In addition, for simplicity and ease of understanding, components having the same structure or function in some of the figures are shown only schematically or only one or more of them are labeled.
In the prior art, although being provided with the pilot lamp on the charging stake for the lawn mower, be located the side of charging stake, charging stake is generally placed subaerial, and when the lawn mower was parked subaerial, when utilizing charging stake to charge, can have the lawn mower opportunity to shelter from the pilot lamp that is located the side, the problem of the pilot lamp of being inconvenient for the user to observe. The indicator light 20 may be used to indicate the current state of the charging pile, for example, when the charging pile is not on, it indicates that the charging pile is not on, and when the indicator light is on, it indicates that the charging pile is on; when the indicator light is red, the charging pile is used for charging the mower; and when the indicator light is green, the charging pile is indicated to complete the charging task.
To this end, the present utility model provides a charging pile for a lawn mower, which may include a main body 10 and an indicator lamp 20, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 may include an upper cover 11, a pile body 12, and a bottom plate 13, the upper cover 11 has a first light-transmitting opening 110, the upper cover 11 is disposed on the pile body 12, the indicator lamp 20 is disposed on the pile body 12, and a light emitting direction of the indicator lamp 20 is toward the first light-transmitting opening 110. Specifically, the pile body 12 may include an inner cavity and an opening, the upper cover 11 is connected to the opening, the indicator light 20 is located in the inner cavity, and the light emitting direction faces the first light transmitting opening 110. Thus, the light emitted by the indicator lamp can be irradiated through the first light-transmitting opening 110, and the user stands near the charging pile, so that whether the first light-transmitting opening 110 of the upper cover 11 is lightened or not and the lighting state can be observed conveniently.
For convenience of description, it may be configured that the pile body 12 extends in the up-down direction, the upper cover 11 is connected to the upper end of the pile body 12, and the bottom plate 13 is connected to the lower end of the pile body 12. When the pile body 12 is specifically used, the extending direction of the pile body 12 can be approximately consistent with the gravity direction; then, the mower does not shade the indicator light 20, and a user can conveniently observe whether the first light transmitting opening 11 positioned at the upper end of the main body 10 is lighted or not, and the lighting state, thereby solving the technical problems.
In addition, the charging pile further comprises a charging assembly arranged in the inner cavity of the pile body 12, and a charging interface of the charging assembly is arranged on the outer surface of the pile body 12 and is in matched connection with a charging connector of the mower, so that the mower is charged. For example, in fig. 1, the pile body 12 is connected to an end of the bottom plate 13, and the charging interface is disposed on a surface of the pile body 12 near the bottom plate 13, and after the mower is parked on the bottom plate 13, the mower can be correspondingly connected to the charging connector.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the pile body 12 may include a housing 40, where the housing 10 surrounds a receiving groove 41, and a second light-transmitting opening 42 penetrating through a wall of the receiving groove 41 is formed on the housing 40, where the second light-transmitting opening 42 corresponds to the first light-transmitting opening 110, and the indicator light 20 is located in the receiving groove 41 and corresponds to the second light-transmitting opening 42. That is, the housing 40 is located within the interior cavity of the pile body 12. In particular use, the first light-transmitting opening 110, the second light-transmitting opening 42 and the indicator light 20 can be sequentially distributed along the gravity direction, and the second light-transmitting opening 42 is disposed at the upper end of the housing 40. With this embodiment, since the indicator lamp 20 is located in the accommodating groove 41, the housing 40 can protect the indicator lamp 20, and at the same time, the light emitted by the indicator lamp 20 can pass through the second light-transmitting opening 42 and irradiate toward the first light-transmitting opening 110. Wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
in order to present a uniform light effect, in one possible embodiment, the charging post further includes a lamp cover 70, and the lamp cover 70 is disposed at the second light transmitting opening 42. The lamp cover 70 can uniformly mix the light. That is, the lamp housing 70 can uniformly mix the light emitted from the plurality of indication lamps 20 individually, so that a light emitting effect similar to that of a lamp band can be exhibited, and the charging pile has a good appearance effect when the indication lamps 20 are lighted. In addition, the lamp housing 70 may be connected to the housing 40 to close the second light-transmitting opening 42, and prevent moisture or dust from entering the receiving groove 41, thereby protecting the indicator lamp 20.
In a specific embodiment, the upper cover 11 further comprises an annular light barrier 111 surrounding the first light transmission opening 110, the annular light barrier 111 being located inside the upper cover. In this way, the annular light barrier 111 can block light, so that the blocked light brightness is concentrated at the first light transmitting opening 110, and the waste of the light brightness is reduced.
Wherein the lamp housing 70 may extend into the space enclosed by the annular light barrier 111. In this way, the light collected inside the lamp housing 70 may be surrounded by the annular light barrier 111, thereby being concentrated at the first light transmitting opening 110, and further reducing the waste of the brightness of the light.
In one example, the lamp housing 70 and the housing 40 may be sealingly connected by an adhesive. Or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
in another example, an annular protrusion 71 is provided on the outer wall of the lamp housing 70, a groove is provided on the inner wall surface of the second light-transmitting opening 42 on the housing 40, and the annular protrusion 71 is clamped in the groove in a sealing manner. In this way, a sealed connection between the lamp housing 70 and the housing 40 is achieved. Wherein, the lamp shade 70 can be provided with a small deformation capability, so that the annular protrusion 71 can be clamped in the groove of the shell 40 by compressing the lamp shade 70. Alternatively, a two shot injection molding process may be utilized, specifically: the shell 40 can be obtained by utilizing a secondary injection molding process on the basis of the lampshade 70, after secondary injection molding is completed, the shell 40 is adhered to the lampshade 70, the annular protrusion 71 can ensure that the shell 40 and the lampshade 70 are more firmly connected, and even if the adhesion between the shell 40 and the lampshade 70 fails, the annular protrusion 71 is still clamped in the groove of the shell 40 and cannot be easily separated.
In one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the charging stake further includes a circuit board 30, the circuit board 30 being at least partially disposed in the receiving slot 41, the indicator light 20 being mounted on a surface of the circuit board 30. The pilot lamp 20 is directly installed on the surface of the circuit board 30, and wires are not required to be used for connecting the circuit board 30 and the pilot lamp 20, namely, fewer parts are used, the structure is simple, and the top of the charging pile can be lightened. The circuit board 30 may provide power to the indicator light 20 and may function to turn the indicator light 20 on or off. The indicator light 20 may be soldered to the circuit board 30. The indicator light 20 may be an LED light. The receiving groove 41 may also protect the circuit board 30. The circuit board 30 may be fixedly mounted on the bottom wall of the accommodation groove 41 by a fastener such as a screw.
In one example, the circuit board 30 extends in the up-down direction, and the indicator lamp 20 is a side-emitting lamp with an upward light emitting direction. That is, the distribution directions of the first light transmitting openings 110 and the second light transmitting openings 42 are the same as the extending direction of the circuit board 30. In this way, the circuit board 30 is the same as the extension direction of the pile body 12, and the inner space of the pile body 12 in the up-down direction can be fully utilized.
In addition, the circuit board 30 has opposite first and second surfaces. The circuit board 30 is a printed circuit board commonly known in the art, based on the structural characteristics of the existing printed circuit board, the circuit board 30 may be a single-sided circuit board or a double-sided circuit board, when the circuit board is a single-sided circuit board, a printed circuit is arranged on the first surface or the second surface, and one surface provided with the printed circuit can be used for installing the indicator lamp 20; in the case of a double sided circuit board, printed circuits are provided on both the first and second surfaces, which can be used to mount the indicator light 20.
When the indicator lamp 20 is a side-emitting lamp, the indicator lamp 20 is mounted on the circuit board 30 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first surface and the second surface, but the emitting direction of the indicator lamp 20 is parallel to the first surface and the second surface, so that the emitting direction of the indicator lamp 20 is upward. Thus, the side-emitting lamps are mounted on the circuit board 30 extending in the up-down direction, so that the upward light emission can be realized, and the extending direction of the circuit board 30 can be consistent with the extending direction of the pile body 12, thereby being beneficial to saving space.
Wherein the indicator light 20 may be a lateral LED light. In this way, it is achieved that the light emitting direction of the indicator lamp 20 is directed upwards when the indicator lamp 20 is mounted on the first surface or the second surface of the circuit board 30. For example, the LED lamp may be soldered directly to the surface of the circuit board 30.
When a strong brightness is required, a plurality of indicator lamps 20 can be mounted on the circuit board 30 to increase the brightness, however, if the plurality of indicator lamps 20 are sequentially arranged, the distribution range is longer, so that a longer space of the circuit board 30 is occupied, and the corresponding length of the first light transmitting opening 110 is increased. Accordingly, in order to reduce the distribution length of the plurality of indicator lamps 20 while securing brightness, in one example, the first and second surfaces of the circuit board 30 are respectively mounted with at least one indicator lamp 20. Thus, the distribution length of the plurality of indicator lamps 20 can be shortened, the structure is more compact, and the brightness is more concentrated. The indicator lamps 20 on the first and second surfaces of the circuit board 30 may be symmetrically disposed for added aesthetics.
In one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the charging pile further includes a protective cover 50, and the protective cover 50 is hermetically connected with the housing 40 to close the notch of the receiving groove 41. In this way, the protective cover 50 can block moisture or dust from entering the accommodating groove 41, thereby functioning to protect the circuit board 30 and the indicator lamp 20.
In one example, the charging pile further comprises a sealing ring 60 and a connecting piece 80, an annular groove 51 is arranged on the surface of the protective cover 50 facing the shell 40, the sealing ring 60 is positioned in the annular groove 51, and the side wall 411 of the accommodating groove 41 is inserted into the annular groove 51 in a shape matching manner and presses against the sealing ring 60; the connector 80 connects the shield cover 50 and the housing 40 together, and the connector 80 is located around the annular groove 51. The specific assembly sequence may be: the sealing ring 60 may be placed in the annular groove 51, and then the side wall 411 of the receiving groove 41 is aligned to be inserted into the annular groove 51, and then the protective cover 50 and the housing 40 are coupled together by the coupling member 80, and the protective cover 50 and the housing 40 may be brought close to each other by the coupling member 80, so that the side wall 411 may press against the sealing ring 60, thereby achieving the sealing connection between the protective cover 50 and the housing 40. Since the connection member 80 is located around the annular groove 51, the connection member 80 does not affect the sealability between the barrier cover 50 and the housing 40.
In one embodiment, the protecting cover 50 is provided with a plurality of first connecting through holes, and the plurality of first connecting through holes encircle the annular groove 51; the casing 40 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of first threaded holes, and the plurality of first threaded holes encircle the accommodating groove 41; the connection member 80 has external threads to be screw-coupled with the first screw hole through the first connection through-hole. Thus, by adjusting the position of the connecting member 80 screwed with the first threaded hole, the depth of the side wall 411 inserted into the annular groove 51 can be finely adjusted, so as to adjust the degree to which the sealing ring 60 is pressed by the side wall 411, that is, the degree to which the sealing ring 60 is compressed, so as to obtain the best sealing effect. The connection 80 may be a bolt or a screw.
Wherein, the outer peripheral side surface of the protective cover 50 may be provided with a plurality of first lugs 52 distributed in an annular space, and each first lug 52 is provided with a first connecting through hole; the outer circumferential side of the housing 40 may be provided with a plurality of second lugs 43 arranged in a ring-shaped interval, and each of the second lugs 43 is provided with a first screw hole. The first lugs 52 and the second lugs 43 which are distributed at intervals can respectively reduce the occupied space of the protective cover 50 and the shell 40 in the charging pile, provide enough space for the installation of other parts in the charging pile, and are beneficial to the miniaturization of the charging pile.
In one possible implementation, the charging pile further includes a light-transmitting member 14, and the light-transmitting member 14 is mounted on the upper cover 11 to close the first light-transmitting opening 110. In this way, entry of moisture, dust, and other debris from the first light-transmitting port 110 into the pile body 12 can be avoided, and the indicator lamp 20 can be protected.
In one example, an elastic sealing strip may be provided between the light-transmitting member 14 and the upper cover 11 to achieve a sealed connection between the light-transmitting member 14 and the upper cover 11. In another example, the upper cover 11 may be obtained by a two-shot molding process on the basis of the light-transmitting member 14, so that the light-transmitting member 14 and the upper cover 11 are bonded together.
In one example, the optically transmissive member 14 may be transparent or translucent. The transparent light-transmitting window 11 can display the light brightness of the indicator lamp 20 to the maximum. If the transparent member 14 is translucent, the transparent member 14 has poor perspective when the indicator lamp 20 is not lighted, and can cover the internal structures, such as the lower indicator lamp 20 and the housing 40, to beautify the appearance. The color of the light-transmitting member 14 may be identical to or close to that of the upper cover 11 to beautify the appearance. For example, the light-transmitting member 14 may be black and translucent, and the upper cover 11 is black.
In one example, the top surface of the lamp housing 70 is form-fit to the inner surface of the light transmissive member 14. Thus, after the light exits from the lampshade 70, the light can directly pass through the light-transmitting piece 14, so that the condition that the brightness of the light is wasted at the interval when the interval exists between the lampshade 70 and the light-transmitting piece 14 is avoided.
