Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which include various details of the embodiments of the present disclosure to facilitate understanding, and should be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The present embodiment provides an electric vehicle with a quick-change connector mounting bracket, including but not limited to, a pure electric vehicle and a hybrid electric vehicle, which may be of the type car, SUV, off-road vehicle, recreational vehicle, MPV, pick-up truck, etc.
The electric vehicle of the embodiment has a function of quickly replacing the battery, but is not limited to the function of quickly replacing the battery, and may also have a charging function.
The electric automobile of the embodiment has the quick-change connector 100 connected with the power system of the automobile body and the quick-change water pipe 200 connected with the cooling system of the automobile body, the quick-change connector 100 is used for being connected with the electric interface of the battery to electrically connect the power system of the automobile body with the battery, so that the battery provides power for the power system of the automobile body, the quick-change water pipe 200 is used for being connected with the liquid cooling interface of the battery to connect the cooling system of the automobile body with the cooling pipeline in the battery, so that the cooling circulation in the battery is realized by using the cooling pump and the like of the cooling system of the automobile body.
In other embodiments, the electric vehicle may not include the quick-change water pipe 200, that is, a cooling system for the battery is not provided on the vehicle body, and the cooling cycle is implemented by a self-provided cooling cycle system in the battery.

In this embodiment, the mounting bracket 500 is mounted to the chassis 300 by threaded fasteners such as bolts. In other embodiments, the mounting bracket 500 may be detachably mounted to the chassis 300 by a snap-fit manner.
"opposed" here means that the first mounting surface 511 is substantially parallel to the surface of the chassis 300 on which the mount bracket 500 is fixed, so as to form an opposed surface.
The mounting bracket 500 further has a second mounting surface 531, and the second mounting surface 531 is used for mounting the quick-change water pipe 200 of the electric automobile.
The second mounting surface 531 is also opposite to the chassis 300 of the electric automobile.
Because quick change connector 100 and quick change water pipe 200 are all installed through installing support 500, therefore, the automobile body panel beating need not set up and dodge the characteristic or bump adaptation erection joint ware, has reduced the characteristic that plays of automobile body panel beating. Since the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water pipe 200 are simultaneously fixed by the mounting bracket 500, the mounting hole site can be reduced. As shown in fig. 2, 8 mounting holes are required for mounting the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change pipe 200, respectively, but with the mounting bracket 500 of the present embodiment, only 6 mounting holes (first fixing holes 513 in fig. 2 for inserting threaded fasteners such as bolts) are required.
Because the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water pipe 200 are installed through the installing support 500, the quick-change support, the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water pipe 200 can be packaged offline, namely, the quick-change connector 100, the quick-change water pipe 200 and the installing support 500 are preinstalled, and then the installing support 500 is installed on the chassis 300 of the vehicle, so that the production line beat is optimized, and the production line station is saved.
The mounting bracket 500 has a bottom shield securing portion 520. The mounting bracket 500 is provided with mounting points for the bottom guard 400, so that the mounting strength of the bottom guard 400 can be increased.
In other embodiments, the bottom shield fixing portion 520 may not be provided. In this embodiment, the bottom guard plate fixing portion 520 is a triangular portion protruding from a side of the first mounting surface 511 to facilitate mounting of the bottom guard plate 400. However, the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the bottom guard plate fixing part 520 may be provided in any shape structure as required, as long as it can provide a corresponding hole site.
The bottom guard plate fixing portion 520 is provided on the first mounting surface 511. The first mounting surface 511 is generally low in height because the quick-change connector 100 is to be mounted, and the bottom guard fixing portion 520 is provided on the first mounting surface 511 to facilitate connection with the bottom guard 400. Of course, alternatively, a bottom guard plate fixing portion may be provided to the second mounting surface 531 and the mounting surface 540 described below.
As shown in fig. 5, the electric vehicle further includes a bottom guard 400 and a connection bracket 700.
The bottom shield 400 serves to shield a wire harness of the chassis 300, the connection bracket 700 is connected between the bottom shield 400 and the mounting bracket 500, and one end of the connection bracket 700 is fixed to the bottom shield fixing part 520.
Since the bottom guard 400 has a height difference from the first mounting surface 511 of the mounting bracket 500 in this embodiment, the bottom guard 400 is connected to the mounting bracket 500 via a connection bracket 700. In other embodiments, the connection bracket 700 may not be provided if there is no height difference between the two.
In the present embodiment, the connection bracket 700 is fixed to the mounting bracket 500 by bolts. In other embodiments, the connection bracket 700 and the mounting bracket 500 may be integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, the connection bracket 700 has a zigzag structure so as to connect the bottom guard plates 400, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the connection bracket 700 may also have other adaptive structures, using an L-shape, an I-shape, etc., as needed.
The mounting bracket 500 has a mounting surface 540, the mounting surface 540 being for removable mounting to the chassis 300.
The mounting bracket 500 includes a first mounting portion 510 recessed relative to the mounting surface 540, a first mounting surface 511 being a bottom surface of the first mounting portion 510, and a second mounting portion 530 being a second mounting surface 531, the second mounting surface 531 being flush relative to the mounting surface 540.
Typically, the quick-change connector 100 has a certain height, and therefore, the first mounting portion 510 is recessed with respect to the mounting surface 540. While the quick-change water pipe 200 is low in height, and thus, the second mounting surface 531 may be flush with the fitting surface 540.
It should be appreciated that in this embodiment, the mounting bracket 500 is mounted to the projection welded stud on the chassis 300 such that there is a distance between the chassis 300 and the mounting surface 540, forming a mounting space for the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water tube 200. Without this distance, the second mounting portion 530 is recessed downward relative to the mounting surface 540.
The first mounting portion 510 and the second mounting portion 530 are disposed adjacent such that the first mounting surface 511 and the second mounting surface 531 are disposed adjacent. In this way, the quick change connector 100 and the quick change tube 200 may be mounted adjacently to facilitate docking with a battery.
The first mounting surface 511 is provided with a mounting hole 512 for inserting the quick-change connector 100. The second mounting surface 531 is provided with a mounting groove 532 recessed inward from one edge of the second mounting surface 531.
As shown in fig. 4, the quick-change connector 100 is inserted into the mounting hole 512 to be exposed from the mounting hole 512 to be docked with the battery. And the quick-change water pipe 200 is inserted into the mounting groove 532 to be exposed from the mounting groove 532 to be docked with the battery. The interfaces of the quick change connector 100 and the quick change water tube 200 are all oriented downward to facilitate upward movement of the battery to interface with the quick change connector 100 and the quick change water tube 200.
The periphery of the mounting hole 512 is further provided with a plurality of second fixing holes 533 for bolting with the quick-change connector 100.
The second mounting surface 531 includes a middle portion 5311 and groove portions 5312 provided on both sides of the middle portion 5311, the groove portions 5312 being recessed with respect to the middle portion 5311, the groove portions 5312 having second fixing holes 533 provided therein.
The installation part of the quick-change water pipe 200 is a plurality of boss-shaped second fixing holes 533, and the groove part 5312 is provided to facilitate the installation of the second fixing holes 533. The boss-shaped second fixing hole 533 facilitates the improvement of the fixing strength.
The fitting surface 540 includes a first fixing surface 541, a second fixing surface 542, and a third fixing surface 543 juxtaposed.
The first mounting surface 511 is provided to support the first fixing surface 541 and the second fixing surface 542, and the second mounting surface 531 is provided between the second fixing surface 542 and the third fixing surface 543. By providing the fixing surfaces on both sides of the first mounting surface 511 and the second mounting surface 531, respectively, the load can be equally distributed, and the fixing stability can be improved.
Each fixing surface is provided with two third fixing holes 544 along its length direction, respectively. The third fixing hole 544 is used for penetrating threaded fasteners such as bolts.
The location and form of each fixing hole on the mounting bracket 500 may be set as desired.
The mounting bracket 500 of the present embodiment is further provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 600 in the form of grooves to increase the strength of the mounting bracket 500.
The mounting bracket 500 is connected to the chassis 300 by welding studs or the like to the chassis 300.
Fig. 1-5 illustrate a mounting bracket 500 according to only one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The present utility model is not limited thereto and the structure and shape of the mounting bracket 500 may be adaptively changed according to actual needs and types of the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water pipe 200 to be applied, for example, the first mounting surface 511 may not be disposed in the recess, the first mounting surface 511 does not employ a flat surface, and holes and grooves for assembling the quick-change connector 100 and the quick-change water pipe 200 in the first mounting surface 511 and the second mounting surface 531 may be adaptively changed, which should be understood to be included in the scope of the present disclosure.

2. The electric vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the mounting bracket has a mounting surface for detachable mounting to the chassis;
the mounting bracket further includes a first mounting portion recessed relative to the mounting surface, the first mounting surface being a bottom surface of the first mounting portion.

the second mounting surface is flush with respect to the mounting surface.

5. The electric vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the first mounting surface is provided with mounting holes for inserting the quick-change connector.
6. The electric vehicle with the quick-change connector mounting bracket according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting surface is provided with a mounting groove recessed inward from one edge of the second mounting surface.

The electric vehicle with the quick-change connector mounting bracket according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting surface includes a middle portion and groove portions provided on both sides of the middle portion, the groove portions being recessed with respect to the middle portion, the groove portions having quick-change pipe mounting portions provided therein.
8. The electric vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the mounting bracket has a mounting surface for detachable mounting to the chassis, the mounting surface comprising first, second and third side-by-side fixing surfaces;
the first mounting surface is disposed between the first and second fixing surfaces, and the second mounting surface is disposed between the second and third fixing surfaces.
9. The electric vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the mounting bracket further has a bottom shield retainer.
10. The electric vehicle of claim 9, characterized in that the bottom shield retainer is provided to the first mounting surface.
11. The electric vehicle of claim 9, wherein the electric vehicle further comprises a bottom shield and a connecting bracket;
the bottom guard plate is used for shielding the wire harness of the chassis, the connecting support is connected between the bottom guard plate and the mounting support, and one end of the connecting support is fixed on the bottom guard plate fixing part.
