In the description of the present utility model, it should be noted that, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, the terms "disposed," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model provides a replaceable blade carrier razor 1, and the replaceable blade carrier razor 1 is mainly applied to the living field, i.e. the replaceable blade carrier razor 1 is used as an article of daily use. Specifically, when the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 is used, the user can remove his or her beard through the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 to achieve a good effect of modesty, thereby realizing the use of the replaceable cartridge shaver by the user. It should be understood that, in addition to the use of the cartridge shaver 1 described above, in other use scenarios, the user may also remove hair from other parts of the human body, such as hair on the feet of the human body, hair on the hands of the human body, etc., by using the cartridge shaver 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1 includes a handle 10, a working blade carrier 20 and a spare blade carrier 30, the working blade carrier 20 being magnetically fixed to the outside of the handle 10, the spare blade carrier 30 being housed in the handle 10. Specifically, when the replaceable blade carrier razor 1 is used, the user can drive the working blade carrier 20 to approach the cutter handle 10, and when the working blade carrier 20 approaches the cutter handle 10, the working blade carrier 20 can be magnetically fixed outside the cutter handle 10 through the magnetic attraction between the working blade carrier 20 and the cutter handle 10, and at the moment, the user can hold the cutter handle 10 to drive the working blade carrier 20 to reject the beard of the user, so that the good effect of modesty face is achieved.
Meanwhile, after the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1 is used for a long time, the working blade carrier 20 is worn, so that when a user uses the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1, the working blade carrier 20 cannot well remove the beard, namely the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1 is not removed cleanly, and the user is annoyed. To solve this problem of unclean culling, the user may replace the working cartridge 20 with the spare cartridge 30.
Specifically, the user may apply an external force to the working tool rest 20, under the action of the external force, the working tool rest 20 may overcome the magnetic attraction between the working tool rest 20 and the tool shank 10 to separate from the tool shank 10, and after the working tool rest 20 is separated from the tool shank 10, the user may take out the spare tool rest 30 stored in the tool shank 10 and fix the magnetic attraction outside the tool shank 10, so as to realize the replacement between the working tool rest 20 and the spare tool rest 30. After the worn working tool rest 20 is replaced, the spare tool rest 30 can well remove the beards, so that the problem of incomplete removal caused by the worn working tool rest 20 is solved. While the user may receive the tool holder 20 within the tool shank 30 after the worn tool holder 20 is replaced.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the working cartridge 20 and the spare cartridge 30 have the same structure, and thus, when the working cartridge 20 is damaged, the user can replace the working cartridge 20 with the spare cartridge 30, so that the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 can be used continuously. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the working tool holder 20 and the spare tool holder 30 may be configured differently, and the spare tool holder 30 may be magnetically secured to the exterior of the tool shank 10 for use.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the whole outer surface of the cutter handle 10 is a cambered surface, so that when a user holds the cutter handle 10 to drive the cutter holder 20 to remove hair, the hand of the user can be well attached to the outer surface of the cutter handle 10, i.e. the holding feeling of the hand of the user on the cutter handle 10 is increased. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the outer surface of the tool shank 10 may be planar, i.e., the tool shank 10 may have a rectangular parallelepiped, square, etc., and the present utility model is not limited to the specific installation of the outer surface of the tool shank 10.
The tool shank 10 is provided with a mounting groove 110, specifically, when the tool holder 20 is magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool shank 10, one end of the tool holder 20 may be received in the mounting groove 110, so as to realize connection and fixation of the tool holder 20 and the tool shank 10.
The handle 10 is further provided with a mounting cavity 120, and in particular, when the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1 is used, the spare blade carrier 30 may be accommodated in the mounting cavity 120, i.e. the spare blade carrier 30 described above is accommodated in the handle 10, so that the handle 10 accommodates the spare blade carrier 30. Also, after the working tool holder 20 is replaced, the working tool holder 20 may be received in the mounting cavity 120.
The working cartridge 20 has a blade 210, and specifically, when the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 is used, a user can hold the cutter handle 10 to drive the working cartridge 20 to be close to hairs on the surface of a human body, such as beard on the surface of the human body, and at this time, the working cartridge 20 can remove the beard on the surface of the human body through the blade 210, so as to achieve a good face appearance.
In this embodiment, the number of the blades 210 is plural, and when the number of the blades 210 is plural, the working cartridge 20 can better remove hair, thereby facilitating the use of the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 by a user. It should also be appreciated that in other embodiments, the number of blades 210 may be one, and the present utility model is not limited in any way to the specific number of blades 210.
It should be appreciated that since in this embodiment the working and spare blade holders 20, 30 are of the same construction, and the spare blade holder 30 also has the blade 210 described above, it is achieved that the spare blade holder 30 is capable of removing human hair when the spare blade holder 30 is mounted on the exterior of the tool holder 10.
The tool post 20 includes a tool bit 220 and a mounting body 230, the tool bit 220 being coupled to the mounting body 230. Wherein the blade 210 is disposed on the cutter head 220. Specifically, when the replaceable cartridge shaver 1 is used, the user can magnetically fix the mounting body 230 to the outside of the cutter handle 10, and when the mounting body 230 is magnetically fixed to the cutter handle 10, the mounting body 230 is received in the mounting groove 110 described above, thereby realizing the connection fixation of the working cartridge 20 and the cutter handle 10. Meanwhile, after the mounting body 230 is connected and fixed with the cutter handle 10, a user can hold the cutter handle 10 to drive the cutter head 220 to remove the beard of a human body, so that the shaver 1 with the replaceable cutter holder is used.
In this embodiment, the cutter head 220 is rotationally connected with the mounting body 230, so that when the user holds the cutter handle 10 to drive the cutter head 220 to remove the beard of the human body, the cutter head 220 can rotate relative to the mounting body 230 to perform angle adjustment, and meanwhile, when the cutter head 220 removes the beard of the human body, the cutter head 220 can adjust the angle to match with the face of the human body, so that the user can use the replaceable cutter holder shaver 1 to remove the beard more conveniently.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the tool bit 220 and the mounting body 230 may not be rotationally connected, i.e., the tool bit 220 and the mounting body 230 may be fixedly connected, and the specific connection manner of the tool bit 220 and the mounting body 230 is not limited in any way.
It should be appreciated that since the working and spare tool holders 20, 30 are identical in construction in the embodiment, the spare tool holder 30 also includes the tool bit 220 and the mounting body 230 as previously described.
The utility model provides a razor with a changeable blade holder 1, because a working blade holder 20 is arranged outside a blade holder 10 in a magnetic attraction manner, when the razor with the changeable blade holder 1 is used, a user only needs to drive the working blade holder 20 to be close to the blade holder 10, and when the working blade holder 20 is close to the blade holder 10, the working blade holder 20 can be magnetically attracted and fixed outside the blade holder 10 through the magnetic attraction between the working blade holder 20 and the blade holder 10, and at the moment, the user can install the working blade holder 20 on the blade holder 10 without overcoming the resistance between the working blade holder 20 and the blade holder 10, thereby being convenient for the user to use the razor with the changeable blade holder 1. The problem that in a traditional shaver, when the cutter rest is clamped and fixed with the cutter handle, the cutter rest can be clamped with the cutter handle only by overcoming the resistance between the cutter rest and the cutter handle, and then the use trouble of a user is caused is solved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the work tool holder 20 is provided with a first magnetic member 240 and the tool shank 10 is provided with a second magnetic member 130, the second magnetic member 130 being located between the mounting groove 110 and the mounting cavity 120. When the working tool rest 20 is provided with the mounting body 230, the first magnetic member 240 is provided to the mounting body 230.
Specifically, when the replaceable blade carrier razor 1 is used, the user can drive the working blade carrier 20 to be mounted outside the handle 10, and at this time, the first magnetic member 240 and the second magnetic member 130 can attract each other, so that the working blade carrier 20 is magnetically attracted and fixed outside the handle 10, thereby realizing the magnetic attraction and fixation of the working blade carrier 20 and the handle 10. Meanwhile, when the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 240 and the second magnetic member 130 is large enough, the working tool rest 20 is automatically magnetically attracted and fixed to the outside of the tool shank 10 when approaching the tool shank 10.
More specifically, when a user desires to replace the working tool holder 20, the working tool holder 20 may be disengaged from the tool holder 10 against the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 240 and the second magnetic member 130, and after the working tool holder 20 is disengaged from the tool holder 10, the working tool holder 20 may be received in the mounting cavity 120. Meanwhile, after the working tool rest 20 is separated from the tool handle 10, a user can take out the spare tool rest 30 from the mounting groove 110 and magnetically fix the spare tool rest to the outside of the tool handle 10, thereby realizing the replacement of the working tool rest 20.
It is understood that in other embodiments, one of the first and second magnetic members 240, 130 may be omitted, i.e., the first magnetic member 240 may be omitted when the tool holder 20 is of a metallic material, where the tool holder 20 is magnetically secured to the tool shank 10 by the second magnetic member 130, or the second magnetic member 130 may be omitted when the tool shank 10 is of a metallic material, where the tool holder 20 is magnetically secured to the tool shank 10 by the first magnetic member 240.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, one of the first magnetic member 240 and the second magnetic member 130 may be configured as a magnetically attractable metal, i.e., when the working tool holder 20 is a plastic material, the first magnetic member 240 is configured as a magnetically attractable metal, where the first magnetic member 240 is magnetically attractable by the second magnetic member 130 to magnetically secure the working tool holder 20 to the exterior of the tool shank 10. Or when the tool shank 10 is made of plastic material, the second magnetic member 130 is configured as a magnetically attractable metal member, and at this time, the second magnetic member 130 can be magnetically attracted by the first magnetic member 240, so that the tool holder 20 is magnetically attracted and fixed to the outside of the tool shank 10.
In one embodiment, the spare tool holder 30 is provided with a third magnetic member 310. When the spare blade holder 30 is provided with the mounting body 230, the third magnetic member 310 is provided on the mounting body 230 of the spare blade holder 30.
Specifically, when the spare tool rest 30 is required to replace the working tool rest 20, that is, after the spare tool rest 30 is separated from the mounting cavity 120, the spare tool rest 30 is magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool holder 10 by the magnetic force between the third magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 130, so that the magnetic attraction fixation of the spare tool rest 30 and the tool holder 10 is realized. When the spare blade holder 30 is magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool holder 10, the mounting body 230 of the spare blade holder 30 is received in the mounting groove 110 as described above. Meanwhile, when the magnetic attraction between the third magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 130 is sufficiently large, the spare tool holder 30 is automatically magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool holder 10 when approaching the tool holder 10.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the third magnetic member 310 may be omitted, and the spare tool holder 30 may be made of a metal material, and the spare tool holder 30 may be magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool holder 10 by the second magnetic member 130.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the third magnetic member 310 may be configured as a magnetically attractable metal member, i.e., when the spare tool holder 30 is made of plastic material, the third magnetic member 310 is configured as a magnetically attractable metal member and is magnetically attractable by the second magnetic member 130 so that the spare tool holder 30 is magnetically secured to the exterior of the tool holder 10.
In one embodiment, the tool shank 10 is provided with a fourth magnetic element 140, the fourth magnetic element 140 being located on a side of the tool shank 10 remote from the mounting recess 110. Specifically, when the spare tool holder 30 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 120, the fourth magnetic member 140 and the third magnetic member 310 can attract each other, so that the spare tool holder 30 is magnetically fixed in the mounting cavity 120. Because the cutter handle 10 is provided with the fourth magnetic member 140, when the spare cutter rest 30 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 120, the spare cutter rest 30 cannot shake, i.e. the spare cutter rest 30 is stabilized.
More specifically, the spare tool holder 30 may also overcome the magnetic attraction between the fourth magnetic member 140 and the third magnetic member 310 to be separated from the mounting cavity 120, and after the spare tool holder 30 is separated from the mounting cavity 120, the spare tool holder 30 is magnetically fixed to the outside of the tool holder 10 by the magnetic attraction between the third magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 130.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the fourth magnetic member 140 may be omitted, i.e. when the tool shank 10 is made of metal, the spare tool holder 30 may be magnetically fixed in the mounting cavity 120 through the third magnetic member 310, or when the spare tool holder 30 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 120, the spare tool holder 30 may be magnetically fixed through the third magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 130, and then the fourth magnetic member 140 may be omitted.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the fourth magnetic member 140 may be configured as a magnetically attractable metal member, i.e., when the tool shank 10 is of plastic material, the fourth magnetic member 140 is configured as a magnetically attractable metal member and is magnetically attractable by the third magnetic member 310 to magnetically secure the spare tool holder 30 within the mounting cavity 120.
In an embodiment, the replaceable blade razor 1 further includes a mounting cover 40, specifically, when the replaceable blade razor 1 is used, a user can apply an external force to the mounting cover 40, and the mounting cover 40 covers the spare blade razor 30 in the mounting cavity 120 under the action of the external force, so that when the replaceable blade razor 1 is used, the mounting cover 40 can prevent dust from entering the mounting cavity 120 and polluting the spare blade razor 30, thereby protecting the spare blade razor 30. Meanwhile, the mounting cover 40 can prevent the spare blade carrier 30 from being separated from the cutter handle 10 from the mounting cavity 120 when the replaceable blade carrier shaver 1 is in severe shaking or collision, and further damage to the spare blade carrier 30 is caused.
More specifically, the mounting cover 40 may also be detached from the tool shank 10 by external force, and after the mounting cover 40 is detached from the tool shank 10, the user may remove the spare tool holder 30, i.e., the spare tool holder 30 is detached from the mounting cavity 120, thereby accomplishing the detachment of the mounting cover 40.
Wherein, when the installation lid 40 covers the spare tool rest 30 in the installation cavity 120, the outer surface of the installation lid 40 and the outer surface of the tool shank 10 are both cambered surfaces and smoothly transition, and then when the hand of the user is held by the tool shank 10, the hand of the user is well attached to the outer surface of the installation lid 40 and the outer surface of the tool shank 10, so that the practical use physical examination of the user is improved.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the outer surface of the mounting cover 40 may be planar, and the outer surface of the tool shank 10 is planar, that is, the outer shape of the tool shank 10 is rectangular parallelepiped, square, etc. as described above, and the specific implementation of the outer surface of the mounting cover 40 is not limited in any way.
In an embodiment, the mounting cover 40 is provided with a fifth magnetic member 41, in particular, in using the exchangeable cartridge shaver 1, the mounting cover 40 can be magnetically fixed to the cutter handle 10 by the fifth magnetic member 41, so as to realize that the mounting cover 40 covers the spare cartridge 30 in the mounting cavity 120. Meanwhile, when the mounting cover 40 can be magnetically fixed on the tool handle 10 through the fifth magnetic member 41, the fifth magnetic member 41 is magnetically fixed with the second magnetic member 130 arranged on the tool handle 10, so that the magnetic attraction fixation of the mounting cover 40 and the tool handle 10 is realized.
More specifically, when the user needs to fix the spare tool holder 30 to the tool holder 10 by magnetic attraction, the user applies an external force to the mounting cover 40, the mounting cover 40 overcomes the magnetic attraction between the mounting cover 40 and the tool holder 10 to separate from the tool holder 10 under the action of the external force, that is, the mounting cover 40 overcomes the magnetic attraction between the fifth magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 130 to separate from the tool holder 10, and after the mounting cover 40 separates from the tool holder 10, the user separates the spare tool holder 30 from the mounting cavity 120 and fixes the spare tool holder 30 to the outside of the tool holder 10 by magnetic attraction, thereby realizing the magnetic attraction fixation of the spare tool holder 30 and the tool holder 10.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the fifth magnetic member 41 may be configured as a magnetically attractable metal member, i.e., when the mounting cover 40 is made of plastic material, the fifth magnetic member 41 is configured as a magnetically attractable metal member and is magnetically attractable to the second magnetic member 130, such that the mounting cover 40 is magnetically secured to the tool shank 10.
It should be understood that in the present embodiment, the number of the fifth magnetic members 41 is two and are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the mounting cover 40, and the number of the second magnetic members 130 is also two, and the fourth magnetic member 140 is located between the two second magnetic members 130. When the mounting cover 40 is covered on the tool holder 10, the two fifth magnetic pieces 41 and the two second magnetic pieces 130 are aligned oppositely and attracted to each other, and strong magnetic attraction exists between the fifth magnetic pieces 41 and the second magnetic pieces 130 at this time, so that the mounting cover 40 is firmly magnetically attracted and fixed on the tool holder 10. It will be appreciated that, in other embodiments, when the user still needs to have stronger magnetic attraction between the mounting cover 40 and the tool holder 10, the user may increase the number of the fifth magnetic members 41 to a plurality, and then the number of the second magnetic members 130 is also increased to a plurality, so that the mounting cover 40 is more firmly magnetically fixed to the tool holder 10, and thus the embodiment of the present utility model is not limited to any specific embodiment of the fifth magnetic members 41.
While the utility model has been described with reference to several exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the terminology used is intended to be in the nature of words of description and of limitation. As the present utility model may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described embodiments are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
