Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of special paper new materials, and particularly relates to heat-sealing tea filter paper and teabags.
Background
Tea leaves are native in china, and the 9 th century of the male element is transmitted into japan, and the 19 th century is transmitted into southeast asia, south asia, europe and other worldwide places. In eastern countries such as China and Japan, tea leaves are generally placed into a teacup or a teapot to be directly soaked or decocted by hot water, and the leaching liquid is used for drinking. However, in Europe and south Asia, tea leaves are generally dried and ground into tea dust, and the tea dust is packaged in small bags, and the small bags of tea are placed into a teacup or a teapot to be soaked or decocted with hot water and then drunk. European tea powder is also favored to be added with various flavors and fragrances to prepare teabags with various tastes. The production of the teabag mainly involves three production elements: tea raw material, packaging material and teabag package forming machine.
The packaging material can be selected from mesh cloth and tea filter paper made of chemical fibers such as polyester, and the tea filter paper is generally selected as the packaging material of the teabag because the chemical fibers such as polyester are difficult to degrade, and the tea filter paper is divided into heat-seal type tea filter paper and non-heat-seal type tea filter paper according to the sealing mode of the teabag and the different manufacturing materials. The heat-seal tea bag forming machine is simple in machine, low in cost and easy to popularize, and especially, the heat-seal tea filter paper is generally selected for making the tea bag in our domestic market. The heat-seal tea filter paper contains a certain amount of heat-seal fibers, and the sealing of the tea bag can be realized by bonding two layers of paper containing the heat-seal fibers in a high-temperature roller hot-pressing mode, so that the sealing is sealed. The heat-seal tea filter paper is added with part of heat-melting fibers such as PP fibers, PE fibers, ES fibers, PLA fibers and the like, and has relatively high ration, and is generally more than or equal to 16.5g/m 2 . At present, the heat-seal tea filter paper produced at home and abroad is manufactured by two layers, the two layers are completely different in structure, one layer is a base layer (or called no heat-seal layer), and the other layer is a heat-seal layer, so that the single-bag type tea bag is manufactured. The production process of the heat-seal type tea filter paper comprises the following steps: the basic layer adopts softwood pulp, hardwood pulp and various hemp pulp as raw materials, and in the mass ratio of the paper, the mass ratio of the paper is generally controlled as follows: 60-80%; the heat-bonding layer is made of a larger part of heat-sealing fibers, and is additionally added with part of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp and various hemp pulp as raw materials, wherein the mass ratio of the heat-bonding layer in the whole paper is as follows: 20-40%; the mass ratio of the heat seal fiber in the heat seal layer is as follows: 50-90%, and the rest is selected from wood pulp, various hemp pulp or the combination of the wood pulp and the hemp pulp, and the other steps of two-layer molding, squeezing, drying, coiling, slitting, packaging and the like are performed. The heat-seal tea leaf filter paper produced by the combination has better paper strength, better heat-seal strength, better air permeability and better bulk, and simultaneously hasHas better anti-end leakage performance.
In addition, a very special heat-sealing tea filter paper is used for manufacturing double-bag type tea bags, a small amount of heat-sealing fibers are added in a base layer of paper sheets, the heat-sealing paper is used on a very special tea bag machine, and the tea bag machine is produced by only one company worldwide, is complex to manufacture, has very high selling price and is rarely used in the market. The heat-sealing tea filter paper with the two layers of heat-sealing fibers cannot be used on the existing tea packaging machine for manufacturing single bags in the market, otherwise, the heat-sealing fibers contained on the base layer are bonded with the sealing pressing wheel through hot pressing at the sealing pressing wheel of the tea packaging machine, and normal production cannot be achieved.
Chinese patent (publication No. CN111172802A, publication No. 2020-05-19) discloses a lightweight green heat-sealing tea filter paper and a preparation method thereof: the filter paper comprises an outer thermal adhesive layer and an inner thermal adhesive layer, and is prepared by mixing wood pulp fiber and heat-seal fiber, wherein the heat-seal fiber adopts modified polylactic acid fiber, the melting point is 125-145 ℃, and the additives added in the slurry are all green natural polymer additives, so that the filter paper has the characteristics of complete natural circulation and biological decomposition. The patent describes that the filter paper comprises an outer heat-bonding layer and an inner heat-bonding layer, and obviously, the heat-sealing tea filter paper is only suitable for manufacturing heat-sealing double-bag tea bags, and has small application amount in the market.
The Chinese patent (publication No. CN104233906A, publication No. 2014-12-24) discloses a preparation process of heat-seal tea filter paper: the filter paper of the utility model adopts a two-layer structure, takes a wood pulp layer as an inner layer and a chemical fiber layer as an outer layer, and is formed by adopting two raw materials to respectively paper and then adopting heat setting for compounding. The patent uses two layers of base paper (one layer is a chemical fiber layer and the other layer is a wood pulp layer) to carry out composite shaping by adopting a compression roller to form composite paper, and only part of heat-seal fibers at the joint of the two layers of the composite paper are melted to generate viscosity to be bonded with the wood pulp of the other layer, so that the bonding force formed by fiber winding between the two layers formed by wet papermaking and the hydrogen bonding force between plant fibers are avoided. The composite paper formed by adopting the dry-method compression roller for hot pressing has poor binding force at the composite position of the two layers, and the prepared tea bag is soaked in boiling water, so that the peeling and layering between the chemical fiber layer and the wood pulp layer are very easy to form a bag breaking phenomenon. Such heat-sealed filter papers for making tea bags are not approved by the market.
The Chinese patent (publication No. CN101798773A, publication No. 2010-08-11) discloses a double-sided heat-seal filter paper for manufacturing double bags and a preparation method thereof, wherein the double-sided heat-seal filter paper consists of a main heat-seal layer and a secondary heat-seal layer, the paper of the main heat-seal cover contains polypropylene fibers, the addition of the polypropylene fibers is 20-50% of the total amount of the paper fibers of the main heat-seal surface, the paper of the secondary heat-seal cover contains polyethylene fibers or composite fibers containing the polyethylene fibers, and the addition of the polyethylene fibers or the polyethylene fibers is 10-40% of the total amount of the paper fibers of the secondary heat-seal surface; the preparation method of the double-sided heat-seal filter paper adopts an inclined wire paper machine for forming, wherein the upper layer adopts wood pulp mixed polypropylene fibers, the lower layer adopts wood pulp mixed polyethylene fibers or polyethylene-containing composite fibers, the upper layer and the lower layer are used for composite papermaking, and a drying tunnel type drying mode is adopted for shaping. The two layers of the product manufactured by the patent are heat-bonding layers, so that the product is obviously only suitable for manufacturing heat-sealing double-bag tea bags, and the market dosage is small.
The Chinese patent (publication No. CN111155355A, publication No. 2020-05-15) discloses a heat-sealing tea filter paper, which is characterized in that the filter paper is manufactured by upper and lower layers, the upper layer is made of full wood pulp fiber, the lower layer is a mixture of corn fiber and wood pulp fiber, the upper layer accounts for 30-80% of the filter paper, and the corn fiber of the lower layer accounts for 20-80% of the mixture of the lower layer according to weight percentage.
The production modes of the heat-sealing type tea leaf filter paper in the patent of the utility model all use two layers of paper making, and then the heat-sealing type tea leaf filter paper with a two-layer structure is formed by different combination modes.
