The heater and the dehumidifier with the automatic control mode effectively prevent the problem that the normal operation of the electric device is influenced by the too low temperature and the too high humidity of the electric device; the heater, the dehumidifier and the drainage fan are automatically started and stopped to operate, so that the maintenance is free from monitoring and convenient and fast to maintain.

In addition, the controller also controls the drainage fan 4 to be started when the temperature in the cabinet is more than or equal to 40 ℃. After the electric room works normally, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the electric room exceeds 40 ℃, the power supply of the drainage fan 4 in the electric room is connected, and the drainage fan 4 starts to circulate and ventilate.

Finally, the circulating wind carrying the heat is discharged to the outside of the electric room, and the heat accumulated in the electric room is reduced, so that the temperature in the electric room is reduced.
During the above-described wind cycle, dust is filtered at the base side air intake; then, water vapor carried in the wind entering the room is circulated out, and cannot enter the sealed standard electrical cabinet to contact electrical devices; when the cabinet door of the standard electrical cabinet is opened, water vapor entering the working space of the electrical devices in the standard electrical cabinet can be removed by a dehumidifier arranged in the cabinet and discharged outside the cabinet.
If dust filtration is not complete under extreme conditions in the wind circulation process, dust entering the room can be carried out of the cabinet by circulating wind and cannot enter a sealed working area of the electric device, and the dust cannot contact the electric device. If the water vapor enters the working area of the electric device under the extreme condition in the wind circulation process, the dehumidifier arranged in the cabinet can remove the water vapor and discharge the water vapor out of the cabinet.
The starting and stopping conditions of the working process of the heater and the dehumidifier are as follows: when the temperature in the standard electrical cabinet 5 is lower than 0 ℃, the heater is powered on, and the heater starts to heat the air in the standard electrical cabinet 5; when the temperature in the cabinet is detected to be higher than 3 ℃, the power supply of the heater is disconnected.
When the temperature in the standard electrical cabinet 5 is lower than 10 ℃ and the humidity is higher than 75%RH, the dehumidifier and the heater are simultaneously powered on and started to work, and the heater starts to heat the humid air in the standard electrical cabinet 5; when the humidity in the standard electrical cabinet 5 is detected to be reduced to 45% RH, the dehumidifier power supply is disconnected; when the temperature in the cabinet is detected to be 13 ℃ higher, the power supply of the heater is disconnected.
The dehumidifying function may be operated separately in addition to the above-described and heating functions. When the humidity in the standard electrical cabinet 5 is greater than 70% rh, the dehumidifying function of the dehumidifier starts to operate. And the water vapor in the standard electrical cabinet 5, i.e., the electrical device operating area, condenses into water and is discharged out of the electrical device operating area through the drain pipe. When the humidity in the standard electrical cabinet 5 is detected to be lower than 45%, the dehumidifier stops the dehumidification operation.
In conclusion, the cabinet-in-cabinet structure and the drainage and ventilation circulating structure of the drainage fan combined with the hollow wall body overcome the technical problem that the economical efficiency and the sealing performance of an outdoor electric room are difficult to be compatible at present, and the novel drainage and ventilation circulating structure is simple in structure, good in economical efficiency, ideal in universality and suitable for popularization.
