and the blade 100 are in the full art knife function, the length of the locking slot 2322 is controlled, the push button 231 can still slide back and forth by a distance of 3 mm, and the distance of the back and forth sliding is determined by the length of the locking slot 2322 minus the length of the push button 231. When the push button 231 is at the locking position, the first push block 24 can be pushed left and right to control the blade 100 to slide synchronously with the adjusting portion 2 and be located at different preset gear positions of the tool holder 200.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present utility model, and the present utility model is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily contemplated by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present utility model should be included in the present utility model. Accordingly, the scope of the utility model should be assessed as that of the appended claims.
