The control device will be described hereinafter in connection with a household appliance provided with control means, i.e. means for user operation for inputting/adjusting corresponding operating parameters, e.g. parameters such as operating mode, operating temperature and operating time of the household appliance may be adjusted by the control device, it being understood that the control is not limited to application to household appliances, but may be applied to other devices requiring for user input/adjustment of operating parameters.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the control device 3000 includes a frame 3100, a panel 3200 and a torsion spring 3300, the panel 3200 is rotatably connected with the frame 3100, the torsion spring 3300 is disposed between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100, the panel 3200 can be ejected through the disposition of the torsion spring 3300, the body portion 3310 of the torsion spring 3300 is sleeved with the rotation axis of the panel 3200, so as to realize a coaxial design of the torsion spring 3300 and the rotation axis of the panel 3200, when the torsion spring 3300 applies a force to the panel 3200, the panel 3200 rotates without causing relative displacement between the first end portion 3320 and the frame 3100 and between the second end portion 3330 and the panel 3200, and the point of application of the force of the first end portion 3320 to the frame 3100 is unchanged, and the point of application of the force of the second end portion 3330 to the panel 3200 is also unchanged, so that occurrence of sliding noise can be avoided, thereby avoiding occurrence of abnormal noise.
Specifically, the frame 3100 is a component for mounting the panel 3200, and plays a role of supporting a skeleton, and materials of the frame 3100 may be various, for example, the material of the frame 3100 may be plastic integrally formed, or may be prepared by bending and welding a sheet metal part, or may be assembled by a sheet metal part and a plastic part. The frame 3100 has a closed ring structure so as to enclose a certain space, and when the panel 3200 is mounted on the frame 3100, the panel may be hidden in the space enclosed by the frame 3100.
The panel 3200 is provided with function keys 3240, wherein the function keys 3240 are keys for realizing corresponding functions of the household appliance, and are used for user operation, and the form of the function keys 3240 can be various types such as button type, touch type, rotary type and the like, and can be selected according to practical situations. The panel 3200 is rotatably provided to the frame 3100, and generally, the frame 3100 is relatively fixed to the home appliance and is not movable, and the rotation of the panel 3200 with respect to the frame 3100 does not affect the state of the frame 3100. The panel 3200 is rotatable relative to the frame 3100 in two states, the first state is hidden in the frame 3100, and as mentioned above, the frame 3100 encloses a certain space, so that the panel 3200 is hidden in the frame 3100, that is, the panel 3200 is rotated and moved into the space enclosed by the frame 3100, thereby hiding the function keys 3240, and the second state is exposed from the frame 3100, that is, the panel 3200 is rotated to move out (pop up) the space enclosed by the frame 3100, thereby exposing the function keys 3240 for user operation.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the panel 3200 includes a front panel 3210 and a top panel 3220, the front panel 3210 and the top panel 3220 are intersected, the function keys 3240 are disposed on the top panel 3220, when the function keys 3240 are needed to be hidden in the frame 3100, the panel 3200 rotates until the top panel 3220 moves into a space enclosed by the frame 3100, and the front panel 3210 just seals the space enclosed by the frame 3100, so that the front panel 3210 appears in front of the control device 3000. When the function keys 3240 are required to be exposed out of the frame 3100, the panel 3200 is reversely rotated until the top panel 3220 is moved out of the space surrounded by the frame 3100, so that the top panel 3220 is in a substantially horizontal or slightly inclined downward position, the function keys 3240 are convenient for a user to observe and operate, and the front panel 3210 is correspondingly moved away from the space surrounded by the frame 3100.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the panel 3200 to expose the function keys 3240 to the frame 3100, by providing the torsion springs 3300, the torsion springs 3300 apply force to the panel 3200, and when the panel 3200 needs to be rotated to expose the function keys 3240 to the frame 3100, the torsion springs 3300 can force the panel 3200 to rotate. The torsion spring 3300 is an elastic member having a body portion 3310, and a second end portion 3330 and a first end portion 3320 which are provided on the body portion 3310 and led out with respect to the body portion 3310, the first end portion 3320 is connected to the frame 3100, and the second end portion 3330 is connected to the panel 3200, and it is understood that the aforementioned connection is an interaction with force, that is, an interaction with force between the first end portion 3320 and the frame 3100, and an interaction with force also exists between the second end portion 3330 and the frame 3100, when the panel 3200 is turned to the functional key 3240 and hidden in the frame 3100, the panel 3200 acts on the second end portion 3330, the frame 3100 acts on the first end portion 3320, thereby forcing the torsion spring 3300 to elastically deform, and the torsion spring 3300 accumulates elastic potential energy to have force acting on the panel 3200, thereby causing the panel 3200 to have a tendency to rotate to the functional key 3240 to expose the frame 3100, but the panel 3200 is locked (temporarily locked by the switch 3510, described in detail below). When it is required to rotate the panel 3200 until the function keys 3240 are exposed to the frame 3100, the lock between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 is released, the elastic potential of the torsion spring 3300 is released, and the elastic force generated by the torsion spring 3300 acts on the panel 3200, thereby forcing the panel 3200 to rotate so that the function keys 3240 are exposed to the frame 3100.
The body portion 3310 of the torsion spring 3300 needs to be sleeved on the rotation axis of the panel 3200, that is, the rotation axis of the panel 3200 needs to be rotatable relative to the frame 3100, and when the panel 3200 rotates, the axis is regarded as the rotation axis of the panel 3200, and since the torsion spring 3300 is formed by winding the body portion 3310, the body portion 3310 can also be regarded as the rotation axis of the panel 3200, that is, the rotation axis of the panel 3200 and the axis of the body portion 3310 are almost coaxially arranged, so that during the rotation of the panel 3200, the action point of the second end portion 3330 and the panel 3200 does not change, the action point of the first end portion 3320 and the frame 3100 does not change, so that relative sliding between the first end portion 3320 and the frame 3100 does not occur, and relative sliding between the second end portion 3330 and the panel 3200 does not occur, so that sliding noise is avoided. It will be appreciated that since the panel 3200 needs to be rotatably connected to the frame 3100, there must be a rotational connection point between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100, through which the rotatable connection between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 is achieved, and the axis of the rotational connection point may be regarded as the rotational axis of the panel 3200, since the body portion 3310 needs to be sleeved with the rotational axis, that is, the body portion 3310 needs to be sleeved with the rotational connection point, so as to be restrained at the rotational connection point, thereby avoiding the torsion spring 3300 from bouncing during the elastic deformation.
It can be appreciated that, in order to make the rotation of the panel 3200 smoother, at least two torsion springs 3300 may be provided, and torsion springs 3300 are provided at both left and right ends of the control device 3000, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the frame 3100 includes a bottom plate 3110, a top plate 3120 and a side plate 3130, the top plate 3120 is located above the bottom plate 3110, and the top plate 3120 and the bottom plate 3110 are spaced apart from each other, and the side plate 3130 is located between the top plate 3120 and the bottom plate 3110 and is separated on the left and right sides, such that the bottom plate 3110, the top plate 3120 and the side plate 3130 enclose a certain space. Since the panel 3200 needs to be rotatably connected with the frame 3100, in order to avoid interference between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 during rotation, a rotation connection point between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 is disposed below the base plate 3110, that is, the body portion 3310 of the torsion spring 3300 is also disposed below the base plate 3110, so that interference between the lower portion of the panel 3200 and the base plate 3110 is not easy when the panel 3200 rotates. As such, the panel 3200 may be designed to block the rotational connection point between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100, avoiding the exposure of the rotational connection point.
As shown in connection with fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments of the present utility model, when the rotational connection point of the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 is disposed below the base plate 3110, an open notch 3111 will be provided on the base plate 3110, and the first end 3320 needs to be snapped into the notch 3111 to be restrained.
Specifically, since the torsion spring 3300 accumulates a large elastic potential energy when it is elastically deformed, in this case, in order to effectively fix the first end portion 3320 and the base plate 3110, thereby effectively restraining the first end portion 3320, the notch 3111 is formed from the edge of the base plate 3110 by providing the notch 3111 on the base plate 3110, and the notch 3111 is provided so that the first end portion 3320 can be conveniently caught in the notch 3111, thus conveniently restraining the first end portion 3320. Further, after the torsion spring 3300 is mounted, the relative position of the body portion 3310 can be restricted by the notch 3111, and the torsion spring 3300 can be prevented from being displaced along the rotation axis of the panel 3200.
Further, in some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the first end portion 3320 includes two sections, namely, the second section 3322 and the first section 3321, where the second section 3322 and the first section 3321 are intersected, and the first section 3321 extends from the main body portion 3310 to be snapped into the notch 3111, and the second section 3322 is disposed to abut against the bottom plate 3110, as mentioned above, since the main body portion 3310 is lower than the bottom plate 3110 of the frame 3100, by designing the first end portion 3320 to include the second section 3322 and the first section 3321, the left and right constraint (constraint along the rotation axis) of the first end portion 3320 is achieved by the first section 3321, and the contact area between the second section 3322 and the bottom plate 3110 is increased, so that the effective release of the elastic potential energy formed by the action point between the first end portion 3320 and the bottom plate 3110 is longer, and the panel 3200 is rotated, and also the constraint between the second section 3321 and the bottom plate 3110 is not easily offset due to the notch 3111.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the connection between the first end portion 3320 and the frame 3100 is designed to be in contact with each other, the frame 3100 is provided with a stop 3112, and the stop 3112 is disposed on a path where the first end portion 3320 is separated from contact with the frame 3100, so as to block the first end portion 3320, and avoid the torsion spring 3300 from bouncing during the rotation of the panel 3200.
Specifically, the first end 3320 is in contact with the bottom plate 3110 of the frame 3100. When the panel 3200 rotates to the position where the function keys 3240 are hidden in the frame 3100, the torsion springs 3300 are elastically deformed to accumulate elastic potential energy, when the locking between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100 is released, the torsion springs 3300 release the elastic potential energy to rotate the panel 3200, and as the panel 3200 rotates to a preset position, the torsion springs 3300 release the elastic potential energy in the process, and under the action of inertia, the first end portions 3320 may be separated from the bottom plate 3110 to some extent. In particular, if the torsion spring 3300 ages, the torsion spring 3300 releases elastic potential energy more easily from the bottom plate 3110, and even the first section 3321 of the first end 3320 is separated from the notch 3111, which makes it difficult to rotate the panel 3200 to a state in which the function keys 3240 are hidden in the frame 3100. For this reason, by providing the stop 3112, a stop of the stop 3112 may be encountered when the first end portion 3320 and the base plate 3110 are separated, thereby preventing the first end portion 3320 from disengaging from the base plate 3110, i.e., preventing the first section 3321 of the first end portion 3320 from disengaging from the notch 3111.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 5, a stopper 3112 is provided on the base plate 3110, a limiting groove 3113 is formed between the stopper 3112 and the base plate 3110, the limiting groove 3113 is open toward the orientation of the panel 3200, and the tip of the first end portion 3320 is inserted into the limiting groove 3113, thus facilitating installation of the torsion spring 3300.
Specifically, since the stopper 3112 is required to prevent the first end portion 3320 of the torsion spring 3300 from being separated from the base plate 3110, the insertion of the tip of the first end portion 3320 into the stopper slot 3113 can be facilitated by forming the stopper slot 3113 between the stopper 3112 and the base plate 3110, as shown in connection with fig. 5, with the stopper 3112 being provided. For example, when the torsion spring 3300 is mounted, the end of the first end portion 3320 of the torsion spring 3300 may be inserted into the limiting groove 3113 and abutted against the bottom plate 3110, and then the first section 3321 of the first end portion 3320 may be snapped into the notch 3111, and since the torsion spring 3300 has a certain flexibility, the body portion 3310 may be finally sleeved at the rotational connection point between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100. The body 3310 may be first fitted to the rotational connection point between the panel 3200 and the frame 3100, and then the tip of the first end 3320 may be inserted into the stopper groove 3113. It is the spacing groove 3113 that is designed to open forward, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to effectively retrain torsional spring 3300, has made things convenient for the installation of torsional spring 3300 greatly.
As shown in connection with fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments of the present utility model, in order to effectively constrain the relative position between the second end portion 3330 and the panel 3200, a groove 3211 is provided on the panel 3200, and the second end portion 3330 is fitted into the groove 3211 and the groove 3211 abuts, so that the relative position between the second end portion 3330 and the panel 3200 is more reliable. It will be appreciated that, since the second end 3330 of the torsion spring 3300 is required to be always kept in contact with the panel 3200 during the release of the elastic potential energy of the torsion spring 3300 to drive the panel 3200 to rotate, the second end 3330 of the torsion spring 3300 continuously applies force to the panel 3200 and is not separated from the groove 3211 during the rotation of the panel 3200 to expose the function keys 3240 to the frame 3100. While the second end 3330 of the torsion spring 3300 continues to exert force on the panel 3200 during the rotation of the panel 3200 such that the function keys 3240 are hidden in the frame 3100, thereby accumulating elastic potential energy, there is no need to provide a structure similar to the front Wen Dangkuai 3112 on the panel 3200 to restrain the second end 3330.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, any one of the frame 3100 and the panel 3200 is provided with a connection shaft 3410, and the other of the frame 3100 and the panel 3200 is provided with a jaw 3230, the jaw 3230 is provided with a clamping groove and an opening communicating with the clamping groove, the clamping groove extends in a circular arc shape, and the connection shaft 3410 is clamped into the clamping groove through the opening, so that the jaw 3230 is clamped along the circumferential direction of the connection shaft 3410, thereby realizing the interconnection of the connection shaft 3410 and the jaw 3230 and enabling the relative rotation between the jaw 3230 and the connection shaft 3410. For example, the frame 3100 is provided with a connecting shaft 3410, the frame 3100 and the connecting shaft 3410 are integrally formed, the structural strength is improved, the connecting shaft 3410 is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) of the frame 3100, the axial direction of the connecting shaft 3410 is the same as the longitudinal direction of the frame 3100, the panel 3200 is provided with a claw 3230 corresponding to the connecting shaft 3410, the panel 3200 is clamped to the connecting shaft 3410 by the claw 3230, and when the panel 3200 is driven by the torsion spring 3300, the claw 3230 rotates relative to the connecting shaft 3410, so that the panel 3200 can rotate relative to the frame 3100.
