Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a tape head holding mechanism according to an embodiment of the present utility model in a plan view.
Fig. 2 is a schematic side view showing a tape head holding mechanism according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
Detailed Description
The present utility model will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a tape head holding mechanism according to an embodiment of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 1, the tape head holding mechanism 1 is constituted by a bar 2, a bar support mechanism 3, a pressing block 4, a pressing block driving mechanism 5, and a buffer member 6.
The stop lever supporting mechanisms 3 are arranged at two ends of the stop lever 2 and are used for supporting and fixing the stop lever 2. Wherein, the bar supporting mechanism 31 arranged at the left end of the bar 2 is composed of a supporting seat 71 and a stop screw 8 as a stop member, the stop screw 8 fixes the left end of the bar 2 on the supporting seat 71, so that the bar 2 can not move and rotate along the axial direction; the bar support mechanism 32 provided at the right end of the bar 2 is composed of a support base 72 and a bearing 9, and the right end of the bar 2 is formed with a journal portion having a circular cross section, which is supported by the bearing 9.
The briquette 4 is formed as a square block. The press block 4 is connected with a circular columnar press bar 41 by bonding or assembling, and the press bar 41 is inserted into the press block driving mechanism 5. The circular column 41 is connected to the press block drive 5 via a circumferentially surrounding spring 6. The tip of the pressing block 4 has a flat square pressing surface, and the pressing surface can be brought into contact with the bar 2 or separated from the bar 2. The pressing block driving mechanism 5 drives the pressing rod 41 to move up and down through the spring 6, and when the pressing rod 41 is abutted to the stop lever 2 through the pressing block 4, the spring 6 plays a role in buffering.
Fig. 2 is a schematic side view showing a tape head holding mechanism according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
The bar 2 is a polygonal shaft having a square cross section as shown in fig. 2, and has a side surface serving as an abutment surface of the tape and covered with a release coating 21, and the release coating 21 is formed by, for example, NACO2 release treatment. Here, four sides of the polygonal shaft 2 are illustrated to be covered with a release coating so that the release coating can be replaced with one side of the polygonal shaft for abutting against the adhesive tape 10 after peeling off the release coating, but it is also possible to cover only one side with the release coating.
The tape head of the tape 10 passes between the bar 2 and the pressing surface of the pressing block 4, for example, from the right lower side to the right upper side of the paper surface in the tape conveying direction a in the drawing, and when the passing tape 10 reaches a predetermined length, the pressing block 4 moves toward the bar 2, and presses the tape 10 against the surface of the bar 2. The pressing surface of the pressing block 4 and the flat surface of the stop lever 2 can press and straighten the adhesive tape head, the adhesive tape head is reliably positioned and is not easy to warp, and the pressing block and the stop lever are not easy to wear. Then, the tape is attached to the surface of the battery cell 11 by a cutting process and an attaching process.
In the tape conveying direction a, the surface of the lever 2 facing the pressing block 4 is more forward than the pressing surface of the pressing block 4 in the tape conveying direction a. This can reliably prevent the cut tape head from adhering to the battery cell or the lever 2 without falling in the direction of the battery cell 11. The length of the lever 2 in the tape conveying direction a is preferably longer than the length of the pressing block 4 in the tape conveying direction a.
When one side surface of the stop lever 2 is worn out by long-time use, the stop screw 8 can be removed, the stop lever 2 can be rotated to enable the other side surfaces to be opposite to the pressing block, the use ratio of the stop lever 2 can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged.
While the above description has been given of the embodiment of the tape head holding mechanism according to the present utility model, the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present utility model.
In the above embodiment, the bar 2 is constituted by a polygonal shaft, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the bar 2 may be constituted by a polygonal shaft such as a triangular shaft or a pentagonal shaft, or a flat cut surface may be formed on a circular shaft. As long as the pressing surface of the briquette 4 can be brought into surface contact.
In the above embodiment, one end of the bar is supported by the support base and the other end is supported by the bearing, but not limited thereto, both ends may be supported by the bearing or both ends may be supported by the support base and positioned by the stopper screw.
In the above embodiment, the briquette driving mechanism 5 is connected to the briquette 4 via the spring 6, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and other structures may be employed as long as a cushioning effect can be provided between the briquette driving mechanism 5 and the briquette 4, for example, a cushion pad or the like may be provided.
