In order to improve the air quality of the supplied air, an air filter module 209 is preferably provided inside the air inlet 201. As a preferred embodiment, the air filter module 209 is any combination of a primary filter module and a secondary filter module, a high efficiency filter module and an electrostatic filter module. The fresh air blower 203 is preferably an EC blower, and is disposed between the air filter module 209 and the surface air cooler 204.
