The primary oil seal mechanism 7.1 of the left end part of the cigarette packet mainly comprises: the left side octagon oil seal assembly 7.1.1, the rotary guide assembly 7.1.2, the oil seal opening and closing driving assembly 7.1.3, the driving gear 7.1.4, the driving stepping motor 7.1.5, the speed reducer 7.1.6, the swing guide assembly 7.1.7, the swing driving cylinder 7.1.8, the mounting seat 7.1.9 and the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10.
The driving stepping motor 7.1.5 and the speed reducer 7.1.6 are connected with the oil seal opening and closing driving assembly 7.1.3 through a driving gear 7.1.4. The oil seal opening and closing drive assembly 7.1.3 includes a drive fluted disc 7.1.3.2. The centers of the driving fluted disc 7.1.3.2 and the rotating fluted disc 7.1.10 are provided with identical and overlapped round openings for inserting BOPP films which are not yet oil-sealed on the left side surface 09 of the special-shaped packaging box. As shown in fig. 3, eight left-side octagonal oil seal assemblies 7.1.1 are circumferentially arranged on the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10 around the circular opening thereof. A triangular ironing plate 7.1.1.1 is arranged on each left octagonal primary oil seal assembly 7.1.1.
As shown in fig. 4, the driving fluted disc 7.1.3.2 is provided with eight slot-shaped openings 7.1.3.1 which are circumferentially and obliquely arranged with the circular opening as a center. Each left octagon primary oil seal assembly 7.1.1 communicates through bearings 7.1.11 into each eight slot 7.1.3.1. And each left octagon primary oil seal assembly 7.1.1 can slide along the radial slide rail 7.1.12. The radial slide rails 7.1.12 are fixed along the radial direction of the rotating toothed disc 7.1.10.
The specific operation of primary oil seal on the left side surface 09 of the special-shaped packing box is as follows:
1. in the initial state, the initial state of the pouch and BOPP film is shown in fig. 11, and the eight ironing boards 7.1.1.1 are in the open state, as shown in fig. 5.
2. The whole final oil seal output device 7 of the cigarette packet horizontally moves towards the direction of the special-shaped packing box, so that a BOPP film part for oil sealing the left side surface 09 of the special-shaped packing box penetrates through the circular openings in the centers of the driving fluted disc 7.1.3.2 and the rotating fluted disc 7.1.10.
3. The fluted disc 7.1.3.2 is driven to rotate and the fluted disc 7.1.3.1 is driven to rotate, the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10 is fixed, the left octagonal primary oil seal assembly 7.1.1 moves inwards along the radial sliding rail 7.1.12 under the limit of the fluted disc 7.1.3.1, the eight ironing plates 7.1.1.1 are synchronously closed, the ironing plates 7.1.1.1 enable BOPP films to be attached to the left side surface 09 of a cigarette packet, and the uniform vertical primary oil seal of the left side surface 09 of the cigarette packet is realized, as shown in fig. 6.
4. When the vertical primary oil seal is completed, the fluted disc 7.1.3.2 is driven to reversely rotate, and the eight ironing plates 7.1.1.1 are driven to reversely open a bit (the opening distance program can be set) from the closed state, so that the octagonal rotary pressing machine is ensured not to be pulled apart. Then, the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10 rotates to drive the eight ironing plates 7.1.1.1 to rotate, and the octagonal BOPP film which is subjected to vertical primary sealing is rotated and flattened in the same direction, so that the primary oil seal of the octagonal left side 09 of the special-shaped packaging box is realized.
The driving manner of the driving fluted disc 7.1.3.2 is a conventional technical means, for example, by driving the gear 7.1.4, driving the stepper motor 7.1.5, etc. The driving manner of the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10 is a conventional technical means, for example, is realized by a swing driving motor 7.1.8, a speed reducer 7.1.6, and the like. The rotary guide assembly 7.1.2 is fixed on the frame and supports and guides the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10. The swing guide assembly 7.1.7 is fixed on the frame and supports and guides the rotary fluted disc 7.1.10. The ironing board 7.1.1.1 is triangular, and is identical to eight triangles formed by taking any side of the octagon of the left side surface 09 as the bottom side, wherein the center of the left side surface 09 is the top end of the triangle in the left side surface 09 of the cigarette packet. Since the "left side" of the pouch is octagonal, eight orientations of the ironing board 7.1.1.1 are required. The BOPP film is folded out by eight corners by the linear motion of the ironing plate 7.1.1.1, and flattened by the rotational motion of the ironing plate 7.1.1.1.
The whole final oil seal output device 7 of tobacco bale is located the left side of the whole initial oil seal device 6 of tobacco bale, and the action flow of device during operation is:
1) When the primary oil seal of the left end part of the tobacco bale is carried out, the telescopic shaft of the X-axis pneumatic sliding table 7.7 extends out, the primary oil seal mechanism 7.1 of the left end part of the tobacco bale is pushed to lean against the left end face of the tobacco bale in the primary oil seal device 6 of the whole surface of the tobacco bale, the primary oil seal mechanism 7.1 of the left end part of the tobacco bale firstly completes the vertical primary oil seal of the left 09 octagon under the control of a program, then eight ironing plates 7.1.1.1 in the primary oil seal assembly 7.1.1 of the left octagon are retracted to a little, and the vertical octagon is rotated and flattened to complete the primary oil seal of the left end part;
2) When the four sides of the tobacco bale are sealed, the telescopic shaft of the tobacco bale pneumatic ejection mechanism 6.6 of the tobacco bale primary oil seal device extends out, the pushing head arranged on the telescopic shaft pushes the tobacco bale after primary oil seal to the tobacco bale primary oil seal output device 7, and the four groups of the tobacco bale side pneumatic final oil seal mechanisms 7.2 sequentially act to finish the four sides of the tobacco bale final oil seal;
the four sides of the special-shaped package are four trapezoid second side walls 07 and/or adjacent first side walls 06 between the right side 08 and the left side 09.
3) When the special-shaped packing box is sealed at the end faces of 2, the cigarette packet pneumatic pushing sliding table 7.6 pushes the special-shaped packing box to a position between the left pneumatic final oil seal mechanism 7.3 of the cigarette packet end face and the right pneumatic final oil seal mechanism 7.4 of the cigarette packet end face, the special-shaped packing box is sealed at the end faces of 2 (namely the right side 08 and the left side 09), the cigarette packet stays at the position after the special-shaped packing box is completed, and the special-shaped packing box is extruded from the following special-shaped packing box, so that the box-by-box arrangement output of the special-shaped packing box is realized.
The heating pipe and the temperature measuring sensor are used for controlling the temperature of the oil seal ironing plate. The shape of the oil seal ironing plate can be designed according to the surface to be oil sealed, for example, the shape of a square, a regular octagon, a trapezoid flat plate or a combination of a trapezoid flat plate and a triangle flat plate can be adopted. The positional relationship of each oil seal mechanism can be conventionally designed according to its function.

the oil seal ironing plates are arranged on the oil seal mechanisms and are used for oil sealing;
the control mechanism is used for realizing the movement of each oil seal mechanism.

the cigarette packet pneumatic pushing sliding table (7.6) is used for pushing the cigarette packet to a left pneumatic final oil seal mechanism (7.3) of the cigarette packet end face and a right pneumatic final oil seal mechanism (7.4) of the cigarette packet end face to carry out final oil seals of a left side face (09) and a right side face (08) of the special-shaped packing box;
and each oil seal mechanism is provided with an oil seal ironing plate for oil sealing.
