The carrier 20 and the partition 30 are commonly equivalent to the receiving members of the package 100. The carrier 20 is made of shock-resistant material, and can play a role of shock-resistant protection for the plurality of packaged products, and the separator 30 is mainly used for separating the plurality of packaged products, so as to prevent the products from colliding with each other or being disordered in arrangement. In the present embodiment, a pair of the side portions 12 form a structure that can restrict the carrier 20 and the partition 30 while also enhancing the cushioning effect; both of said side portions 12 extend with a reversible top portion 13. After a box of products has been assembled, one or both of the top portions 13 are folded and one or both of the top portions 13 cover the entire or part of the divider 30, completely covering all of the products, and then the tape is sealed to complete the package.
After the case is sealed, the product is protected by the bearing piece 20, the separating piece 30 and the external base piece 10 at the same time, and the protection performance is better. A pair of side portions 12 are provided with a pulling opening 120 for convenient handling when the entire package 100 is to be moved. Specifically, in this embodiment, the base member 10 is of a one-piece structure, and the base member 10 is made of cardboard, however, the base member 10 may be made of other suitable materials that can be used as the outermost package.
The carrier 20 includes a flat plate-shaped main body 21 and a plurality of holes 22 arranged on the main body 21 at intervals, and the products to be packaged can be carried in the corresponding holes 22. The individual products are secured within the aperture 22 during installation, the aperture 22 providing both protection and restraint. Preferably, the shape of the hole 22 is circular according to the product structure, however, the hole 22 may be any other suitable regular or irregular shape, and the hole 22 may be a blind hole or a through hole, which is not limited herein.
The carrier 20 is adhesively secured to the base 10. The thickness of the bearing member 20 is larger than the wall thickness of the base member 10, the base member 10 is made of a material different from that of the bearing member 20, and the shock resistance of the bearing member 20 is stronger than that of the base member 10. Preferably, in this embodiment, the material of the carrier 20 is pearl wool, but may be any other suitable material that can be used as a shock-proof protection for the package 100. Further, the carrier 20 may further be provided with a plurality of slots (not shown), and the partition 30 is embedded in the slots.
The partition 30 includes a plurality of first spacers 31 spaced apart in a first direction and a plurality of second spacers 32 spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the plurality of first spacers 31 and the plurality of second spacers 32 are disposed to intersect each other, thereby forming a plurality of receiving areas 33 corresponding to the holes 22. The material of the separator 30 is paper card, and the hardness of the cardboard of the base 10 is greater than that of the paper card of the separator 30.
The number of the holes 22 on the partition member 30 and the bearing member 20 can be flexibly reduced, and the specification can be freely changed, so that the packaging machine is suitable for packaging various barrel spot lamps or other suitable products.
In summary, the package 100 of the present utility model adopts the design of integrating the base 10, the carrier 20 and the separator 30, which saves the packaging space, simplifies the packaging steps, reduces the packaging cost, and forms a packaging mode capable of being generalized.

a base member (10);
a carrier (20) fixed to the base (10) for carrying the plurality of products to be packaged;
a divider (30) disposed on the carrier (20) for dividing adjacent two products to be packaged;
wherein the base member (10) comprises a bottom portion (11), a pair of side portions (12) extending vertically upward from opposite ends of the bottom portion (11), and a reversible top portion (13) extending from at least one side portion (12), the bottom portion (11) forming a bottom wall (101) of the package, a pair of side portions (12) forming a pair of side walls (102) of the package, the top portion (13) forming a top wall (103) of the package, the carrier (20) and the partition (30) together forming the remaining two side walls (104) of the package.
2. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a pair of side parts (12) are provided with lifting openings (120).
3. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein: both side parts (12) are provided with a reversible top part (13).
4. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the carrier (20) is provided with a plurality of holes (22) arranged at intervals, and the plurality of products to be packaged can be carried in the corresponding holes (22).
5. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bearing piece (20) is provided with a plurality of grooves, and the partition piece (30) is embedded and installed in the grooves.
6. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the spacers (30) include a plurality of first spacers (31) arranged at intervals along a first direction, and second spacers (32) arranged at intervals along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

A packaging box, characterized in that: the packing box comprises an outer frame made of hard materials and a containing piece contained in the outer frame, wherein the containing piece comprises a bearing piece (20) made of shock-resistant materials and a partition piece (30) arranged on the bearing piece (20), the outer frame only forms part of side walls (102) of the packing box, and the containing piece forms the rest side walls (104) of the packing box.
