Detailed Description
The present utility model will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The embodiments are not intended to limit the utility model, but all mechanical, method, or functional modifications of the utility model based on the embodiments are within the scope of the utility model.
Terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "front," "rear," and the like as used herein to refer to a spatial relative position are used for ease of description to describe one feature's relationship to another feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be appreciated that the term spatially relative position is intended to encompass different orientations than those depicted in the figures, depending on the product placement location, and should not be construed as limiting the claims. In addition, the term "horizontal" as used herein is not entirely equivalent to being oriented perpendicular to gravity, allowing for some degree of tilt.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present utility model provides an ice cream shelf 10 which can be used as a carrier for ice cream in refrigeration equipment such as ice cream display cabinets. The ice cream shelf 10 comprises a shelf body 1 with an inner cavity, a first accommodating cavity 11 and a second accommodating cavity 12 are formed in the inner cavity of the shelf body 1 in a separation mode, a support frame 2 is arranged at an upward opening of the second accommodating cavity 12, and an inserting port 21 for inserting ice cream into the second accommodating cavity 12 is formed in the support frame 2.
In use of the ice cream shelf 10, ice cream can be stacked in the first receiving chamber 11 so that the ice cream shelf 10 can store a certain amount of ice cream on the one hand, and can be placed vertically after being inserted into the second receiving chamber from the insertion opening 21 so as to be displayed. As a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the capacity of the first receiving chamber 11 is greater than the capacity of the second receiving chamber 12, ensuring that the ice cream shelf 10 is capable of storing a sufficient amount of ice cream.
Further, in this embodiment, at least two second accommodating chambers 12 are provided, the supporting frame 2 includes different first supporting frames 22 and second supporting frames 23, and at least one of the first supporting frames 22 and the second supporting frames 23 is provided at the opening of the second accommodating chamber 12. The shapes of the first support frame 22 and the second support frame 23 are matched with ice cream in different forms, and the first support frame 22 and the second support frame 23 can be respectively arranged at the opening of the second containing cavity 12, so that the ice cream shelf 10 can display ice cream in different forms. Or only one of the first support 22 and the second support 23 is provided at the opening of the second receiving chamber 12, the ice cream shelf 10 only displays one form of ice cream.
As shown in fig. 4, the insertion opening 21 of the first support 22 is circular and can be used for inserting ice cream in a sweet barrel shape. Specifically, the first support 22 includes a first frame 221, an annular portion 222 located in an area surrounded by the first frame 221, and a first connection portion 223 connecting the annular portion 222 and the first frame 221, and the insertion opening 21 of the first support 22 is an opening formed by surrounding the annular portion 222, and the cone-shaped crispy cone at the bottom of the cone can be inserted into the opening. The first frame 221 and the annular portion 222 may be made of thin metal rods, and the first connecting portion 223 may be a metal rod and is welded to the first frame 221 and the annular portion 222 respectively, so that the first support frame 22 with such a structure shields less ice cream, and is convenient for displaying ice cream.
As shown in fig. 5, the insertion opening 21 of the second support 23 is rectangular and can be used for inserting ice cream in the form of ice cream bars. Specifically, the second supporting frame 23 includes a second frame 231, a first partition 232 vertically disposed opposite to the second frame 231, and a second partition 233 vertically disposed opposite to the first partition 232, where the second frame 231, the first partition 232, and the second partition enclose an insertion opening 21 forming the second supporting frame 23, and the first partition 232 extends downward from the second frame 231 into the second accommodating cavity 12, so as to support more ice cream inserted into the insertion opening 21. Similar to the first support frame 22, the second support frame 23 may also be made of metal rods.
As a preferred solution of this embodiment, at least one side wall of the second accommodating cavity 12 is in a grid shape, so as to reduce shielding of the side wall on the ice cream at the second accommodating cavity 12, and facilitate the display of the ice cream.
As a preferred scheme of the present embodiment, the first accommodating chambers 11 and the second accommodating chambers 12 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the second accommodating chambers 12 are arranged on the front side of the first accommodating chambers 11, that is, the front side of the second accommodating chambers 12 is used as a display area of ice cream, and the rear side of the first accommodating chambers 11 is used as a storage area of ice cream, so that the ice cream shelf 10 has a compact structure.
In the present embodiment, two second accommodating chambers 12 are provided, and the openings of the two second accommodating chambers 12 are provided with a first supporting frame 22 and a second supporting frame 23, respectively. In other embodiments, the number of second accommodation chambers 12 may be provided with more than two.
In order to fix the support frame 2 at the opening of the second accommodating cavity 12, a limiting part 24 is arranged at the edge part of the support frame 2, the limiting part 24 is clamped at two opposite side walls of the second accommodating cavity 12, specifically, a plurality of limiting parts 24 are arranged, and the limiting parts 24 are clamped at two opposite side walls of the second accommodating cavity 12, so that the support frame 2 is not easy to move back and forth, a part of the limiting parts 24 can be hooked to the side walls of the grid-shaped second accommodating cavity 12, and the support frame 2 is not easy to move upwards.
The present utility model also provides a refrigerating apparatus comprising a cabinet, a compartment formed in the cabinet, and an ice cream shelf 10 provided in the compartment, the compartment being maintained at a low temperature to prevent ice cream from melting, and a door for opening and closing the compartment.
In summary, according to the ice cream shelf 10 and the refrigeration door body comprising the ice cream shelf 10 provided by the utility model, the first accommodating cavity 11 of the ice cream shelf 10 is used for storing ice cream, the second accommodating cavity 12 is matched with the supporting frame 2, so that the ice cream can be conveniently placed and displayed vertically, and the ice cream storage and display functions are considered.
