The braid 91 is fed into the belt slot 8, and the horn-shaped belt slot 8 can improve the success rate of feeding the braid 91, so that the operation is more convenient. The pressing plate 3 can press the rolling curtain cloth 9 and expose the front section of the rolling curtain cloth 9, the knitting belt 91 is guided by the guide groove 5 under the conveying action of the belt conveying mechanism 7 and sequentially passes through a plurality of bookends 41 of the automatic multi-head stapler 4 from the upper part of the front section of the rolling curtain cloth 9, the automatic multi-head stapler 4 automatically loads nails between the knitting belt 91 and the rolling curtain cloth 9 from all the gaps 11, and the cutting mechanism 6 cuts off the knitting belt 91 after the nails are loaded. Therefore, the utility model can automatically convey the knitting belt 91 and automatically stitch the knitting belt 91 and the roller shutter cloth 9 at one time, thereby greatly improving the stitching efficiency.
Although the utility model is exemplified by the stapling of the webbing 91 to the roller blind 9, the device of the utility model can also be used for stapling other articles, which can achieve automatic feeding and accurate positioning.
The utility model can limit the periphery of the braid 91 and limit the front part and the side edges of the roller shutter cloth 9, so that the braid 91 can be well matched with the roller shutter cloth 9, the installation accuracy is improved, and the braid 91 is convenient to send. The specific method comprises the following steps: the bottom of the pressing plate 3 is fixed with a rear limiting plate 31, a supporting block 12 is arranged between adjacent gaps 11 of the base 1, a top plate 32 which is arranged corresponding to the supporting block 12 is fixed at the front part of the pressing plate 3, the bottom of the top plate 32 is higher than the bottom of the rear limiting plate 31, and a front limiting structure is arranged at the front part of the top plate 32 or on the supporting block 12. The spacing between the bottom of the top plate 32 and the bottom of the rear limiting plate 31 allows the braid 91 to pass through, and the rear limiting plate 31 limits the rear side of the braid 91, and the front limiting structure limits the front side of the braid 91. Thereby preceding limit structure, back limiting plate 31, supporting shoe 12 and roof 32 carry out spacingly to braid 91 from four directions, and preceding limit structure still carries out spacingly to going on the front side of rolling up curtain cloth 9, guarantees braid 91 and rolling up curtain cloth 9 good matching, corresponding assurance staple back braid 91's installation accuracy.
Wherein, preceding limit structure has two kinds of embodiments:
first, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the front limiting structure is a front limiting pad 121, and the front limiting pad 121 is fixed on the supporting block 12. The front limiting cushion block 121 limits the front side of the fed roller shutter cloth 9, and the front limiting cushion block 121 and the rear limiting plate 31 accurately limit the front side and the rear side of the woven belt 91. When the pressing plate 3 descends, the top plate 32 is pressed on the front limiting cushion block 121, and the front limiting cushion block 121, the rear limiting plate 31, the supporting block 12 and the top plate 32 form a closed limiting space.
Second, as shown in fig. 8, the front limit structure is a front limit baffle 321, the front limit baffle 321 is disposed at the front portion of the top plate 32, and the front limit baffle 321 extends to the front end of the supporting block 12 when the pressing plate 3 is pressed down. When the front limiting structure is a front limiting baffle 321, the rear limiting plate 31, the supporting block 12 and the top plate 32 form a closed limiting space. The front limit baffle 321 is not only in contact with the supporting block 12, so that the situation that the rolling curtain cloth 9 is curled or the rolling curtain cloth 9 is clamped into a gap between the supporting block 12 and the front limit cushion block 121 is avoided when the front limit cushion block 121 is arranged on the supporting block 12.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 8, when the front limiting structure is the front limiting baffle 321, the front limiting baffle 321 and the rear limiting plate 31 are both fixed to the pressing plate 3, so that the distance between the front limiting baffle 321 and the rear limiting plate 31 cannot be adjusted by adjusting the position of the bracket 2 relative to the base 1, and thus the distance cannot correspond to the braiding bands 91 with different widths. At this time, the holder 2 is fixed to the base 1, and only one side is provided with the guide groove 5, the belt feeding mechanism 7, and the belt feeding groove 8.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in order to be applied to a braid 91 of two widths, the bracket 2 of the present utility model is slidably connected to the base 1, and both sides of the base 1 are provided with a guide groove 5, a cutting mechanism 6, a belt feeding mechanism 7 and a belt feeding groove 8. The support 2 can slide back and forth relative to the base 1, so that the spacing between the front limit structure and the rear limit plate 31 can be adjusted to accommodate the webbing 91 of different widths. The base 1 can be provided with a chute, the bottom of the bracket 2 is provided with a slide block, and the slide block is sleeved in the chute. After the position of the bracket 2 is adjusted, the bracket 2 needs to be locked relative to the base 1, and the locking mode can be screw locking. The guide groove 5, the cutting mechanism 6 and the belt feeding mechanism 7 are arranged on two sides of the base 1, so that the belt can be conveniently fed from any side. When the widths of the guide grooves 5 at both sides are different, the braiding belt 91 can be fed from the guide groove 5 with the corresponding width, and the support 2 is adjusted so that the distance between the front limit structure and the rear limit plate 31 corresponds to the width of the guide groove 5, so that the utility model can be suitable for binding the braiding belt 91 with different widths, and ensure that the braiding belt 91 is accurately limited.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in order to ensure that the end of the webbing 91 interferes with the end of the roller shutter cloth 9 when the next feeding is performed, the guide groove 5 is provided with a cut-off opening 51, the cutter 62 of the cutting mechanism 6 is aligned with the cut-off opening 51, the bottom of the guide groove 5 is provided with a guide groove cushion block 52, the end of the guide groove cushion block 52 is aligned with the cut-off opening 51, and the roller shutter cloth 9 extends to the lower portion of the guide groove 5 and is laterally limited by the end of the guide groove cushion block 52. The guide groove cushion blocks 52 can extend backwards, so that the limit distance of the guide groove cushion blocks 52 to the side edges of the roller shutter cloth 9 is increased, and the roller shutter cloth 9 can be positioned accurately and quickly more conveniently.
When the rolling curtain cloth 9 is placed, the rolling curtain cloth 9 penetrates into a gap between the guide groove 5 and the base 1, and the rolling curtain cloth 9 is limited by the end part of the guide groove cushion block 52. The end of the channel spacer 52 is aligned with the cut 51 and after cutting the webbing 91, the edge of the webbing 91 on the shade fabric 9 is aligned with the edge of the shade fabric 9. When the next braiding belt 91 is stapled, the braiding belt 91 can smoothly move to the upper part of the rolling cloth 9 along the section of the cutting opening 51 on the guide groove 5, which is close to the rolling cloth 9, thereby ensuring that the braiding belt 91 is smoothly fed. If the guide groove 5 is not provided with a section extending from the guide groove cushion block 52, after the braid 91 is cut off, the braid 91 is blocked when the end of the roller shutter cloth 9 is lifted up during the conveying of the next braid 91, so that the braid 91 and the roller shutter cloth 9 are dislocated, and the stapling operation cannot be performed.
A second solution for ensuring that the end of the webbing belt 91 interferes with the end of the roller shutter cloth 9 at the next feeding: the end of the guide groove 5 near the rolling curtain cloth 9 is provided with a perforation, the base 1 is provided with a top belt cylinder, and a piston rod of the top belt cylinder can pass through the perforation of the guide groove 5. When the next tape feeding is performed, the top tape cylinder firstly jacks up one end of the braid 91 close to the roller shutter 9, so that the end of the braid 91 is staggered with the side edge of the roller shutter 9, and the braid 91 can move above the roller shutter 9 when the braid 91 is conveyed, and interference is avoided.
Because breach 11 and support interval set up on base 1, and clamp plate 3 set up corresponding to supporting shoe 12, preceding limit structure also sets up for a plurality of intervals. During the process of conveying the braid 91, the braid 91 sequentially passes through the side edges of the front limit structures, so that the ends of the front limit structures may block the braid 91 when the braid 91 is inclined by a small amount. The rear limiting plate 31 is formed in one piece so that the webbing 91 is always positioned on the front side of the single rear limiting plate 31 after the webbing 91 passes through the guide groove 5, so that the side of the webbing 91 close to the rear limiting plate 31 is not blocked.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in order to solve the above-described problem, the cut-off opening 51 is inclined toward the side closer to the belt feeding mechanism 7 at the end closer to the automatic multi-head stapler 4, and the shape of the cutter 62 of the cutting mechanism 6 matches the shape of the cut-off opening 51. When the end of the cut-off opening 51 near the automatic multi-head stapler 4 is inclined to the side near the belt feeding mechanism 7, after the braid 91 is cut off, the end of the braid 91 near the automatic multi-head stapler 4 forms a groove, so that the braid 91 is prevented from being blocked by the intermittent front limiting structure when the braid 91 is conveyed.
Of course, when both ends of the cut-off 51 are tiltable with respect to the middle section and both ends of the cutter 62 are tiltable with respect to the middle section. At this time, both sides of the end of the braid 91 are cut into grooves, thereby preventing both sides of the braid 91 from being blocked when the braid 91 is conveyed.
The cutting mechanism 6 of the present utility model has two embodiments: the cutting mechanism 6 is a cylinder driven cutting mechanism 6 or a reverse driven cutting mechanism 6.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cylinder-driven cutting mechanism 6 includes a cutting cylinder 61 mounted on the platen 3, and a cutter 62 is mounted on a piston rod of the cutting cylinder 61. When the cutting mechanism 6 is a cylinder driven cutting mechanism 6, the cutting cylinder 61 drives the cutter 62 to move downward to cut the webbing 91.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the back driving cutting mechanism 6 includes a driving rack 63, the driving rack 63 is fixed on the pressing plate 3, the driving rack 63 is meshed with a fixed gear 64, the fixed gear 64 is rotatably connected with a supporting rod 65, the supporting rod 65 is fixed relative to the base 1, the other side of the fixed gear 64 is meshed with a lifting rack 66, a limiting sleeve 67 is sleeved outside the lifting rack 66, the limiting sleeve 67 is fixed on the pressing plate 3, and a cutter 62 is installed at the bottom of the lifting rack 66. When the cutting mechanism 6 is a reverse driving cutting mechanism 6, in the process of finishing stapling and lifting the pressing plate 3, the driving rack 63 drives the fixed gear 64 to rotate, and the fixed gear 64 drives the lifting rack 66 to descend, so that the cutter 62 on the lifting rack 66 cuts the braid belt 91. The braid 91 is cut by the reverse driving cutting mechanism 6, and a power device is not required to be arranged, so that the structure can be simplified, and the cost can be saved.
In order to ensure that the cutter 62 can rapidly cut off the braid 91 at one time, the braid 91 can be heated through resistance, so that the cutting part can be rapidly fused when the cutter 62 contacts the braid 91, and rapid cutting is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the belt feeding mechanism 7 includes a mounting plate 71, a belt driving assembly 72 is mounted on the mounting plate 71, an output end of the belt driving assembly 72 is connected with a driving guide roller 73, a driven guide roller 74 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 71, and the driving guide roller 73 and the driven guide roller 74 compress the braiding belt 91. The belt feeding driving assembly 72 drives the driving guide roller 73 to rotate, and the knitting belt 91 is stably conveyed under the friction force of the driving guide roller 73 and the driven guide roller 74 to the knitting belt 91, so that the trouble of manual belt feeding is avoided.
The belt feeding driving mechanism may be a motor and a speed reducer, wherein an output end of the motor is connected with the speed reducer, an output end of the speed reducer is connected with the driving guide roller 73, and the motor and the speed reducer are both installed on the installation plate 71.
The feeding groove 8 is positioned on the side of the belt feeding mechanism 7 away from the guide groove 5, and the feeding groove 8 is horn-shaped. After the webbing belt 91 is fed into the trumpet-shaped feeding groove 8, the webbing belt 91 can be accurately threaded between the driving guide roller 73 and the driven guide roller 74. The horn-shaped feeding groove 8 can improve the success rate of feeding the braiding belt 91, and the operation is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the lifting mechanism 21 may be a lifting cylinder, a cylinder barrel of the lifting cylinder is mounted on a cross rod of the bracket 2, and a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is connected with the pressing plate 3. In order to ensure the lifting stability, a plurality of lifting cylinders between the bracket 2 and the pressing plate 3 can be arranged. Guide blocks 33 can be arranged at two ends of the pressing plate 3, guide frames 22 are arranged on the support 2, and the guide blocks 33 are positioned between the guide frames 22. In the process that the lifting cylinder drives the pressing plate 3 to lift, the guide frame 22 guides the guide block 33, so that the lifting stability of the pressing plate 3 is further improved.
When the number of the lifting cylinders is two, the two lifting cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the pressing plate 3. When two lifting cylinders are respectively arranged at two ends of the pressing plate 3, the device is convenient to install, and the structure of the device is simpler. When two lifting cylinders are installed in the area between the middle point and the end part of the pressing plate 3, the rear limiting plate 31 at the lower part of the pressing plate 3 can be well attached to the roller shutter cloth 9 everywhere.
It should be noted that, due to the different widths of the rolling cloth 9, it may occur that the rolling cloth 9 corresponds only to a part of the bookends 41 of the automatic multi-head stapler 4. To solve this problem, an infrared sensor may be provided at each of the stapling heads 41, the infrared sensor being electrically connected to the switch of the corresponding stapling head 41. When several stapling heads 41 of the automatic multi-head stapler 4 are triggered to staple simultaneously, if the infrared sensor does not detect the roll screen cloth 9, the switch of the stapling head 41 at that position is not triggered.
A method of stapling a roller blind webbing, comprising the steps of:
s1: the rolling cloth 9 is sent between the base 1 and the pressing plate 3, the front limiting structure limits the front end of the rolling cloth 9, and the end part of the guide groove cushion block 52 limits the side edge of the rolling cloth 9;
s2: the lifting mechanism 21 drives the pressing plate 3 to descend, the rear limiting plate 31 compresses the rolling cloth 9, the front section of the rolling cloth 9 stretches out, and a limiting space is formed by enclosing the front limiting structure, the rear limiting plate 31, the supporting block 12 and the top plate 32;
s3: feeding the webbing belt 91 into the belt slot 8 until it passes between the driving guide roller 73 and the driven guide roller 74;
s4: the belt feeding driving mechanism is started, and the driving guide roller 73 and the driven guide roller 74 convey the woven belt 91 into the guide groove 5; the braiding belt 91 passes through a limiting space surrounded by a plurality of bookends 41, a plurality of front limiting structures, a rear limiting plate 31, a supporting block 12 and a top plate 32 of the automatic multi-head stapler 4 until the end part of the braiding belt 91 is aligned with the other side of the roller shutter cloth 9;
s4: starting the automatic multi-head stapler 4, sensing the synchronous action of the stapling heads 41 at the positions where the roller shutter cloth 9 is arranged by the infrared sensor, and nailing the plurality of positions of the woven belt 91 and the roller shutter cloth 9 together;
s5: the lifting mechanism 21 lifts the pressing plate 3, the driving rack 63 drives the fixed gear 64 to rotate, the fixed gear 64 drives the lifting rack 66 to descend, and the heated cutter 62 at the lower part of the lifting rack 66 accurately cuts the braid belt 91, wherein the cutting position is level with the side edge of the roller shutter cloth 9; taking out the roller shutter after cutting is completed;
s6: the next time the staple is loaded, the pressing plate 3 is lowered a little, and the cutter 62 is prevented from blocking the conveying of the braiding belt 91; after the next section of the knitting belt 91 passes through the cut-off opening 51, the guide groove 5 also has a small section for guiding the knitting belt 91, so that the knitting belt 91 and the rolling cloth 9 are overlapped by a part and then move onto the rolling cloth 9, and the situation that the side edge of the rolling cloth 9 blocks the end part of the knitting belt 91 is avoided.
When the rolling curtain cloth 9 is pressed by the pressing plate 3, the front section of the rolling curtain cloth 9 extends out of the corresponding position of the pressing plate 3, so that the knitting belt 91 can be always positioned above the rolling curtain cloth 9 in the process of conveying the knitting belt 91 by the belt conveying mechanism 7, and the part of the rolling curtain cloth 9 extending out of the pressing plate 3 also plays a role in guiding the knitting belt 91. The automatic multi-head stapler 4 automatically staples the webbing 91 from the notches 11 and the rolling cloth 9, and the cutting mechanism 6 cuts the webbing 91 after the stapling is completed. Therefore, the utility model can automatically convey the knitting belt 91 and automatically stitch the knitting belt 91 and the roller shutter cloth 9 at one time, thereby greatly improving the stitching efficiency.
The utility model is not limited to the above-described alternative embodiments, and any person who may derive other various forms of products in the light of the present utility model, however, any changes in shape or structure thereof, all falling within the technical solutions defined in the scope of the claims of the present utility model, fall within the scope of protection of the present utility model.
