Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical appliances, in particular to a water bag ultrasonic sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument.
Background
Prostate disease is a common frequently occurring disorder in men, accounting for almost 60% of urosurgery, and 70% of people older than 50 years suffer from this disease to different extents. The prostatosis includes prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic calculus, prostatic cancer, prostatic calculus, and prostatic cyst. Wherein, the incidence rate of prostatitis is highest, the prostate hyperplasia is inferior, and the prostate cancer is at the last position. Chronic prostatitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in adult males, with which 30% -34% of men over 30 years old have, and in recent years there is a trend towards younger age. Due to the long-term congestion of glands, low functions of gland tubules and glands and the like, symptoms such as frequent urination, painful urination, dribbling urine, lower abdomen distention, lumbosacral radiation pain, perineum discomfort and the like can appear, and serious problems such as sexual dysfunction, even infertility and the like can also be caused. Because chronic prostatitis has complex etiology and high recurrence rate, most patients with prostatitis are difficult to effectively treat by drugs, so that most patients need long-term rehabilitation treatment by a safe and effective physiotherapy mode.
Therefore, in the treatment process of patients suffering from chronic prostatitis and other diseases, the physical rehabilitation therapy is usually carried out by using a warm water hip bath or hot compress thermotherapy mode under the advice of doctors, so that the perineum part and the hepatic portal part are at a local relatively high temperature, the blood circulation and metabolism around the prostate are promoted, and the aim of accelerating the rehabilitation therapy of the prostate diseases is fulfilled.
The traditional hip bath mode needs to immerse anus, perineum and scrotum into hot water, and the normal working temperature of testes is about 35 ℃ which is lower than the body surface temperature. The mode is difficult to control the temperature of water, and long-time hot water hip bath is easy to cause local overheating of testes, so that the spermatic ability and normal hormone secretion of the testes are seriously influenced; even fibrosis of the testicular mesenchymal cells, loss of seminiferous production of seminiferous tubules, causing atrophy of the testes, loss of seminiferous production, and the ability to produce testosterone. Therefore, the above-described method is not suitable for use by men with birth control and men with a certain requirement for sexual function.
Along with the development of society and the progress of technology, besides the above-mentioned methods, more and more physiotherapy apparatuses are now being applied to the rehabilitation of prostate diseases. At present, two types of prostate treatment equipment are mainly available in the market, one type is a medical type prostate treatment instrument, and the other type is a household type prostate treatment instrument. The medical prostate therapeutic apparatus is mainly used for interventional therapy in the modes of rectal microwaves, rectal ultrasonic waves and the like, and the physiotherapy equipment is mainly applied to various hospitals or rehabilitation physiotherapy centers. In the treatment process, a patient is required to lie on one side, and a treatment probe enters the rectum through the anus of the patient by a professional doctor to treat the prostate. In addition, in the treatment process of entering the rectum, if the probe is improperly operated, a certain degree of burning, scalding and other wound risks are caused to the part of the inner wall of the rectum, so that the potential safety hazard is large, the patient is generally not easy to accept, the patient needs to go to the hospital for treatment for many times, the treatment cost of the patient is greatly increased, and the popularization is not easy.
The domestic prostate physiotherapy instrument mainly adopts a mode of directly irradiating the perineum of a human body by adopting an external infrared/blue light irradiation lamp, an external microwave probe or an external ultrasonic probe and the like, and the advantage of the mode is that the defects of the rectum intervention treatment mode are avoided, wherein red/blue light can generate photochemical action on organisms in the treatment process, can penetrate through skin, directly causes thermal effects on muscles, subcutaneous tissues and the like, changes cell structures, accelerates local blood circulation and metabolism and accelerates the recovery of diseases. The microwave treatment or the ultrasonic treatment is also based on the biological thermal therapy principle, but the problem that the scrotum is irradiated is also needed to be avoided in the process of treating chronic prostatosis and other diseases by adopting the mode, if the scrotum close to the perineum is easily exposed to red and blue light, microwave or ultrasonic heat sources and other heat sources due to improper use of an instrument, the testis and the seminiferous tubules of the testis can be damaged and changed, thereby causing seminiferous dysfunction and secretion of testosterone hormone and affecting the fertility and sexual function of a patient.
Therefore, in the existing instrument for male prostate rehabilitation physiotherapy, no matter the treatment modes such as hot compress, red and blue light, microwave or medical type and household type ultrasonic waves are adopted, the risk of overheat damage of testes exists, and effective protection of scrotum and testes is lacking. For example: 1. chinese utility model patent publication No. CN102429766a, publication No. 2012.05.02, entitled cushion. 2. Chinese utility model patent with publication number CN103405303a and publication date 2013.11.27 is named a health cushion. 3. Chinese utility model patent with publication number CN 2462891Y and publication date 2001.12.05 is named hemorrhoid and prostate comprehensive therapeutic apparatus. 4. Chinese utility model patent publication No. CN202844081U, publication No. 2013.04.03, entitled bidet. 5. Chinese utility model patent publication No. CN104055617B, publication No. 2016.06.24, entitled "prostate thermal therapy pad".
The patent with publication numbers CN102429766A, CN103405303A and CN 2462891Y are similar to the use mode of the instrument of the utility model, and are sitting physiotherapy instruments. However, in the related art or products mainly described in the above three patents, there are at least the following problems, first: the internal heating and refrigerating structures of the two former patent products are complex in process, high in manufacturing difficulty, low in yield and service life, and difficult to popularize, and the internal structures are easy to be damaged by pressure in the use process. Secondly, cold compress areas are arranged in the first two patents, and the purpose of the cold compress areas is mainly to perform cold compress and/or cold compress protection on scrotum areas, so that the problem of testis scalding caused by overhigh testis temperature can be prevented. However, the testis still has the risk of being scalded in the using process of the patent product with the structure. The main reason is that the product (cushion) is mainly used in an office or office seat environment, a user usually wears trousers to sit on the cushion, however, due to the limitation of the use environment (such as constraint of trousers) and the like, the scrotum is difficult to accurately place in a cold compress area and is easy to move to a hot compress area, and the human body wears the trousers, the internal space is narrow, heat is not easy to dissipate, the cushion is insensitive to the change of external temperature environment, and the risk of scrotum and testis overheating is easy to increase. Meanwhile, if a user is concentrating on driving or concentrating on work, the user is likely not to make a quick response, so that the scrotum is in an excessively high temperature environment for a long time, and thus, chronic scalding to the scrotum and testes is also very easy to cause, and the physical health of men is affected. The patent with publication number CN 2462891Y is more free from any scrotum protecting structure, and the scrotum is more easily damaged.
Of course, even without the influence of trousers and other attached clothes, the above-mentioned patent products also have the risk of scalding the scrotum by the heat treatment area. For example, a scrotum support part designed in a prostate thermal therapy pad of publication No. CN104055617B and a hot water isolation device designed in a bidet of publication No. CN 202844081U. The user can not be influenced by attachments such as trousers when using the two products to treat, and corresponding scrotum supporting structures are arranged in the patent products, so that the scrotum supporting structures are separated from a heat treatment area, the scrotum is prevented from falling down to be close to or contacting with the heat source treatment area, the scrotum is protected in a heat insulation mode, and the risk of scalding scrotum testes still exists. The main reasons are as follows: because the main part of the heat treatment of the prostate is the perineum, anus and surrounding area of the human body, the distance between the perineum and the scrotum is very close, and the scrotum and testis can be greatly physiologically changed after being stimulated by external environment, such as being in a colder environment, including the emotion of the user, or being influenced by other external factors. Specifically, if the scrotum and testis are affected by the cold environment, the scrotum and testis will automatically lift up and shrink, the scrotum and testis will shrink towards the root of the scrotum to perform heat preservation and protection, the scrotum after shrinkage will leave the original safe area (i.e. the scrotum cold compress area or scrotum supporting structure in the above-mentioned published patent), approach to the perineum, even promote the testis to embed into the body (abdominal cavity) and approach to the prostate part, after this situation occurs, the scrotum and testis will be scalded by the heat source of the thermotherapy area, causing damage to the scrotum and testis.
In addition, in the products with scrotum heat insulation protection, there is also a risk that testes are damaged by extrusion. Specifically, since the scrotum and the testis are connected together at the position below the buttocks of the human body and close to the inner side of the thigh, when a user uses the scrotum, the scrotum can be passively clamped between the heat insulation part of the human body and the scrotum or the scrotum supporting structure, and if the user slightly applies force, the testis can be extruded by the body and the scrotum supporting structure, and long-time extrusion can also influence the blood microcirculation in the testis, even inflammation occurs, so that the testis is damaged. Second, if the user only lightly places the scrotum on the scrotum heat-insulating or scrotum-supporting structure, it is assumed that this force is very small so as not to cause the testis to be squeezed, but at this time, the scrotum and testis may have a risk of being scalded by the thermotherapy area after the scrotum and testis are separated from the heat-insulating protection area due to the above factors.
Therefore, most of the existing related prostate physiotherapy products can be used for physical therapy of diseases such as chronic prostatitis, but the problem of safe and effective protection of important parts of the body such as scrotum and testis while the physical therapy is not deeply considered. Meanwhile, the existing prostate therapeutic apparatus has the problems of low product use comfort, inconvenient use and storage, single style, high cost and the like.
Disclosure of Invention

Specifically, the main body of the therapeutic part 101 is a shell structure, and two opposite sides of the main body can be detachably connected with two buttocks supporting parts 102.
Wherein, two embedded grooves 105 are arranged on two sides of the treatment part 101 near the first end, and a convex part 106 is correspondingly arranged on each hip supporting part 102. When the two supporting buttocks 102 are attached to two sides of the therapeutic portion 101, the protruding portion 106 is correspondingly embedded into the embedded groove 105 to achieve the function of limiting engagement, and the embedded groove 105 is a limiting mounting groove, and at the first end position, the two supporting buttocks 102 are coplanar and flush with the therapeutic portion 101.
In addition, the buttocks supporting part 102 and the treatment part 101 can be connected through a zipper assembly, or bonded through a magic tape structure, or connected through a buckle structure. Here, the detailed description is not given in this embodiment.
Referring again to fig. 1 and 2, the first end position of the supporting buttocks 102 has a gradually decreasing inclined edge portion which can accommodate different buttock sizes and can allow the scrotum to be pushed to the other side of the scrotum protecting portion 104 for protecting purposes.
At the second end of the treatment portion 101, there is a C-shaped groove 107, the C-shaped groove 107 is formed as a part of a groove of a U-shaped structure, the side wall of the C-shaped groove 107 is defined by the scrotum protecting portion 104, and the C-shaped groove 107 is used to accommodate the touch display controller 103. Also, an insertion chute is provided on a wall of the scrotum protecting part 104 for inserting the touch display controller 103.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a scrotum protecting part 104 is formed at one side of the treating part 101, and the scrotum protecting part 104 serves to separate the scrotum from a treatment area of the treating part 101. The treatment area includes a heat application part 109 formed on the treatment housing to transmit a heat source in a conductive manner, and an infrared ray or wave (microwave or ultrasonic wave) generating part 108 may be disposed on the heat application part 109.
As a main innovation of the present utility model, the scrotum protecting part 104 specifically designed in the present utility model can completely separate the scrotum from the treatment area of the treating part 101 during the treatment. Therefore, safe and effective heat insulation protection can be realized. Referring again to fig. 2 and 4, the scrotum protecting portion 104 may be designed as a part of the treatment housing or may exist separately from the treatment housing. In this embodiment, the scrotum protecting part 104 is designed as a concave accommodating space (i.e., a U-shaped groove structure) for separating the scrotum, and the scrotum is partially suspended and is in a non-contact isolation state with the treating part 101. The design of the structure can not only completely avoid the scrotum from being scalded, but also is beneficial to heat dissipation of the scrotum.
The scrotum protecting part 104 is designed into a U-shaped groove structure, and one side of the U-shaped groove structure is provided with an opening, so that air flow around the scrotum protecting part 104 is facilitated, and heat dissipation of the scrotum is further facilitated. In the preferred design, can set up thermal-insulated protective layer at the surface of U-shaped groove structure, thermal-insulated protective layer can be with the whole cover of scrotum protection portion 104 and scrotum contact's position, utilizes thermal-insulated effect of thermal-insulated protective layer, and the heat energy of treatment portion is difficult to penetrate more and reaches scrotum protection portion 104 for user's scrotum is avoided being scalded.
The scrotum protecting portion 104 has a scrotum blocking protecting structure 120 slightly higher than the treatment area, and has a concave structure with a smooth curved surface. The scrotum protecting part 104 has a scrotum supporting part 121 on a side thereof away from the treatment area, and the scrotum supporting part 121 has a convex structure of a rounded curved surface, which makes the thickness of the scrotum protecting part 104 gradually become larger from above to below. Thus, the scrotum can be stably arranged on the scrotum protecting part 104, which is not only beneficial to stably stretching and radiating the scrotum, but also avoids the scrotum from being close to the treatment part 101 and being scalded by the heat radiation of the treatment part 101.
In a further optimized design, a plurality of transverse or longitudinal or inclined rib structures (not shown) can be arranged on the smooth curved surface of the scrotum supporting part 121, the rib structures are used for guaranteeing the supporting effect, the design of the rib structures has an anti-slip effect, the falling sense of the scrotum is reduced, the comfort level of the scrotum during protrusion is improved, and a plurality of ribs are designed, so that a contact area between the scrotum and the scrotum supporting part is formed with a plurality of heat dissipation channels, and ventilation and heat dissipation of the scrotum can be guaranteed.
In a further optimized design, a cooling device (not shown) may be further disposed in the scrotum protecting portion 104, and the cooling device is a cold water bag structure. Therefore, the scrotum can be maintained at a lower temperature after being placed on the cooling device, and the normal operation of the scrotum is facilitated. The cold water bag structure can be independently disassembled for cleaning, and the required cold water can be filled into the cold water bag structure.
One of the key innovation points of the present utility model is that a scrotum blocking protection structure 120 is disposed between one side of the scrotum protection part 104 and the treatment part 101, so as to limit the scrotum from retracting from the scrotum protection part 104 to the treatment area. The scrotum blocking and protecting structure 120 provided in the scrotum protecting part 104 can effectively prevent the user from being scalded by heat radiation during the thermal therapy process such as hot compress physiotherapy. Specifically, when the scrotum is cold or the emotion of the user is greatly changed, the scrotum is stimulated to generate stress reaction, the scrotum is lifted and contracted to be self-protected, the contracted scrotum approaches to the perineum, and meanwhile, testes are also promoted to be embedded into the body to approach to the prostate, so that heat of the treatment part 101 is irradiated, radiated or transmitted to the scrotum, and unexpected scalding is caused. The scrotum separation protective structure 120 of the present design, when a user sits on the physiotherapy apparatus, places the scrotum and testis in the scrotum protective portion 104 area on one side of the scrotum separation protective structure 120. At this time, the scrotum root area is completely isolated and blocked under the downward gravity force when the user sits on the therapy, so that the scrotum and the retraction path of the testis can be effectively isolated and blocked, the scrotum can be stably placed in the scrotum protection part 104 area, the scrotum is prevented from being close to the therapy part 101 after retraction, and scalding caused by heat radiation of the therapy part 101 and the like is prevented.
In a further optimized design, the scrotum separation protecting structure 120 is a rigid element and/or a flexible element that is higher than the predetermined size of the therapeutic portion 101 and is fixedly connected to the therapeutic portion 101.
In a preferred embodiment, the rigid element is a metal or plastic piece, or a combination of both; the flexible element is rubber or silica gel, or a combination of the two.
The whole therapeutic part 101 is a shell structure, namely a structure of a base shell, which is triangular, and includes the above-mentioned controller, control circuit and other structures inside, and is formed into a curved surface structure suitable for fitting and pressing buttocks and perineum regions of human bodies.
Wherein, the upper surfaces of the treatment part 101 and the buttocks supporting part 102 can be paved with soft replacement pads (not shown), the replacement pads are convenient for users to replace and clean so as to ensure the sanitation of the parts, the replacement pads can be medical grade thin gauze or muslin cloth, and the like, can be designed into a structure shape matched with the buttocks supporting part and the treatment part, can be directly paved on an instrument, and can also be adhered on the instrument through magic tape.
In this design, in order to protect the scrotum during the hot compress physiotherapy, a heat insulation protection layer is provided on the scrotum supporting structure 121 of the scrotum protection part 104, and the heat insulation protection layer includes a heat insulation layer with a low heat conductivity coefficient and an isolation layer. The heat energy, which is partly conductive due to the treatment part 101, can penetrate from the bottom to the scrotum protecting part 104. Therefore, the heat insulation material (such as heat insulation cotton, heat insulation rubber, glass fiber or aerogel felt) with low heat conductivity is arranged, so that the temperature in the scrotum protecting part 104 can be effectively ensured to be in the room temperature range, and the scrotum of the user is prevented from being scalded by the heat transmitted by the treating part 101. When the sanitary towel is used, the isolating layer is also arranged in the design, and the isolating layer can be made of skin-friendly materials such as gauze, cotton cloth and the like which are suitable for being in direct contact with human skin.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the sitting rehabilitation physiotherapy apparatus 100 of the present embodiment further includes a waist and abdomen auxiliary hot compress device electrically connected to the treatment portion 102, where the waist and abdomen auxiliary hot compress device includes an abdomen hot compress device 115 for hot compressing the small abdomen of the human body, and a waist hot compress device 114 for hot compressing the waist and back of the human body; the abdomen hot compress device 115 and the waist hot compress device 114 are fixedly connected through an adjustable telescopic waistband 116.
The auxiliary lumbar and abdominal hot compress device may be electrically connected to the shell type thermal therapeutic device or the water bag type thermal therapeutic device, and power may be driven between the shell type thermal therapeutic device or the water bag type thermal therapeutic device and the main controller through a first power line 112, while the auxiliary lumbar and abdominal hot compress device may be power driven through a separate second power line 113.
The abdomen hot compress device comprises a first shell and a flexible surface structure which is embedded at one side of the first shell and is contacted with human skin, wherein an abdomen control display screen, an abdomen main controller, an abdomen heating element, an abdomen temperature sensor and an abdomen temperature alarm are arranged between the flexible surface structure and the first shell, and the abdomen control display screen sends a control instruction to the abdomen main controller to control the operation of the abdomen heating element; the abdomen temperature sensor is used for transmitting a detected temperature signal to the abdomen master controller, and when the detected temperature is higher than a preset value, the abdomen master controller sends a closing instruction signal to the abdomen heating element and simultaneously sends an alarm control signal to the abdomen temperature alarm; the first shell is of a trouser structural design.

Therefore, hot water can be directly filled through the water filling valve to carry out hot compress physiotherapy, and the hot compress physiotherapy device is quite convenient.
Meanwhile, in order to make the whole instrument more intelligent, in the design scheme of the utility model, an electric heating component can be arranged in the main water sac structure and/or the auxiliary water sac structure, the electric heating component is controlled to work by an external control device, the external control device comprises a touch display controller (not shown in the figure and has the same function as the touch display controller 103 in the embodiment 1) and a base shell 209 arranged below the main water sac structure, and a main controller, an air pressure detection sensor and a temperature detection sensor are arranged in the base shell 209; the main controller is respectively connected with the heating device, the touch display controller, the air pressure detection sensor and the temperature detection sensor.
Wherein: the heating component is used for starting and/or stopping heating work according to the instruction of the main controller;
the main controller is used for receiving the control instruction sent by the touch display controller and controlling the operation of the execution unit according to the received control instruction of the touch display controller;
the temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the liquid and sending a detected temperature signal to the main controller;
the touch display controller is used for sending a control instruction to the main controller and displaying the working state.
In a further design scheme, the water-bag type thermal therapeutic device can be designed into another structural scheme based on the embodiment scheme, and specifically further comprises an infrared ray generating part (i.e. an infrared ray or wave therapeutic part) which is arranged at a preset position inside the base shell 209 so as to emit infrared rays to the perineum of a human body; and/or
An ultrasonic wave generating part (i.e., an infrared ray or wave treatment part) provided at a predetermined portion inside the base housing 209 to emit ultrasonic waves to the perineum of the human body; the ultrasonic wave generating part comprises an ultrasonic wave probe which can be abutted against the surface of human skin; an ultrasonic transducer located within the ultrasonic probe; the ultrasonic generator is used for generating ultrasonic waves with preset frequency and power and controlling the ultrasonic transducer to work; and/or
A microwave generating part (i.e., an infrared ray or wave treatment part) provided at a predetermined portion inside the base housing to emit microwaves to the perineum of the human body; the microwave generating part comprises a microwave probe capable of being abutted against the surface of human skin and a microwave generator arranged in the microwave probe;
the infrared generating part, the ultrasonic generating part and the microwave generating part are controlled to work by the main controller.
Referring to fig. 8, the infrared ray or wave generating part 201 of this embodiment is provided in a base cartridge 209, and a first end of the base cartridge 209 has a power interface 208 for supplying power to heat the heating assembly inside the liquid water bladder type thermal therapeutic apparatus. And an infrared or wave probe 207 protruding from the structure of the base housing 209 is provided at the middle position of the base housing 209, and the infrared or wave probe 207 is matched with the opening 206 of the therapeutic part 204 to realize infrared or microwave or ultrasonic directional emission.
The circumference of the infrared or wave probe 207 may be surrounded by a housing, i.e. the base housing 209 has a protruding tube portion protruding from its main body portion for the infrared or wave probe 207 to protrude from the main body portion, the protruding tube portion ending in an open opening so that the infrared or wave probe 207 may protrude from this location.
The therapeutic part 204 may have the same planar structure as the supporting buttocks 203 in the normal storage state, and may have a protruding structure in the use state, and may have a higher height than the supporting buttocks 203, so as to engage with the housing structure of the infrared or wave generating part 201, and align and engage the infrared or wave probe 207 with the opening 206.
The local area of the treatment portion 204 is provided in an upwardly convex shape and can be abutted against the perineum and the perianal area of the human body. The setting of holding in the palm buttock 203 can be convenient for the user to place more comfortablely during the use buttock, and the region of treatment portion 204 is the protruding form setting that makes progress, and protruding form structure is the curved surface structure of a circular arc transition, can make the laminating that user's perineum portion can be reliable on treatment portion to increase the area of contact of perineum and treatment portion, improve treatment.
In addition, in order to achieve a better therapeutic effect, in this embodiment, a plurality of laterally or longitudinally arranged rib structures 205 are further designed on the therapeutic portion 204, and the rib structures 205 are located at the top end of the therapeutic portion 204. By means of the structural design, when a patient sits on the treatment portion 204, the skin is in line contact with the hot compress area of the treatment portion, and a plurality of heat dissipation channels are formed, so that the heat source is more uniformly dispersed, local overheat sense is not generated, and the patient experiences more.
At the second end of the infrared ray or wave generating portion 201, there is a scrotum protecting portion 202, and the scrotum protecting portion 202 is in sofa shape, and its accommodating space structure can be designed into a blind hole structure (i.e. non-penetrating structure), which is different from the U-shaped groove structure of the first embodiment. Since the sizes of the buttocks and the scrotum of each person are different, and the relative positions of the scrotum and the perineum are also different, in order to achieve better use effect, the scrotum protecting part 202 can be designed to move back and forth relative to the infrared ray or wave generating part 201, so as to realize the adjustment of the distance position between the scrotum protecting part 202 and the therapeutic part 204 within a certain range. That is, the function of the scrotum protecting part 202 is the same as that of the first embodiment, which is different from the integral structure of the first embodiment in that it is relatively movable with the infrared ray or wave generating part 201 (the first embodiment may be designed as well), so that the scrotum protecting part 202 can be flexibly adjusted in position.
The scrotum protecting part 202 and the base housing 209 of this embodiment may be non-integrally formed, and the scrotum protecting part 202 may be relatively slidably coupled to the base housing 209. Specifically, the scrotum protecting part 202 can move back and forth relative to the base tube shell 209, so that the relative position and the relative distance between the scrotum protecting part 202 and the base tube shell 209 (or the main water bag position) can be adjusted, and then the relative positions between the scrotum protecting area and the perineum treating area can be adjusted to adapt to different patients, so that the scrotum protecting part 202 can better accommodate the scrotum part, and the scrotum is more comfortable in the treatment process.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the sofa-shaped structure of the scrotum protecting part 202 specifically includes a scrotum blocking protecting structure 209, a scrotum supporting structure 210, and a bottom supporting structure 211. Wherein, the scrotum supporting part 210 has a convex structure with a smooth curved surface, and the convex structure gradually increases the thickness of the scrotum protecting part 202 from the top down. Thus, the scrotum can be stably arranged on the scrotum protecting part 202, which is beneficial to stably stretching and radiating the scrotum, and meanwhile, the scrotum is prevented from being close to the treating part 204 and being scalded by the heat radiation of the treating part 204.

Examples
The split structure of the sitting rehabilitation physiotherapy apparatus 300 of this embodiment is shown in fig. 11, and the treatment portion 301, the two buttocks supporting portions 302 and the scrotum protecting portion 303 are split structures, which are detachably connected. Wherein, two support buttocks 302 are detachably connected with the magic tape 307 of the treatment part 301 through the magic tape 308, and the scrotum protection part 303 can be detachably connected to the treatment part 301 through the magnetic buckle 306.
In this embodiment, the scrotum protecting part 303 has the same structure as the scrotum protecting part of the first or second embodiment, i.e., is sofa-shaped, but is connected differently from the treating part. Also, in this embodiment, the scrotum barrier protection structure of the scrotum protection part 303 is higher than the top of the treatment part 301.
The water bladder type hyperthermia structure of the treating portion 301 is similar to that of the second embodiment. The therapeutic unit 301 of this embodiment is heated by the heating means in the same manner as the inside of the water bag, but this embodiment is a purely electric heating type hot compress therapy, and does not have the principle similar to the second embodiment in which infrared rays, ultrasonic waves, microwaves, etc. are added to the therapy. Examples
The structure of this embodiment may be the same as that of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that the treatment method used must include ultrasonic treatment. And as an improvement scheme, when using ultrasonic wave to treat, because the ultrasonic wave treatment of single direction, its treatment effect is not good, and the perineum treatment area design of this embodiment has the ultrasonic wave treatment probe that can rotate according to predetermined speed, swing or remove, and this ultrasonic wave treatment probe can drive through driving motor to rotate at a certain speed certain angle according to preset procedure, or swing by a certain amplitude, or reciprocating motion in a certain direction (back and forth left and right directions), so that the ultrasonic wave can form more effective sonic wave irradiation to focus tissue and surrounding area to improve the treatment effect of sick affected part. The driving motor can be controlled by a main controller in the shell structure according to a preset program. The control principle of the ultrasonic probe is not innovative in the utility model, and reference can be made to patent document publication No.: CN 102525596A, patent name: an ultrasound acquisition and therapy control system and a method of acquiring images thereof.
The reason for this is that attenuation, refraction and reflection of the ultrasonic waves occur during the transfer between different substances. When the ultrasonic waves carry out physical treatment on the internal parts of human organs, the sound waves emitted by the ultrasonic waves from the probe firstly enter human tissues through the couplant, and when the ultrasonic waves pass through tissue materials with different acoustic impedances, the ultrasonic waves can be refracted to different degrees, so that more complete sound waves can reach focus tissue areas for effective treatment. The probe of the present utility model may be designed as a rotary ultrasonic probe capable of rotating along the central axis of the probe itself, or a movable ultrasonic probe capable of swinging within a certain range or reciprocating in a certain direction. The periodic frequency, amplitude, distance and the like of the rotation, the swinging or the movement of the probe can be designed according to actual needs, which are not the innovative points of the utility model and will not be further described herein. Therefore, in the use process, the ultrasonic probe can periodically and regularly (rotate, swing or move) move within a certain range (such as the opening 2 of the shell structure 1 in the schematic diagram 12), so that the incidence angle of the sound wave is changed to a certain extent, and more sound waves can be absorbed by focus tissues in the same area in the same treatment time, so that a better treatment effect can be obtained.
In addition, since the present therapeutic apparatus is a sitting therapeutic apparatus (limited to ultrasonic therapy only). When in use, a user needs to sit on the instrument for a long time to perform rehabilitation physiotherapy. When a user sits on the apparatus, the therapeutic part (especially the therapeutic area, such as the probe) of the apparatus is liable to receive a large downward pressure (gravity) when sitting on the apparatus, so that the contact surface and contact pressure between the ultrasonic probe and the skin contacted with the human body are increased, and the couplant is greatly extruded and overflowed from the surface of the probe, and the couplant is greatly reduced, so that the air gap between the probe and the skin is necessarily increased. In addition, even if the amplitude of the probe is small in the process of rotation, movement or swinging, the couplant can be extruded and overflowed, and a certain air gap can be generated. The generated air gap can affect the effective conduction of sound waves, so that the sound waves can not accurately and sufficiently reach the focus area, and the treatment effect is finally reduced. Therefore, in the present utility model, referring to fig. 12, in order to improve the reliability and stability of the ultrasonic treatment, an acoustic wave conduction protection structure should be designed on the outer ring of the ultrasonic probe, and the acoustic wave conduction protection structure includes: the closed annular bulge structure 4 is arranged on the outer ring (outer edge) of the ultrasonic probe 3, the closed annular bulge structure 4 is arranged in the opening 2 of the shell structure 1, the top of the closed annular bulge structure 4 is higher than the upper end face of the ultrasonic probe 3, and the bottom of the closed annular bulge structure is connected with the outer ring (outer edge) of the ultrasonic probe to form an accommodating space with the ultrasonic probe 3, and the accommodating space is used for accommodating the couplant and keeping the couplant from overflowing. The closed annular bulge structure can limit the contact distance between the ultrasonic probe and the skin contacted with the human body, thereby limiting the contact pressure between the ultrasonic probe and the skin. The closed annular protrusion structure 4 may be made of polymer materials such as rubber or silica gel, and the closed annular protrusion structure 4 should also have a certain rigidity to prevent the skin (supporting buttocks) from excessively pressing the height of the closed annular protrusion structure 4, but not to prevent the couplant material from overflowing.
Referring to fig. 13, in this way, it is possible to prevent the problem of overflowing of the couplant (see gray area surrounded by the closed-type annular convex structure 4 of fig. 13) due to the compression of the ultrasonic probe 3 in contact with the skin (i.e., perineal region) and the movement of the probe during operation during the treatment, and greatly improve the treatment effect of applying the ultrasonic probe to the sitting therapeutic apparatus for treating the corresponding diseases. Wherein, the height difference between the upper end surface of the closed annular bulge structure 4 and the end surface of the ultrasonic probe can be set between 1 mm and 6mm, and is preferably set between 2 mm and 3 mm. In addition, the upper end surface of the closed annular bulge structure 4 is of an arc transition structure, so that a user sits on the closed annular bulge structure more comfortably without oppression and pain.
In the utility model, the working frequency of the ultrasonic wave can be generally set at 1.59-3.5MHz, the power is set at 3.0W-6.5W, and the ultrasonic wave can also be adjusted according to the requirements of specific application scenes. The ultrasonic probe may be provided in a circular configuration, or other configuration that is compatible with the perineum of the human body. When in use, a proper amount of couplant can be directly smeared on the perineum of a human body or other skin contacted with the probe. The couplant can be used as a common medical couplant commonly used in the market, and can also be used in combination with a traditional Chinese medicine couplant with the effects of disinfection or activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and the like, so that the treatment effect is improved.
Finally, the utility model also designs an application of the sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument in the rehabilitation physiotherapy of the prostatic diseases or anorectal diseases or gynecological diseases, and the application can use the sitting type rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument in the three embodiments.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, and the protection scope of the present utility model is not limited to the above examples, and all technical solutions belonging to the concept of the present utility model belong to the protection scope of the present utility model. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the present utility model may occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present utility model and are intended to be within the scope of the present utility model.
