In the following description of the present utility model, the drying box 100 is illustrated as an example of a pet drying box.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a drying box 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes a box body 1, a door body 2, and at least one door lock assembly 3.
Specifically, the case 1 is opened at one side, and at least one latch 11 is provided on the case 1. The door 2 is provided at one side of the case 1 to open and close the one side of the case 1. For example, in the example of fig. 1 to 4, the front side of the case 1 is opened, and the door 2 is provided at the front side of the case 1. Thus, the user can place the pet in the case 1 through the one side, which is advantageous for the use of the drying case 100. In addition, the cleaning of the inside of the case 1 is also facilitated. The door lock assembly 3 is arranged on the door body 2, the door lock assembly 3 comprises a lock tongue 33, an elastic piece 34 and a key 35, the lock tongue 33 is movably arranged on the door body 2, the lock tongue 33 is detachably matched with the lock catch 11, the door body 2 is in an open state when the lock tongue 33 is separated from the lock catch 11, the door body 2 is in a locking state when the lock tongue 33 is matched with the lock catch 11, the elastic piece 34 is arranged between the lock tongue 33 and the door body 2, the elastic piece 34 is configured to enable the lock tongue 33 to be always matched with the lock catch 11 so as to enable the door body 2 to be kept in the locking state, the key 35 is pressed, and the lock tongue 33 moves in a direction far away from the lock catch 11 so as to enable the lock tongue 33 to be separated from the lock catch 11.
For example, in the example of fig. 2 to 4, the door lock assembly 3 may be disposed at a lower portion of the door body 2, the shackle 11 is located at a side of a bottom portion of the cabinet 1 adjacent to the door body 2, the lock tongue 33 is located at a side of the door body 2 near a center of the cabinet 1, the key 35 is adjacent to a middle portion of the door body 2, and the elastic member 34 is located between the lock tongue 33 and the key 35. Namely, the key 35, the elastic member 34, and the latch 33 are sequentially arranged in the up-down direction (for example, the up-down direction shown in fig. 2) of the case 1.
The principle of operation of the door lock assembly 3 is generally as follows: when the door body 2 is switched from the open state to the locked state, the door body 2 is pushed to rotate the door body 2 towards the direction adjacent to the box body 1, and the lock tongue 33 moves to contact with the box body 1 first and then moves to the lock catch 11 to be matched with the lock catch 11. In the process that the lock tongue 33 is contacted with the box body 1 until the lock tongue 33 is matched with the lock catch 11, the elastic piece 34 is compressed, when the lock tongue 33 is matched with the lock catch 11, the elastic piece 34 is restored to a natural stretching state, and acts on the lock tongue 33 to enable the lock tongue 33 to be matched with the lock catch 11 tightly, so that the door lock assembly 3 is kept in a locking state. When the door body 2 is switched from the locking state to the opening state, the key 35 is pressed first, the key 35 moves towards the direction away from the lock catch 11, and meanwhile, the key 35 can drive the lock tongue 33 to move towards the direction away from the lock catch 11, so that the lock tongue 33 is separated from the lock catch 11. During the pressing of the key 35, the elastic member 34 is compressed. After the latch tongue 33 is separated from the striker 11, the door body 2 is pulled to rotate the door body 2 to open the above-mentioned one side of the case 1. During the rotation of the door body 2, the elastic member 34 is restored to the natural extended state, and the key 35 is moved to the initial position toward the latch 11.
So arranged, the user can rapidly open and close the above one side of the cabinet 1 in a direction, thereby making the use of the drying box 100 more convenient. In addition, the door lock assembly 3 is simple in structure, convenient to produce and process and easy and convenient to operate. In addition, the door lock assembly 3 has high reliability, and the door body 2 and the cabinet 1 can be maintained in a locked state, thereby improving the usability of the drying oven 100. In addition, the use cost of the door lock assembly 3 can be reduced, thereby reducing the use cost of the drying box 100.
According to the drying oven 100 of the embodiment of the present utility model, a user can rapidly and conveniently open or close the cabinet 1 by providing the door lock assembly 3. In addition, the door lock assembly 3 has a simple structure and high reliability, thereby not only reducing the cost of products and facilitating processing and use, but also improving the usability of the drying box 100.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 2-4, the door lock assembly 3 further includes a connecting member 36, the connecting member 36 is movably disposed on the door body 2, one end of the connecting member 36 is matched with the key 35, the other end of the connecting member 36 is the lock tongue 33, and the elastic member 34 is stopped between the door body 2 and the connecting member 36.
For example, in the example of fig. 2 to 4, the connecting member 36 extends in the height direction (i.e., up-down direction) of the case 1, the upper end of the connecting member 36 is engaged with the key 35, and the lower end of the connecting member 36 is the lock tongue 33. When the key 35 is pressed, the key 35 drives the connecting piece 36 to move in a direction away from the lock catch 11, and simultaneously the connecting piece 36 drives the lock tongue 33 to move in a direction away from the lock catch 11, so that the lock tongue 33 is separated from the lock catch 11, and the door body 2 is switched to an open state. During the pressing of the key 35, the elastic member 34 is in a compressed state. After the key 35 is released, the elastic member 34 can restore to the natural extended state, and the connecting member 36 and the latch 33 are pushed to move toward the latch 11, and the key 35 and the latch 33 can restore to the original state. Therefore, the key 35 can act on the lock tongue 33 through the connecting piece 36 so as to be smoothly separated from or matched with the lock catch 11, thereby being beneficial to switching between the open state and the locking state of the door lock assembly 3 and further being more beneficial to the use of the drying box 100. In addition, the connecting piece 36 has a simple structure, and is convenient to manufacture, process and use, so that the door lock assembly 3 is more convenient to operate.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the door body 2 is provided with a fitting 23. At least one fitting hole 361 is formed in the connecting member 36, the fitting member 23 is fitted in the fitting hole 361, the elastic member 34 is stopped between the fitting member 23 and the inner wall of the fitting hole 361, and the elastic member 34 always pushes the lock tongue 33 toward the lock catch 11. For example, in the example of fig. 3 and 4, one end of the fitting member 23 is connected to the door body 2, the other end of the fitting member 23 extends into the fitting hole 361 toward the center of the case 1, the upper end of the elastic member 34 abuts against the fitting member 23, and the lower end of the elastic member 34 abuts against the inner wall of the fitting hole 361. Therefore, when the key 35 drives the latch 33 to move in a direction away from the latch 11, the end of the elastic member 34 abutting against the inner wall of the mating hole 361 moves in a direction toward the mating member 23, and the elastic member 34 is compressed under the action of the mating member 23. When the acting force on the key 35 disappears, the elastic member 34 is restored to be deformed, and the elastic member 34 drives the latch 33 to move towards the latch 11. Therefore, by the cooperation of the elastic member 34 and the cooperation member 23, the elastic member 34 can be compressed smoothly, so that the elastic member 34 is beneficial to release the elastic force to cooperate the latch bolt 33 with the latch 11. In addition, the fitting hole 361 may be used to receive the elastic member 34 to stably couple the elastic member 34 with the coupling member 36, thereby improving the stability of use of the elastic member 34. The arrangement of the matching piece 23 and the matching hole 361 protects the elastic piece 34 by the inner wall of the matching hole 361 in the compression process of the elastic piece 34, so that the possibility of instability of the elastic piece 34 is reduced, and the service time of the door lock assembly 3 is prolonged.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the key 35 is located on a side of the door body 2 away from the center of the case 1, the key 35 is provided with a first connection portion 351 extending toward the center of the case 1, one end of the connection member 36 has a second connection portion 362 extending toward the key 35, the second connection portion 362 is located on a side of the first connection portion 351 away from the latch 11, and the second connection portion 362 is abutted against the first connection portion 351. Pressing the key 35, the first connection portion 351 drives the latch 33 to move in a direction away from the shackle 11 through the second connection portion 362. For example, in the examples of fig. 2 and 3, the key 35 is located on the door body 2, one side of the key 35 near the center of the case 1 is fixedly connected with one end of the first connection portion 351, the other end of the first connection portion 351 extends toward the center of the case 1, one end of the second connection portion 362 is connected with one end of the connection member 36 away from the latch 11, the other end of the second connection portion 362 extends toward the direction away from the center of the case 1, the second connection portion 362 is located above the first connection portion 351, and the upper surface of the first connection portion 351 is abutted against the lower surface of the second connection portion 362.
So set up, on the one hand, increased the area of contact of first connecting portion 351 and second connecting portion 362 to be favorable to first connecting portion 351 to drive spring bolt 33 through second connecting portion 362 and remove, and then be favorable to the cooperation and the separation of spring bolt 33 and hasp 11, further be favorable to the use of lock assembly 3. On the other hand, the accuracy of the operation of the door lock assembly 3 is improved, so that the user can accurately open and close the above one side of the cabinet 1, thereby improving the reliability of the use of the door lock assembly 3 and further improving the usability of the drying oven 100.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the door body 2 is provided with at least one limit lever 24, the link 36 is formed with at least one limit hole 363, the limit hole 363 extends along the moving direction of the link 36, the limit lever 24 is fitted in the limit hole 363, and the limit hole 363 moves relative to the limit lever 24 along the moving direction of the link 36 when the link 36 moves. For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 4, one end of the stopper rod 24 is connected to the door body 2, the other end of the stopper rod 24 extends toward the center of the case 1, and the stopper hole 363 extends in the extending direction of the connection piece 36. Therefore, through the cooperation of the limiting rod 24 and the limiting hole 363, the limiting rod 24 has a limiting effect on the movement of the connecting piece 36, namely, the distance of the connecting piece 36 moving in the up-down direction is limited, so that the lock tongue 33 can be rapidly separated from the lock catch 11, and the convenience of use of the door lock assembly 3 is improved. In addition, the stability of the movement of the connection member 36 is improved, thereby further facilitating the use of the connection member 36. In addition, by providing the limiting hole 363, the weight of the connection member 36 is reduced, and the amount of material of the connection member 36 is reduced, thereby reducing the production cost of the connection member 36 and further reducing the use cost of the drying box 100.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the limiting holes 363 and the limiting rods 24 are multiple, the limiting holes 363 and the limiting rods 24 are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the connecting piece 36, and the limiting rods 24 are respectively matched in the limiting holes 363. In the description of the present utility model, "plurality" means two or more. For example, in the examples of fig. 2 and 5, the plurality of limit holes 363 and the plurality of limit pieces are each provided at intervals in the up-down direction. The plurality of limit rods 24 are respectively fitted in the plurality of limit holes 363 in the following cases: a plurality of limit rods 24 may be fitted in the first and one limit holes 363. The second plurality of limiting holes 363 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of limiting rods 24. Therefore, through the cooperation of the plurality of limiting rods 24 and the plurality of limiting holes 363, the limiting effect of the limiting rods 24 on the connecting piece 36 is enhanced, so that the moving stability of the connecting piece 36 is further improved, and the use reliability of the door lock assembly 3 is further enhanced. In addition, the amount of material used for the connecting piece 36 is reduced, the material is saved, and the use cost of the connecting piece 36 is reduced. It should be noted that, the number of the limiting holes 363 and the limiting rods 24 may be specifically set according to practical use, so as to better satisfy practical applications.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 2-6, a cavity 25 is formed in the door body 2, a connecting piece 36 is movably provided in the cavity 25, a side of the cavity 25 facing the shackle 11 has an opening 26, and a locking tongue 33 is movably fitted at the opening 26. For example, in the example of fig. 4, the tongue 33 may move in an up-and-down direction at the opening 26, and when the tongue 33 moves completely into the cavity 25, the tongue 33 is separated from the shackle 11. When the tongue 33 extends from the opening 26 to the shackle 11, the tongue 33 engages the shackle 11. By the arrangement, the contact of the connecting piece 36 with the side face of the door body 2 can be reduced, interference with the door body 2 can not be generated in the moving process of the connecting piece 36, so that the smoothness of the moving of the connecting piece 36 is improved, the connecting piece 36 can move in the cavity 25 conveniently, and the using convenience of the door lock assembly 3 is improved. Furthermore, by providing the opening 26, the latch tongue 33 can be conveniently engaged with the striker 11 through the opening 26, thereby facilitating the switching of the door body 2 between the open state and the locked state.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the latch 33 has a buckle portion 331 at one end adjacent to the latch 11, and extends obliquely from the door 2 toward the case 1, and from a side surface of the buckle portion 331 facing the center of the case 1 toward the key 35, and the latch 11 has a first guide surface 113 at a side surface facing away from the center of the case 1, and extends obliquely from the door 2 toward the case 1, and from the first guide surface 113 toward the key 35. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the front-to-rear direction of the case 1, a side surface of the buckle 331 facing the center of the case 1 extends obliquely upward, and the first guide surface 113 also extends obliquely upward, wherein an inclination angle of a side surface of the buckle 331 facing the center of the case 1 may be substantially the same as an inclination angle of the first guide surface 113. Thus, when the door body 2 is pushed to move the latch tongue 33 toward the center of the case 1, the side surface of the buckle portion 331 facing the center of the case 1 can be moved along the inclined angle of the first guide surface 113 to move the latch tongue 33 to the abutment of the buckle portion 331 with the side surface of the buckle 11 facing the center of the case 1, so that the latch tongue 33 and the buckle 11 are engaged. In addition, through setting up first guide surface 113, hasp 11 can form dodging the removal of knot portion 331 to be favorable to spring bolt 33 to cooperate smoothly with hasp 11, thereby make the locking operation of door body 2 simple, the user can make door body 2 switch over from the open state to the locking state fast.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the side surface of the latch 331 facing the center of the case 1 is inclined to extend from the door 2 toward the case 1 toward the direction away from the key 35, and the side surface of the latch 11 facing the center of the case 1 has a second guide surface 114, and the side surface of the latch 2 facing the case 1 is inclined to extend from the door 2 toward the case 1 toward the direction away from the key 35. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the backward-to-forward direction of the case 1, a side surface of the lower end of the buckle 331, which is far from the center of the case 1, extends obliquely upward, and the second guide surface 114 also extends obliquely upward, wherein an angle of inclination of a side surface of the lower end of the buckle 331, which is far from the center of the case 1, may be substantially the same as an angle of inclination of the second guide surface 114. When the side surface of the buckle 331 far from the center of the case 1 is abutted against the side surface of the lock catch 11 far from the door 2. Thus, when the door body 2 is pulled to move the lock tongue 33 in a direction away from the center of the case 1 after the key 35 is pressed to separate the lock tongue 33 from the lock catch 11, the side surface of the buckle 331 away from the center of the case 1 can move along the inclination angle of the second guiding surface 114, so that the lock tongue 33 slides out of the lock catch 11, and the lock tongue 33 is separated from the lock catch 11. In addition, by providing the second guiding surface 114, the latch 11 can avoid the movement of the latch 331, so as to facilitate the latch 33 to be smoothly separated from the latch 11, so that the opening operation of the door body 2 is simple, and the user can quickly switch the door body 2 from the locking state to the opening state.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the front side of the cabinet 1 is opened, and the door 2 is provided at the front side of the cabinet 1. Thus, the door body 2 is conveniently opened by the user, and the drying box 100 is more convenient to use. The lock catches 11 and the door lock assemblies 3 are multiple, the door lock assemblies 3 are symmetrical along the up-down direction of the box body 1, and the lock catches 11 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the door lock assemblies 3.
