Further, as shown in fig. 8, the filter 30 is rectangular overall, and the grip 340 is a rectangular block located above; alternatively, the filter sheet 30 has an overall L-shape, the lateral side of the lower end of the L-shape forming the filter portion 320 so as to cover the water guide port 223, and the upper end of the vertical side of the L-shape forming the grip portion 340. Of course, the filter 30 may have other shapes, and specific details of this aspect are not specifically recited herein, but all fall within the scope of the present disclosure without departing from the present design concept.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 8, the filtering portion 320, the fixing portion 330 and the holding portion 340 are integrally formed, and are herein divided into regions for the convenience of distinguishing between different functions.
In some embodiments, the filter 30 is a stainless steel material. The stainless steel material has the advantages of safety, low cost, high structural strength and difficult deformation.
In some embodiments, the chute 224 is an interference fit with the filter 30, with the amount of interference between the chute 224 and the filter 30 being 0mm to 0.1mm. So arranged, on the one hand, the filter 30 and the chute 224 can form a tight fit, thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the connection of the filter 30 and the chute 224, so that as much water as possible can enter the water conduit 210 only by being filtered by the water passing holes 310; on the other hand, too high interference between the filter plate 30 and the chute 224 is avoided, so that the filter plate 30 is mounted in the chute 224 too tightly and is difficult to insert and pull out, and the filter plate 30 is convenient to mount and take out.
For the specific structure of the water passing holes 310, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of water passing holes 310 are distributed on the filter sheet 30 at intervals, the water passing holes 310 are circular, and the diameter of the water passing holes 310 is 0.1mm or more and 3mm or less. With this arrangement, the circular water passing hole 310 is easy to process, and is less likely to be blocked by scale, suspended matter, etc. than a rectangular, triangular, etc. shape because it has no corners. Further, the diameter of the water passing hole 310 can be 0.1mm to 3.0mm, so that on one hand, the problems that the water passing hole 310 is difficult to process and produce due to too small diameter, the water diversion sectional area is insufficient, and the water drinking speed is too slow can be avoided; on the other hand, it is also possible to prevent the water passing holes 310 from being too large in diameter to effectively and thoroughly intercept and filter dirt and suspended matter. Further, the diameter Q of the water passing hole 310 is preferably 0.2mm to 0.5mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, the penstock 210 is of unitary construction with the tank body 10. The integral structure makes the connection strength between the water conduit 210 and the tank body 10 good, and in addition, the water conduit 210 and the tank body 10 can be integrally manufactured for mass production. And, through the integrated into one piece's structure with water conduit 210 and box body 10 design, improved the wholeness of water tank subassembly, reduced spare part quantity, reduced the installation process, improved installation effectiveness.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, the fixing base 220 is of a unitary structure with the case body 10. The integral structure makes the connection strength between the fixing base 220 and the case body 10 good, and in addition, the fixing base 220 and the case body 10 can be integrally manufactured for mass production. And, through the integrated into one piece's structure with fixing base 220 and case body 10 design, improved the wholeness of water tank subassembly, reduced spare part quantity, reduced the installation process, improved installation effectiveness.
Of course, the present solution is not limited thereto, and it will be understood that, according to actual processing needs, a person skilled in the art may alternatively implement the fixed connection between the tank body 10, the water conduit 210, and the fixing base 220 by using other manners, such as ultrasonic welding, gluing, and snap connection, which are not specifically listed herein, but all fall within the scope of protection of the present solution without departing from the present design concept.
Further, in some embodiments, the distance between the lower end of the water conduit 210 and the bottom wall of the tank body 10 is 2mm to 20mm, in which, on the one hand, the problem that the distance between the lower end of the water conduit 210 and the bottom wall of the tank body 10 is too small to cause insufficient cross-sectional area of water conduit and insufficient introduction of cooling liquid can be avoided; on the other hand, the problem of insufficient circulation of the coolant in the tank body 10 can be avoided because the space between the lower end of the water conduit 210 and the bottom wall of the tank body 10 is too large and the coolant introduced is not the coolant at the bottom of the tank body 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the water tank assembly further includes a handle 40 rotatably connected to the tank body 10, the handle 40 being capable of being used to lift the tank body 10 to remove the tank body 10 from the drinking device, facilitating removal of the water tank assembly for adding or replacing liquid in the water tank assembly.
