Referring to fig. 3, the left side of fig. 3 is a 6 o 'clock section and the right side is a 3 o' clock section, and the case band fixing structure of the utility model includes a case band 3, a bezel 2 for a glass bezel 5 to be fitted, a locking piece 4 for locking the case band 3 and the bezel 2, and an insert 1 for decorating the case band 3. The case 3 is a main body structure of the wristwatch, and can be connected with a watchband, the case 3 is approximately annular, the case band 2 is in a ring shape, and the top of the case 3 is overlapped.
The present embodiment proposes to restrict the movement of the insert 1 in the up-down direction (also understood as the axial direction) and the up-down direction (also understood as the radial direction) by using the misalignment of the case 3, the bezel 2, and the insert 1. To this end, on the one hand, referring to fig. 4 to 5, the insert 1 includes an upper limit 101 and a lower limit 102, and referring to fig. 6 to 7, the outer wall of the bezel 2 is concavely formed into a recess 21, and the insert 1 is clamped in the recess 21 and is clamped up and down with the bezel 2 by the upper limit 101 and the lower limit 102, so that the insert 1 can only be taken out along the radial direction of the bezel 2, that is, the insert 1 can only be clamped into the recess 21 from the radial direction, and the insert 1 cannot be clamped into the recess 21 from the up and down directions. In both aspects, referring to fig. 10 to 11, the top of the case 3, which contacts the bezel 2, is provided with a recess 31, and the bottom of the insert 1 extends from the recess 21 into the recess 31 to prevent the insert 1 from being removed from the recess 21 in the radial direction of the bezel 2.
Details of the components are described below.
Referring to fig. 4-5, the insert 1 includes a body portion 11 and a protrusion 12 connected to a bottom of the body portion 11, the body portion 11 providing the upper limit 101, and the protrusion 12 providing the lower limit 102.
The body 11 is exposed to the outside for decoration, so that the top and the outside thereof are exposed. Therefore, the cross section of the main body 11 is substantially 7-shaped, and the inner side and the bottom portion thereof are recessed to form a second step corresponding to the inner corner of the 7-shape, wherein the second step serves as the upper limit 101, and more specifically, the horizontal plane of the second step serves as the upper limit 101. Correspondingly, referring to fig. 6-7, the concave portion 21 is an open pit, the pit climbs outwards from the top of the bezel 2 beyond the side of the bezel 2, the pit bottom is a first step 211, and the cross section of the concave portion 21 is 7-shaped. The 7-shaped main body 11 is engaged with the 7-shaped recess 21, and the upper limit 101 is abutted up and down against the first step 211.
The top part of the protruding part 12 is connected to the bottom of the main body 11, and the other part of the protruding part protrudes relative to the main body 11 and is flush with the bottom of the main body 11 to serve as the lower limit 102, and the bottom of the bezel 2 is in up-down abutting contact with the lower limit 102. The lower limit 102 preferably protrudes in the circumferential direction of the bezel 2 with respect to the main body 11 in the protruding direction of the main body 11, and is flush with the bottom of the main body 11. However, it should be understood that, in theory, the protruding direction of the lower limit 102 with respect to the main body 11 may be only required to ensure that it can contact with the bottom of the bezel 2, as illustrated in fig. 12 (a) and 12 (b). In addition, there may be one or more, specifically two, in this embodiment, the bottom of the main body 11 is connected to one of the protruding parts 12 near two ends, and in other embodiments, the number of protruding parts 12 may be adjustable, as shown in fig. 12 a.
It should be noted that the number of the inserts 1 may be one or more, which is determined according to the requirement, for example, the number of the inserts 1 in this embodiment is two, and the inserts are respectively set in the directions of 3 o 'clock and 9 o' clock.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, two grooves 31 are formed in the case 3 at positions corresponding to the single insert 1 in the three o' clock direction to accommodate the two protrusions 12, and the size of each groove 31 is adapted to the size of each protrusion 12. In the nine o' clock direction, a groove 31 is formed in the position of the case 3 corresponding to the single insert 1 to accommodate two protruding portions 12 at the same time, and two ends of each groove 31 are respectively matched with two protruding portions 12. In theory, it is also possible to provide each projection 12 with a single groove 31,9 at 9 o ' clock for ease of machining, as in the case of the 3 o ' clock, and with a single groove 31 at 3 o ' clock for avoiding the handle.
Referring to fig. 6-7 and 10-11, the bottom of the bezel 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting blind holes 22, the top of the case 3 is provided with a plurality of corresponding mounting through holes 32, and a plurality of locking members 4 penetrate into a plurality of the mounting blind holes 22 after passing through a plurality of the mounting through holes 32 so as to lock the case 3 and the bezel 2. In this embodiment, the locking members 4 are screws, the number of the locking members is four, the mounting through holes 32 are screw holes, and the mounting blind holes 22 are screw holes. Four screws are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the whole watch at intervals, the adjacent two screws are different by 90 degrees, and the four screws are respectively distributed between 1-3 o 'clock, 3-6 o' clock, 6-9 o 'clock and 9-12 o' clock.
The assembly sequence of this embodiment is: firstly, assembling the insert 1 and the bezel 2 together, specifically, aligning the second step of the insert 1 with the first step 211 of the bezel 2, clamping the insert 1 into the concave position 21 of the bezel 2 from the radial direction, wherein the top plane of the convex part 12 of the insert 1, namely, the lower limit 102 is flush with the bottom of the bezel 2, so as to obtain an assembled structure as shown in fig. 8-9; then, the whole of the insert 1 and the bezel 2 is covered on top of the case 3, and the projecting portion 12 of the insert 1 is made to fall exactly into the corresponding recess 31 on the case 3; finally, the screw 4 is locked into the screw hole 22 of the bezel 2 through the screw hole 32 of the case 3, thereby completing the whole fixation. After the structural insert is assembled, on one hand, due to the cooperation of the first step 211 and the second step serving as the upper limit 101, the lower limit 102 of the top surface of the protruding part 12 of the insert 1 is attached to the bottom of the bezel 2, so that the insert cannot fall off up and down, and on the other hand, due to the fact that the protruding part 12 of the insert 1 falls into the groove 31 of the watch case 3 completely, the insert cannot fall off from the inner side and the outer side. The structure has the following two main advantages: firstly, because the structure is mainly used for fixing the insert 1 through dislocation matching on the structures of the three parts of the insert 1, the bezel 2 and the watch case 3, after the insert 1 is assembled, the positions of the insert are limited in the upper and lower directions and the inner and outer directions, so that the problem that the insert falls down due to glue ageing and screw loosening in the conventional structure is completely avoided; secondly, the structure is seen as thinner in design than the conventional structure.
In the above, in the present embodiment, the main body 11 provides the upper limit 101, the protruding portion 12 is responsible for providing the lower limit 102 and the radial limit, but in other embodiments, the main body 11 is also slightly deformed, for example, the protruding portion 12 is only responsible for the upper limit and the lower limit, as shown in fig. 13, and then the bottom of the corresponding bezel 2 is also provided with a step to match the lower limit 102.
In summary, the insert fixing structure and the wristwatch of the utility model have the following beneficial effects: according to the utility model, the insert is fixed through dislocation matching on the structures of the three parts of the watch case, the watch ring and the insert, particularly, the insert is clamped in the concave position of the watch ring and is clamped with the watch ring up and down through the upper limit and the lower limit, the bottom of the insert extends into a groove of the watch case from the concave position to prevent the insert from falling out of the concave position along the radial direction of the watch ring, namely, the insert realizes full-scale limit through the upper limit, the lower limit and the inner and outer radial limit, so that the problem that the insert falls down due to glue ageing and screw loosening in the conventional structure is completely avoided; and the dislocation matching mode enables the whole structure to be thinner than the conventional structure in appearance design.
