FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a gesture control unit of the display device shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of the display device shown in FIG. 1;
fig. 5 is a schematic view of a flexible contact portion of a frame of a gesture control unit of a display device.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a display device according to an embodiment of the present utility model, for example, a display device of an infotainment system, includes a display screen 1, a gesture control unit 2, a bracket 3, a main PCB 4, and a rear cover 5, wherein the display screen 1, the gesture control unit 2, the main PCB 4, and the rear cover 5 are fixed to the bracket 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the gesture control unit 2 includes a panel 21, a light guide 22, a reflective film 23, a frame 24 and a PCB 25, the panel 21 is provided with an indication symbol 211 for indicating the state of the gesture control unit 2, the light guide 22 is disposed at a position corresponding to the indication symbol 211, the light guide 22 is in a strip shape, a surface of the light guide 22 facing the panel 21 is a light emitting surface 223, the PCB 25 is provided with LEDs 251 at positions corresponding to two ends 221 and 222 (light emitting surfaces) of the light guide 22 for lighting the indication symbol 211, and the reflective film 23 covers the light emitting surface and surfaces other than the light emitting surface of the light guide 22 for improving light efficiency.
The light guide 22 is provided with a positioning protrusion 224, which is inserted into a positioning notch 241 at a corresponding position of the frame 24, so that the light guide 22 is inserted into the frame 24.
As shown in fig. 4, the frame 24 includes a body 241 and a flexible contact portion 242, where the flexible contact portion 242 abuts against the glass panel 11 of the display screen 1, and the flexible contact portion 242 is in interference fit with a portion of the glass panel 11 of the display screen 1 covered by the gesture control unit 2, so that a set gap d, for example, 0.35mm, can be maintained between the panel 21 of the gesture control unit 2 and the glass panel 11 of the display screen 1, and foreign matter can be prevented from entering, thereby ensuring stable and reliable operation of the display device.
In this embodiment, the frame 24 is formed by two-shot molding of a first material and a second material, the first material being harder than the second material, the first material forming the body 241 of the frame 24, and the second material forming the flexible contact portion 242.
